Doctors are busy with their cellphones while you're talking with them, mean and fidget, they just want to finish with you as fast as possible, you don't get any empathy or human touch, stressing vibes, you don't feel you're welcome.
It's normal that another patient to barge in the room during consultation, so you need to fight with the patient because the doctor & nurse will do nothing so no patient privacy and you need to face all these while you're in pain

Update on 28/01/24 we called the call center to inform them that my husband cut his finger with a knife & he needs stitches, we asked if Mizhar branch accept such a case, they confirmed that they do. When we went there they refused to accept him saying they don't do stitches

The Pharmacy at the Arabian Centre need to be advanced with active employees. Out of 5 counters only 2 is attending and the rest is doing their own job without looking at the people waiting for so long.

Worst service. Booked the appointment and waited for 1 hour to get inside doctor's room and there is no proper response from staff/nurse in the counter. Not recommended since there are lots of good service available at reasonable cost in the region.

Service was slow, my wife had a serious injury in her finger but had to wait for a while to receive treatment. Then for the tetanus injection I had to wait another 20mins. The pharmacy waiting time was again long and then we were told that the common medicine like Brufen softgel was not available!

I am writing to bring to your attention and the wrost experience I had at your clinic on 16 of Sep 2023. My encounter with the healthcare and nursing staff during this visit was far below the expected standard of care, displaying unprofessional and concerning behavior.

I strongly believe that every individual seeking healthcare should be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism even if the clinic is crowded and the staff are under pressure. Unfortunately, my experience at your clinic fell far short of these fundamental expectations, and it has shaken my confidence in the quality of care provided at the clinic.after going to the administer i got the care which i had to get it from the beginning as a patient

Dr. Dania, my gynaecologist, has consistently delivered excellent care and expertise throughout my visits. Her professionalism and compassionate approach have made me feel at ease. Dr. Dania's extensive knowledge and clear explanations have instilled confidence in me, knowing that I am in capable hands. I am truly grateful for her outstanding service and highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional gynaecological care.

Why the AC is sooo high, should be normal temperatures instead of freaking freezing in reduced environmental conditions. This must be managed with room temperature and the weather!

Receptionists kept talking to each other and laughing like there is no people in line. I expected better treatment and examination by the doctor.

Exvellent overall patient care by all staff and Dr Dina was really professional medical practitioner. I fully trust this facility and revommend it.

My wife and son visited the clinic 3 weeks ago on Thursday, while i parked my car they were at the registration waiting the first 3 receptionists were having a good conversation one of them was sitting on the desk her back facing the patients. My wife stood their until another receptionist in the last called out for registration thats the time she noticed and got to her seat.
Disappointed.
She couldn't speak english properly so we had to understand what shes trying to say.
Saw dr asima shes a brilliant doctor.
But the impression from staff was not so well
Visited again the br. And it was crowded in the waiting area we asked the PR there an arabic man he just walked away to pharmacy.

When you register at this clinic, they always recommend a doctor that only think you would come for sick leaves only, she would not give proper medicine. I’m wondering how this doctor still works in this clinic even though her performance is so low!

Nice and clean and doctors very good. Staff urdu speaking kawal good st explaining and helping in cashier lines dr maryam also very lovely.

لم اتوقع ان اعامل مثل هذه المعاملة
فانا في دبي منذ 15 سنة ولم ارى الا الاحترام والمعاملة الجيدة من جميع المستشفيات في دبي

Must recommend Dr. Mustafa AlShaarawi at all times based on his very strong and long experience in the medical sector. Nurses are literally very helpful and supportive specially Nurse Akhila very helpful even after working hours for arranging for suitable appointments, reports, and dr.follow ups + very very kind

Everytime i do a bloodtest or get a sick leave and they say you will get the results on email today but they will delay you for 3-4 days

The receptionist (Egyptian guy) in Arabian Centre branch is very helpful. He deserves an appreciation for the extreme support that he provides to Patients. His is very enthusiastic, I saw him many times going out of his way just to help others. Thank you!

