Very bad service, poor customer service
Unprofessional staffs, only professional inthe name nothing is professional there

Very unprofessional. Poor customer service. They promise to pick up my goods at 6 pm, then call you they’ll be there before 9 pm.
Then later nobody answers to your messages and just leave your message on read.

Extremely unprofessional. I call them to arrange an item pickup and I tell them it's urgent for me to receive the next day before noon, they said they will. They give me a pickup time which they postpone 2 times. I call to follow up to find out the completely postponed the pickup and delivery of the item for 1 more days without even informing me!

Very bad service from the staff…one staff who named basith i called to him to collect the courier he said he couldn’t come to collect come to rashidiyah then he will pick up from there…. When i reach rashidiya he said come back after 6 pm or come to qusais…. Very bad experience from this guy

Was supposed to have my shipment delivered to me on the same day (Shipment was picked up around 1pm) Assigned courier has not contacted me, so I had to call their call center who promised that it will be delivered before 9pm today. It's 11pm, no delivery yet.

Good service. Relatable cheap and the courier reached at the right time. Been professional courier customer for 5+ years now.

Well I tried many courier company so far this one didnt gave me High Blood pressure or Heart Attack, specifically the staff whose handling my courier his Mr. Samiullah +971 55 704 6244, also well-mannered despite his english is limited. You can check my other review from some courier company and by far I will not exchange this one. Maybe it really depends with the staff/delivery guy, you cannot rely on office/manager staff cause there is a automatic response from all courier company Dont worry its on the way. But my overall exp is very good so far.

We handover package to deliver in Al Ain the driver collected the item after two days they called and informed there is no service in that area they need Taxi fee 63AED to deliver after we paid they delivered the package. Very Bad Customer Service.

Most unprofessional service ever, scheduled a document pickup but just because I didn't receive their call (as I was in washroom), they never came to pickup.so stupid. I don't recommend this to anyone.

I called for sending the documents but already 2days no one come and pick up very unprofessional staff name laksman cut the phone before i finished my talk should be there some action for this unprofessional behavior and such service. They will collect from your location which was very convenient as they collection point was very far.

By far the most unprofessional courier company in Dubai, they are not only unresponsive but also unreliable. Not even helping them to understand alocation by using a Hindi speaker they can stand by their word. I'm writing this comment based on experience as it has happened more than once. Any other company will do better.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH CASH ON DELIVERY THEY WILL NOT or NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY BACK! I was so disappointed of their service from the word “PROFESSIONAL” doesn’t suits them at all! I was having 3 parcels it was a CASH ON DELIVERY and they didn’t get my money back! That’s really a scam, knowing I am sending my parcels to them with a trust! I was chasing them for more than two months to get my money back but I never received any amount nothing, it was zero. The person whom always pick up my parcel always says I need to check it from the office, but he never call me back so I call to their office and they sends me from one person to another but problem isn’t resolving. They said they already gave the money but I haven’t receive it at all! I told them please send me the scanned receipts to prove that I have received the money BUT I HAVE RECEIVED until NOW!

It was the worst courier service I have ever received. If there was an option for zero rating, I would give it. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. They picked up my stuff from Abu Dhabi on yesterday evening at 7 pm and the delivery guy said that he would deliver before 10 o'clock that night, and it has now been 24 hours and my delivery has not arrived.

Called a day ahead to book a drop off and pick up service to get my laptop from the office. Was told by one of their workers that it can be done, followed up today and Shahkir said there was no booking made.

Don't book with this company, very unprofessional.

Very bad service, they dont deliver on time, I was supposed to receive my delivery this morning, the courier called me at 3 pm saying he will make the deliver at night! He refused to give me a specific time, he even said if I cant be there he will posptpone it for tomorrow?

Company called Professional courier doesn't seem professional to my company. One of the delivery courier driver wont bring our goods to our office he's reasoning out that there is no parking on our building and with rude tone on phone that I should pick it up. As I can see on our office window there is a lot of parking spaces? Well I guess the driver is lazy and left? And company called professional? Hope these kind of services will get notice from the government. Bad customer service.

Reasonable price, I sent document to Kerala, India, they took 4 days only to deliver.

Very much lazy and no details of booking after full day follow up no one turn up to collect, if not interested we could do the needful at office itself after call confirmation waited full day till 9 pm committed for collection

1 star for the worst customer service just because 0 is not allowed… I have spoken with like 5 different people that couldn’t care less about my package, until today delivery service was ok but now I’m not happy and I’ve been using them for my small business for a couple of months. I don’t recommend them and I really don’t want to use them again.

Totally Shocked that things like this still happens in dubai. I called them yesterday to get courier details for a company document. The gentleman poorly answering the phone started yawning and was not interested in any courier arrangements, he then proceeded to ask me personal questions like where I am from and getting flirty with me on the phone. He wanted nothing to do with the task at hand. I shut the phone on him. Now I am left worried about my safety because this man already has my home address.

