As CAFE93 owner, contacted Printex Printing to print our new design cup and with cold blood, destroyed the design while printing.
On the other hand, having ordered big quantity, we received ¼ of the agreed cups and still waiting for five months without receiving anything. They have a very very very bad customer service as the claim that all quantity are with the Aldar Transport, and when calling the conformed no boxes for CAFE93. What do you call this in human behaviors? The claimed in the agreement 15-21 days for delivery. They confirm payment received after a week (another way of keeping your money) and still waited 30 days and no cups showed up
It is bad experience and we do not recommend dealing with them. A businessman visited my café and asked me about them I told my issued not solved. There are good in requesting money and very bad in service. I recommended him not to print from them even if they give 50% lower than the market price
I also not recommend any person to print from them as per my personal experience and also will tell you if they cannot deliver within the agreed time will give you 25% in the next order. Your next order will wait 7 months and you will not be received as what happen with us
There are time consumer, extra tension and stress so keep away from them

A very, very bad experience with this printing press, I do not recommend working with them. They are not committed to the time of delivery of the work. Now for more than a month and I am waiting for my cups, work with me has stopped because of them. They told me that the work will be finished within 15 days, but now 40 days and I have not received.
This second experience was much worse than the first because they modified the design and ruined all the work with a delay of 40 days.
لا انصح بالتعامل معهم غير صادقين وجودتهم ليست ممتازة انتظر الاكواب اكثر من ٤٠ يوم مع ان الاتفاق لا يزيد عن ١٥ يوم، قاموا بتخريب العمل والتصميم وانا لزلت انتظر

DO NOT USE! Awful customer service, unresponsive. Products never delivered at promised time and my last order paid for in full was never fulfilled at all!

UNRESPONSIVE! Very unprofessional! WORST SERVICE! I wish to put 0 star but not in option. Responsive to inquiries, but when paid, they will just play with you. Printex keeps on extending the days of the delivery, it said 8-10 days after full payment. COMPLETELY LIE. Keeps on extending. Now I am asking for a refund of 1000+aed, everyone on Printex KEEPS IGNORING me: via calls, email, WhatsApp.