Plz contact me, my baby had temperature a week before we took him to prime at Arabian Centre Dr gave him 7 days med on 9 days he again felt temperature we visited Dr again, he said baby is ok no need of medication, since that time he is having 100+ temperature, how many stars do you want to have by this baby

حضرت إلى العيادة وكانت ابنتي تعاني من ألم شديد في الأذن وبالرغم من ذلك لم تتم إعطاءنا الأولويه في لرؤية الطبيب واستمر الطبيب في استقبال مرضاه حسب المواعيد، وانتظرنا لاكثر من ساعة، انصح بالذهاب إلى قسم الطوارئ في أي مكان آخر وعدم القدوم إلى برايم ميديكال العربي سنتر في حالة الطوارئ

مستشفى سيئه جدا في معامله المرضى تم دخولي الى المستشفى في تمام الساعه 5 و20 دقيقه والان الساعه 8 مساءا لم يتم ادخالي ابني على الدكتور فعلا تعامل جدا سيئ

Dr. Ghandi and Nurse Reena gave proper services to their patient. The follow up appointment is always on time.

Great hospital with great doctors and members of staff. The main problems however that really makes this hospital falter is their poor operations. From their slow call center, to their slow registrars, to the remaining of their slow operations, especially when it gets busy.

That is my best day when i know Dr YOUSRA Haikal now in prime mezhar so nearest to my house, i hope she will be here for long time

I used to follow with dr yousra hikel in Qusais branch and it was good experience and She was helpful taking care of everything and providing the needed advice and also I appreciated the following up from dr yousra to make sure the progress, it’s good to know she is in mizhar branch now coz I couldn’t follow while she was in barsha heights br

I have been a patient for Dr. Yousra for three years and I would go all the way to barsha just for her. When I found out she moved to Mizher I was very happy because it is closer to where I live and there are a lot of Arab staff there so felt comfortable. As always Dr. Yousra was great. She always takes her time and shows so much care and dedication for her patients I feel most safe with her and always recommend her to family and friends as well.

I visited Dr Alma Nahban Dermatologist for facial 0RP, she is very professional
I liked her treatment, usage of derma pen, I didn't feel any pain

If you take appointment you will have to wait if you don’t also you have to wait, bad management
They don’t have contacts in other branches don’t know how it’s possible.

Staff was very friendly, efficient! Nurse treatment is amazing! Dr Misbah Qadri Dentist is incredible! I had visited lot of dentist in dubai Sharjah hospitals but Dr Qadri is very sensible, reasonable and rich in knowledge

I have visited the Prime Medical in Arabian Center twice, and I admit that the Staff are very accommodating, humble and very patient. Can't thank enough the lovely staff there and the doctors as well. Kudos to all!

My wife had to undergo a thyroid ultrasound. The test was conducted by Dr. Mansoor Abdelmoula. He made me sit besides her and explained her condition while performing the test in a very friendly, detailed and professional manner. She has undergone these tests earlier also but never before were we able to interpret the test findings so well. All thanks to Dr Mansoor. Highly recommend him for radiological diagnostics.

Dr Asima Yawar at Mizhar Branch is excellent Doctor. Her positive attitude makes you feel better even before the start of medication.

Clinic is good but their call centre is not good at all they keep call on hold for ever n no one answer then.

Went for a Vitamin D blood test and was advised that the report will be sent to my email the next day. Had to chase them for 2 days to get the report. The slowest I have experienced in UAE so far.

Well My Dad Had Some Knee Issue Since A Year And We Were Tired Of Going To Different Doctors And Not Getting Cured Until Someone Suggested Us This Branch And The Doctor Gave Us Amazing Medicine And Refered Us To A Physiotherapy Specialists Named Mrs Sakina And She Worked Really Hard On My Dad Knee, She Was Punctual, And Very Welcoming And He Can Already Feel The Difference In His Knee And I Want To Thank Prime And Especially Mrs Sakina For The Hard Work And Would Suggest Her To Everyone Who Goes For Physiotherapy Session

Normally, I was waiting couple's day to my appointment to my son. But because I was there to check up my ears. I asked him if possible today same day.he find me the good day and timing in ahead of time.