I am really shocked to see the negative reviews. We have phoned them for sending a courier to India and they came and picked up very fastly. We have phoned couple of other courier services and we got the best rate from here. The delivery was also done quickly. Availed service from them many a times now and till now we had a good experience.

The Call center Agent is polite and good but they require more training with Drivers as they are Front line individual for customer for collections and all.

The most unprofessional I've ever seen. Especially their office staff, my company is still using them only because of one staff who's really good to us. Believe it or not.we don't call the office for booking.we ask for the guy who's always picking up for us. I really wonder why these guys were hired.they are not professional and not suit for the company. I feel sorry for the company. But I still have to give credit to Sabir That I think the only guy suit for the company.

Very opposite to the name itself.they wont call you if they cannot deliver the items.and they are always in hurry if they need to pick up something.and very delay if they are delivering the items.

I was bit sceptical after seeing the negative reviews. But for me it worked like magic. Document to kerala was delivered in 4 days, even in this pandemic situation. Staffs at reception were friendly.

If i can give 0 star, i would give them that. Irresponsible front office staff. Takes your order confirmation and when yu check if they have picked up the item, they don't even know about it.
They give yu false promises. No coordination between themselves. I give them a tracking number, they don't have a clue about the shipment.

Bad customer service, they don’t know how to treat the clients. In addition the parcels are never delivered when promissed.

I called this company to take details on their business (shipping times and costs) the operator said suddenly stay on hold and put me on hold without asking permission i waited for 3 min on the line! First impression was very bad ill search for different courier for sure!

The staff in dubai branch is great but in Abu Dhabi branch the staff in very unprofessional and dont even answer calls.

This are the worst courier services I have ever seen please don’t send with send anything with them. I sent a parcel to Fujiarah, after 5 days they are telling me my parcel is missing, what a joke!

Was stuck in Dubai for lock down and called to book the courier. They gave me an order number and I paid my house cleaner to go and pack a bag with medicines and clothes. Pick up was from building security. They confirmed the night before that they will pick up. They NEVER SHOWED UP! I kept trying to call their Dubai, Abu Dhabi and HQ late afternoon / evening and no one answered. Finally today I have had to pay a taxi driver to drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to bring my medicines. Unbelievably horrible experience despite repeated confirmation!

Hi. Just want to know if the company is legit?
They are asking me to pay 816 $ for the 12 kg parcel and make the payment through remittance/payment transfer? They are not even disclosing the tracking number of the parcel since the sender didnt also lnow where the hell he put the tracking details. And what is my assurance that they will give the parcel afrer i transfer the payment? Why they cannot settle through COD so atleast the customer will have the assurance.

This courier had charge us two times, during pick up and during delivery.and its already one month but they are not giving back the money. Even I am calling them almost everyday. I would give ZERO star for this service.

Very poor service. Made a delivery from Gamerstreet and asked me to come pick up the shipment instead of delivering the package.
Because I refused the courier was forced to deliver the product to the mentioned location.

They're really bad even at delivering.
Their courier kept asking me to urgently meet him halfway, because he is late and had to go to Dubai right away.
After meeting, he forgot to take the Proof of Delivery, so after I reached home, he asked me to drive back to location so he could get paid for the delivery job.
I courteously agreed, and went to the half way point again.
I asked if he was heading to dxb, to offer a shortcut route to the newly built highway. He said he had more deliveries in RAK.

These guys lie about deliveries, so they don't deliver to your door.
"Professional" are the last thing these couriers are.
"Cheap and horrible service! " should be their motto.

Very late and they take advance money and therefore they are postponing the return services

Pathetic customer service, wold give zero stars if I could. Item was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and still nothing. Called up with the correct tracking number and they still can't help. Should be called Unprofessional Slow Courier Service. Would erge any online retail companies not to use their service.

I will never recommend this company. They didnt deal with our shipment in any way professional, they didnt deliver on time, they call at a very very odd hours and never say anything except "where is location" and never tell you who they are and what to expect or when to expect the delivery.
They held a very expensive and sensitive shipment and the driver not willing to return to deliver the shipment.
They refuse to help and said we will deliver in the evening for an office that closes at 4: 30, unbelievable courier service.

The worst courier company ever! The driver is not willing to deliver the item to my home and instead asked me to go to a place at his convenience! Unbelievable. When I started giving direction on the street no. I am located, he interrupts and said that he doesn’t check the street numbers and Instructed me to get the item where he is located and He didn’t even bother apologizing at all!

This courier is having a VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, in terms of delivering the product as well on phone/communication etiquette specially to the personnel named MR.
