The food was good. Had to ask explicitly for the beverage and all they had was tea and no coffee which is a big no no for me especially with breakfast!

The worst Carpark, they don’t tell you that it cash only, then they don’t have an atm to allow you to get cash out. Poor management

Good location! Close to metro and fully occupied office building. The only draw back is the access road to the area and the huge traffic during office hours

30 min free parking for customers is one of the good option as there is no free parking available

Building is not new. Paid Parking is big enough, easy to access from lifts to offices. Lifts are separated by floors, but queues are long in rush hours. Very close to metro, second next to crossroads.

The tower is easily accessible from the business bay metro station with not more than 10 minutes walk. The only problem would be to get parking which is available in the building but is only free for small time and needs you to pay additional charges. Otherwise the security is supportive and can help you as soon as possible.

Good place to have your business landing

I had an interview there but the lady (Asian) in the reception did not allow me she told me there is no interviews going on in this tower. I showed her the interview letter but she did not allowed me, how rude isn’t it? She told me to call the company but I didn’t have the balance to call, I came back home I did not gave the interview and I lost the job opportunity. May God look after her for her behaviour

The Prism is one of the greatest locations in Business Bay. Its near to the entrance and can be seen from the nearest metro (Dubai Internet City-02). Its well designed and unique and easily noticable.

It is a freehold property that incorporates a wide range of contemporary features from technical advanced energy and environment systems, bio metric fingerprint verification for improving security to WiFi Hotspots, incorporated structured cabling for voice and data over Ethernet and smart lighting conforming to greenish environment standards.

I worked here for over 4 years. Good building with 24x7 security and friendly guards. The lifts will be crowded during peek hours in the morning and evening. It has all the amenities. There is a grocery, printing shop and a few fast food restaurants in the building. Its a 10 min walk from Business bay metro station.

Every corner of the building is clean.security officer polite and alert to any emergencies and management supportive.

Great place for setting up an office for business. A little inconvenience in walking though since there is construction going on everywhere.

الموقع لا بأس به، فهو قريب من محطة المترو ومول دبي وبرج خليفة، ولكن خدمة المصاعد هي الأسوأ في دبي كما أن النظافة والنظام في المكان متواضعان. سمعت من بعض المستأجرين أن الإيجارات رخيصة، فربما هذا هو السبب.
Nicely situated close to the metro station and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall; however, the elevator is a curse. I have seen people abandon elevators and take the stairs because they have been waiting forever. Also, I noticed that the place is neither super clean nor well organized. Some people told me that is because rents are rather cheap. May be that is the reason why.
