I am doing my physio in prime burjuman with Doctor hardika, she is doing excellent physio, I have dislocated elbow and the way she is teaching me the exercise is completely awsome, thanks a lot for your marvelous service doctor hardika and appreciate

Doctor Arpita from Dermatologist Prime Burjuman was very friendly and helpful to me. She guided me well and she’s fun to talk to and also the nurses are very nice and approachable. Nice service

Cash counter is very slow from first reception to check up and doctor visit took 30 min and only cash took 45 min

Dr. Swathy Prasannan is the best dermatologist i have ever had. I had a lot of concerns regarding acne and acne marks and she explained it so well by taking around half an hour consultation and by then all of my doubts were cleared and she is very friendly. I started treatment from her and my results were really good. Even now i consult her regularly. I highly recommend her.

I visited Doctor Ankitha rathi. She is kind and a very professional ophthalmologist. She treated me so well. I sincerely appreciate the services of prime burjuman. Highly recommended!

Thanks to our GP Dr. Cristina Paule and my OB Dr. Amor Romero that truly professional Doctors, has vast experienced in the field, friendly, helpful, well explained our Medical Lab report and provides detail instructions and proper medication, great service and we really appreciate it!

If I have to give my feedback for Doctors, Nurses and staff at Prime Medical centre - Bur Juman it goes to administrator Nisha ji.
She is the best and wonderful administrator to take care of patients (in particularly for senior citizens)
She gives proper guidance and takes personal care for patients to reach the respective doctors, lab, treatment room and upto cash counter.
No doubt, some of the specialist doctors are too good to handle patients. Nurses are much better than other medical centers. Cleanliness is far better than other other medical centers.
Sometimes it takes longer time at cash counter.
Dr. Supriya Jain is very friendly doctor.
Over all I am very much satisfied with prime medical centre at Bur Juman.

I met Mr Faraz and Ms Bincy who are working in prime medical, they are absolutely brilliant when it comes to their work, my entire PCR test process was smooth, quick and was able to get my results on time

I had an accident 3 days ago and I visited Prime medical center burjuman, by there I was taken care of by Dr. Merrajuddin and nurse Stacy. I had a minor surgery regarding a removal a cyst which was inflammed in my armpit area, DR Meraj did my surgery and I had an excellent results and was very much satisfied with the surgery, the doc took care of Me and explained all the things in details and made Me rest assured, last but not the least sister Stacy took utmost care of me and did all the dressings and follow up on time, I am very greatful to her for all the efforts she took, we are in good hands and vert happy with the results.

Visited the dermatologist, Dr. Nishit, after the rave reviews here. He's knowledgeable but seems disgruntled and pretty apathetic.

The consultation was rushed and it felt like he wasn't too keen to help and tried to wrap up as quickly as possible. Not the service I was expecting so the search continues.

Prime Medical Center is by far the best hospital. I have been in the UAE for more than a decade and frequent to Prime for close to a decade.
Dr. MARY ZACHARIAH is a Specialist Obstetrician & Gynecologist. She has been AMAZING, she is my personal Doctor all this long, I have followed her to three different locations as she gets transfered. DR MARY is very professional, patient, dedicated. God fearing and has Vast experience in the field.
She welcomed my first baby who is now a year old and she was AMAZING!
I continue to trust her guidance in the Medical field.

Horrible experience the Dr Kalpana was good but there laboratory is horrible. In 1 hr not even 5 patients the lady was able to attend. If u want a blood test and u want to meet a Gp u should have half a day in hand. These 2 starts are for the doctor who was good and helpful

I had 2 terrible incident with Prime Burjuman. But wanted to wait to have a bad experience before I write a review.

The doctors are just horrible at diagnosing.

I had an UTI for which they made me conduct multiple tests and the diagnosis and prescription was just plain wrong after the first reports, they further made me conduct tests 3 times over a span of 8 days to a point where the infection got severe.

As a result my situation just aggravated until I had to walk out of the hospital annoyed and go for an alternative diagnosis with another hospital. Who immediately put me on IV and antibiotics to help me with the situation.

Long story short - it took the second hospital to solve my problem in 3 days.

And it took Prime’s wrong diagnosis to aggravate my problem from mild to severe in 8 days.

Never visiting this place again!

The best ENT Doctor is Dr. Tina Dsouza. She is very accomodating and u can ask as much questions that u like, other doctor always in a rush. Thank You much Dr. Tina.

Dr Riyas is excellent in his work and makes the patient very comfortable. Sr Bincy is very friendly and very cooperative and handles the patients well.

Dr. Armando Guevara was so accommodating and explained the diagnosis very well. He is one of a kind doctor. God bless him more. He is an asset to your center.

Doctor Jacob is like in a hurry. I want to ask more questions but she just keeps on talking as if she wants to finish the check up as fast as she can. I want to understand more about the situation of my eye but she just keeps on pushing me to go to GP.

Dr Anil Kumar is one of the best doctor in Prime Medical Center and his nurse Ms. Marjerrette always welcoming and helpful.
Good service by the Pharmacist too.

My wife Chandni was pregnant last year and she was under observation of Dr. Pragati Grover and she handled her case very well. She is the best gynecologist.

