Very Pathetic Service and a desktop software they are offering which is "TWIGS ERP". Please do not go for this software, Was promised to be able to do all a fair work but ended up with a lot of bugs, once a reported bug is fixed another pops up.finally left it as it is and started getting a lot of bugs after one software update. Every time an issue is reported they want us to raise a ticket with a mob app but no follow up or come back, multiple complaints raised, actions and follow ups are pathetic u have to be always chasing and following up. Please Avoid this

Providing good SYS and easy to use, good follow up with there customer, there app very nice if you had any issue they fix remotely

Please do not go for this software, Was promised to be one time charge and lot of bugs, once a reported bug is fixed another pops up.finally left it as it is and started getting pop up messages of subscription renewal after 1 year. Was supposed to be for lifetime, but now they say there are charges of around 400 AED. I have 2 shops using the software. They say that it was in the initial contract signed, and its the problem of wrong commitment from the sales guy who sold this software to us. He is no more with the company. Every time an issue is reported they want us to raise a ticket but no follow up or come back, multiple complaints raised, actions and follow ups are pathetic u have to be always chasing and following up. There are so many free softwares. Go for them. Avoid this

If it has *0* zero rating i would give.
First of all begging to install their POS software as Lifetime, in between they will ask to oay extra money, for cloud storage and Maintenance fees, which is never happening There is no data at all, then they disappear to support at any meaning.
Since a year i cant even update menu orices, i cant generate basic reports, daily sales report. Trying to communicate via whatever channels but the indifference level is Super High.
Do not waste money, and time dealing with this people.
Very disappointed, and it was recommended from a person which i knew it.

Worse experience! Just they have to sale the software then you will see there really face, they will never listen you once bought finish they you have to cry for you whole life. If you face a problem in software they will said don't worry we will never back to you anymore, and customer care excellent! Customer care know more than there engineer.because they are also fallowing their superior.they will treat more bad then so call there they engineers.once you buy their software they will call after one year and ask u still you alive ans surviving.never ever try to go with prom tech software otherwise you will kill your self to get their product.if anybody doubt look below screen shot which not possible in any software in the world.my challenge to any software company can do that.in single invoice create 5 invoices no way

I have been using Alacarte (restaurant software) from more than a year now. And I am pretty happy using this software. It's very user friendly and easy to manage our daily operations without any troubles. Plus the technical support of PT is very active. I recommend to everyone who's looking for restaurant management software go for this one.

System formatted last day and application lost from the system. I generated one ticket on Prompttech Connect app. Then technical team contacted me and application reinstalled.now its working fine.

Its not training issue this the problem you guys cant understand if training issue we will ask you for training if software missing stock items software not give daily reports software handing very very slow backup issue items 0 in stock but they doing bar code and sale if there is items they said 0 items
since 6 month i am going to lost my business for this software and your team not help better to return my money and delete software from my system
