One of the worst clinics in Dubai. Lack of specialists and always no pediatrics available and the answer from their side is drive to our Mezher (Arabian center) clinic shame on you

I had the worst experience with the GP doctor and the clinic. I was in severe pain when I reached the clinic. Receptionist took ages to give the paper print out though appointment was taken. Doctor stood one mile away asking questions. She did not check my history, did not examine me, did not give me any pain killers till I asked. Also no pain killer medication prescribed, do not know what medication to prescribe. No sister and no doctor called me after my reports were ready till date, its going almost one week. Its seems that patients have discrimination at the clinic. I will never recommend this doctor and the clinic.

Today I visited prime AL Qusais branch receptionist (Mr Hari) was really rude he didn’t even know how to communicate. Actually I have appointment with doctor at 17: 40 I reached hospital bit early I went to receptionist and requested him is doctor is available? If he is available can I see him. I just expecting answer yer or no you have to wait for you turn which is good but he asked me do you know 17: 40 means 5: 40pm and further he said doctor is available and not attending any patient but you can’t see him since your appointment is at 17: 40 you have to wait. Hope I never visit this branch again.

Prime clinic al warqaa branch I went with my 3 years old daughter with tooth pain to dental doctor Zahra ali she shauted on my 3 years daughter infornt of every one nobody help me very bad service even she didn't see my daughter with pain I left clinic.

Nice ambiance. Clinic is very well managed. Doctors seems very professional specially Dr. Wasi not only showed high level of skills with professionalism but also is great with showing empathy. I being his patient felt very well content and connected with this doctor. I highly recommend going to this GP. The cherry on top is his followup call which he does himself unlike most of the other doctors in UAE. Thanks Prime for providing us with such an amazing clinic and efficient doctors.

Very friendly in taking care of patient concerns and services are good. Excellent Doctors and nurses with exemplary administration staff. I had visited Prime Medical Center located at Warqa Mall and was consulted by Dr. Mirza Wasi -GP. The Doctor is very friendly and was very clear in his explanations and diagnosis. Both me and my kids had a extremely good experience with the administration staff and the nurses who attended us. I recommend everyone to visit Prime medical Center Warqa and especially Dr. Wasi for GP.

He clinic is v good and clean i went to Dr Wasi Mirza GP he is very patient and listens to everything you need to say and i was suspected Covid-19 later i was positive. Still he gave me full medicine for quarantine for me and my wife and he was not afraid risking his own health to give me and my wife correct diagnosis. Really thank you Doctor

This branch can be better if customer reception will improve.
This 2 nd time I am visiting and it’s a lot of rush as receptionist alone.
Most of customers coming for PCR, rather than booking.
PCR customers can be relocated to different area, for example next to pharmacy. Assign 1 assistant to distribute paper and pens to fill up PCR request form.
People standing hours to take PCR paper to fill up and after again waiting to handover back.

Worst experience of taking antenatal package on every visit they treated me as if they are giving the treatment as charity. Specially the radiologist I showed her my appointment slip signed by my gynecologist even stamped by the cashier she was not doing my ultrasound and i was waiting for more than an hour and at last she said it was a system error.

This clinic is one of the Best clinics i had visited. Dr Wasi Mirza is one of fine & good doctors. He is experienced and very caring and, even follow up patients to ensure their wellbeing. Its good to have such clinic in our vicinity.

Y oh are not li king up the phone since 1 week, how is someone supposed to follow up or make appointments, really dissatisfying service

Dr. Mohamed Samy Khalaf is one of the best orthopedic surgeons in UAE. He’s really caring, good listener and wonderful to speak with. He takes sufficient time to explain all the answers to the medical concerns. I highly recommend him and his clinic.

I had a severe shoulder pain and I suggested to go for 5 sessions of physiotheraphy at Prime Medical Al warqa. Ms. Amreen Shaik was my Physio therapist who did all 5 sessions and I realize that she is having very depth knowledge in this field and treated me very well with good care, also she taught me different exercises in a easy manner which is really helping me healing from the pain. The branch has really good doctors and usually not crowded I go immediately to doctor. It is spacious and new elegant

I went there I had fever so I went to GP for sick leave I found a very good doctor called Wasi Mirza. It's been very long time since I met a doctor who really cares and calls daily to check about your condition.

Even I had similar symptoms like covid-19 he examined me normally risking being infected but doing his duty as a doctor to examine throughly. He gave me the required medicine which was extremely effective and approved by incurance
