خدو مني الفلوس على اساس انهم هيعملولي فستان جديد
جيت اقيس الفستان لقيت انهم حطولي كم على الفستان القديم
و هي في المحل كانت قايلالي انها هتعملي فستان جديد
طبعا خدت بالي و قولتلها
اعتذرت و قالت انها هتعملي فستان جديد و اني اجي استلمه بعد ٣ ايام
جيت المحل لقيت الفستان مش جاهز و المفروض اقعد استنى ساعتين
بجد اسوء محل منصحش بالتعامل معاه ابدا

The worst place ever! I dont recommend it at all! I swear this will be my last time to get something from there! The service is bad… the work is so bad! الفصوص كلها طايحه من فستاني و رديت اسير اجيك على الفستان اربع او خمس مرات عشان اشوف الشغل! و كل ما اسير ما اشوف اي تغييير! صدددعت منهم الصراحه ارررف ارررف ليتني ما سويت عندهم

I had a really bad experience there, I payed to get a dress tailored
and when it was time for the fitting the dress measurements were
all wrong and the quality was really bad, they told me it was unfix
able and they didn't refund any of the money I paid, they told me I
should pay for another tailored dress. The workers there had a
really bad attitude. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating.
الموظفين هناك ما عندهم اسلوب ، خذوا قياسات غلط يوم كان وقت البروفة الفستان كان شكلة مثير للاشمئزاز ، وقولولي ان ما يتصلح و لازم ارد التفصيل و ادفع نفس المبلغ الشلوا من قبل و ما ردولي.

What a great experience! This shop was so helpful. Finally after 3 weeks seach for selection hurdle for my wife she found so many dresses. Lots of choices.

المحل بخيب الامل والموظفين ما عندهم احترام وزوء بالتعامل وخاصة بعد ما اندفع الهم عربون ما بعجبهم تعليق من الزبون على التعديلات المطلوبة وكانه الامر اجباري بنصح انو ما حد يفصل عندهم لانه الخياط نفسه يترك الزبون بنص الكلام ويحكي ما في
حل وما بيقدر اعمل شي وكل مرة نرجع عللمحل ما يكونوا عاملين المطلوب والتبطين ما بيقدروا يلاقو نفس اللون
تعامل كتير سيء حتى صاحب المحل ما احترمنا وتركنا بنص الكلام
. لما صار معنا مشكلة بالفستان وشكينا عليهم لحماية المستهلك

The shop is really very disappointing, staff is very rude and not respectful especially after paying the fees. They dont accept any comment from the customer for any modification whatsoever.
My advice is not to tailor any dress there as their tailor is not understanding his own work and how to do it properly, he said that there is no solution and i cant do anything and left the customers in the middle of the room.
They cant match the colour of fabric under the dress
Even the owner of the shop left us when we went to complain to him and we complained to the consumer complaint service.

خدمه سيئه ورضى الزبائن اخر اهتمام الموظفين والمالك وعدم الاستماع والاحترام لراي المشتري وعدم الالتزام بالتسليم وعدم الدقه بالمقاس والجوده يعني بدك تقبلي الفستان متل ماعمله الخياط وتمشي متل الربوت ضيق ملزق ماالك الحق تحكي وتغيري وابتسامة الموظفات من الاخر ههههههه

This place is absurd, the customer service in this place is very bad. The attitude of the employees was very disrespectful and disappointing. I do not recommend anyone buying any dress from this place, very disappointing.