Dr Supriy is an excellent cardiologist. He patiently listened to all my complains and cleared all my doubts. His medicines helped me in controlling my blood pressure very well. Highly recommended cardiologist

The PCR test center should consider online form filling. I had only 2 patients ahead of me n stil the PCR test took 40 mins. Just coz the staff was manually filling in all the detail from the manual form to the system. Considering it is a CovidTest center they should aim at minimising the waiting time of patients

Amazing staff at your Burjman Branch. Specially your staff at front desk, an expectant mother, she saw me in lift with a Walker to walk. She said pls wait Sir, next to the lift I will arrange wheel chair for you. Please I recommend Prime Hospital Management to motivate her promote her and give her appreciation. I visited today your branch 11th July 2021. I didn't ask her name she is from Philippines. Amazing gesture by this lady.

I sometimes find the GP service a bit inconsistent as it depends which Dr is on duty

I've been facing skin issues for the past few years and ever since started my treatment at Prime I can see a massive difference, big Thanks to Dr. Nishit Bodiwala (Dermatologist) for attentively listening to me and boosting my confidence and making me feel good again. He is a great doctor with friendly and kind attitude. I would highly recommend to all.

ENT Dept are the best. I often have ear issues and they assist me right away. I have low tolerance in handling pain but the Doctor and the staff are so patient with me. Kudos to everyone

The worst experience with Dr. Pragati Grover s nurse.
She is the best at making you wait for no reason and then after refusing to treat you saying your appointment is for next week. After getting confirmation and invoice slip from Reception counter nurse telling me that also after half an hour wait that my appointment is next week.

My doctor Krithika the best advice i received and i am happy and contented with the medication and i am healthy happy and energetic too. Thanks very much doctor for guiding my life style.god bless u.

I had a bitter experience in the past

Met Gastro Dr for Digestion issues. No basic physical checking done by doctor during consultation but instead was sent through some invasive diagnosis (need 1 day strict preparation of stomach). So many medicines given mostly very expensive and most without any good results. Underlying reason for my condition still unknown. General admin staff are okay though

The place is immaculately clean. Staff are super friendly and the Doctors are awesome, professional and caring.

I went last Thursday in Prime Burjuman for PCR test and I didn’t expect that will take almost an hour for the process. Why it’s take that long? You should take an action regarding this matter. Other medical center they take only five minutes of your time or less. Very poor service.

The Facility is excellent and having state of art equipment for treatment and world class doctors

Throughout our wellness programme medical checkup one supervisor constantly followup and guide the sequence. We were so comfortable. Covid-19 management really implemented and followed.

I went to Dr. Gunasekar Gandhi, he help me a lot. He shows concern to his patient which is more important. Also to his assistance name Reena, she is very accommodating and friendly. She did her job very well. It was a great experience and highly recommended.

We saw Dr Sajjad, pediatric dentist few weeks back. Our 8 yrs old son who suffers from a heart condition needed special treatment and we wanted to avoid general anstesia because of fear of complications، so after 3 visits we opted for Nitrous oxide gas which keeps the child calm and awake during the procedure.
We are happy with the outcome. Extraction, filling and tooth retainer was done. We are so grateful to Dr Sajjad and his nurse for understanding and beeing patient with us.

I will never recommend Dr. Amor Romero - Tatel as Gynaecology & Obstetrics in Prime Medical Centre in Burjuman. She is not passionate with her role as an OB. Lack of sense of responsibility as OB. Try another doctors and don't waste your time on her.

Dr. Pragati Gover is one of the best Gynecologist we have came across. Very smiling nature and Positive attitude Doc who is always ready to support you with all your queries through phone and messages. In our case she went out of the way to support to get our baby delivered safely. We had most of the complications which she managed very well by taking the most appropriate calls according to her experience. My pregnancy could not run smoothly without her great support. Highly recommended for all couple. Thank you doctor for everything.

We have been seeing Dr. Brinda Balasubramanium for my kids for a couple of years now. She comes across as a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. Her nurse Sreelatha also is very professional and follows up post consultation to check on the condition and recovery. Highly recommended.

Call center response is very poor. I call four times today to check my blood test report and ended up without any information.

Excellent service.
Most of my visit with Prime Medical Center is because of Dr. Sajjad the Pediatric dentist, I've know him for a long time because he's been the pedia dentist of my elder daughter when he is still in Jumeirah Branch and he's good service never change. He still very approachable and very patient to the children, he knows how to handle the kids very well and most specially he will explain to you all the details before he proceed for the treatment.

Always my go to medical center! Special thanks to Dr. Merajuddin and his nurse. My ingrown surgery was done after 15 minutes and my weekly check-ups were done smoothly even this medical center is always jampacked. I love how Miss Jessa, the nurse took care of my bandage removal cautiously.

Very good pedia doctor Kedar and his whole staff Jet and Bincy. You will really feel their love and concern with our kids. Dr. Kedar is their pedia doctor for almost 7 or 8 years now.

We are a happy patient of Dr Kedar Pediatrics. Appreciate the quality of care provided to Kaius and Kaiah. Jed and Bincy are both very caring. I met Doctor Kedar in Burjuman center. He is very understanding about their patents. Listen to their patents first & advise accordingly. Doctor Kedar is excellent and their support staff Ms. Bincy & Ms. Jet both are very warm and always available for support. Best services provided by them till now.

We've been seeing Dr. Brindha Balasubramanian for our baby boy for almost a year. She's an excellent pediatrician who's very dedicated and sincere. As new parents we were quite worried about various issues but she instantly always calmed us and put us at ease. Her diagnosis and treatment is very good. And she's always reachable and responsive when contacted on whatsapp, even off duty hours, which we really appreciate. A professional, warm and friendly doctor, she's a blessing to have in Prime Clinic - highly recommended.
