Pronovias Dubai / Bridal Dreams

Went to the store in Dubai Mall extremely excited as I heard about the brand many times. However the stuff were totally rude to us and not helpful at all. It was very disappointing as you except them to advise you to show you and encourage you to choose the right dress for your special day, instead they were all the time speaking their language (Arabic) between each other as it was three of them. Not even one of them offered drink to us, in the phone they said the appointment will be around 1hour, when we got there and I started to try the dress after the 5th dress she said I can only try 1 more as 6 is the limit. I have never heard of this before and I believe e she should of told me on the phone that I can only try 6 dresses for 200aed fee, which was meant to include the consultation which she never offered to do After all this we left after 15minutes extremely disappointed. Do not recommend to go there at all.

Absolute disaster! Avoid at all costs.

They let someone else walk away with our dress that was never the shops property!

For our wedding we had all the bridesmaids dresses ordered from Pronovias all over Europe as it was end of season. We then took the dresses to this location to get altered with the bride's dress so they all looked the same.

When we came back for the fitting session they were unable to find the dress for the maid of honour and they eventually revealed that someone had left with it previously. They were unable to find is an alternative because of the dress being out of stock everywhere. Eventually they found a size 14 that needed to be altered down to size 8! It looked very different when finally done and made a stain on our whole wedding.

I went to several bridal stores and found my favorite wedding dress at Pronovias Dubai Mall. Azza provided me with five-star service: she was friendly, extremely patient, accommodating, and she made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted! Despite my short time window she made sure the alterations were done on time and I was able to fly back home with my perfect dress! Thank you Azza for your excellent five-star service! Highly recommended.

One of the most horrible customer experiences I have seen in a shop with such name and status. The staff is inexperienced and incapable of handling any increase of over 2 customers at a time. Deadlines of dress alterations are not respected, they lose track of time and of contacting customers for their updates.

The dress collection itself is extremely outdated and over-all just not great, doesn't live up to the name and brand of Pronovias that is known worldwide.

Not the best experience, the sales lady was nice but not trained well. When I came she did not sit me down or offer me water, did not ask what style I like or any background information. She had me look through the gowns and gave virtually no advice. She also did not ask my budget.

Upon trying to dresses she was nice but the store itself did not have clips strong enough to make the dresses fit properly, they were falling off and because the store did not have the right materials I could not even see what it might look like in the right size.

On top of this I said several times what I was looking for on the phone and before the appointment and they had virtually nothing in that style but still expected me to pay for a try on.

Overall I will not be purchasing from pronovía after this experience, especially after all this they charged me 200 aed because I tried dresses without buying. Honestly, I feel ripped off.

Honestly was leaving one star for the store but I’ll leave two cause at least the girl was nice.

Best service ever. Felt like a queen. The dresses are more than gorgeous. Thank you Pronovias Dubai for making my experience sooo smooth and memorable ️

I went with my friend last week to check on dresses as her wedding is getting soon. We walked in without appointment and the shop was very crowded. The staff were very polite and apologized for making us wait. After 15mn we were attended by the manager Widad. She was very helpful, informative, and had a very good taste. I was amazed by the collection as now they have different brands and a bigger collection. Before heading there we were thinking maybe we’ll like 2 or 3 dresses but once my friend started trying we almost loved every single dress especially the satin collection ️Absolutely stunning
To all future brides out there: Pronovias dubai is a must try ️

محل فساتين جداً متميز ، الموظفة عزة بدبي مول قمة في الاخلاق والمهنية والاحترافية بالعمل طلبت فستان وبلغتها بأن مدة جلوسي بدبي قصيرة وتم التعديل عليه في فترة قصيرة جداً ٣ ايام فقط! مع الفرق الشاسع بين مقاس الفستان الاساسي ومقاسي الحالي لكن تم ترتيب الفستان بشكل مرضي وكأنه على مقاساتي من البداية. انصح كل العرايس يشترون منه شكراً عزة شكراً برونوفياس بالتوفيق

I bought my gorgeous dress last month. Alterations were done in 48h with no mistakes! Collected my dress from the first fitting. They have incredible promotions going on! Soukaina was my saleslady. She’s sooooo sweet and helpful. I met Vidad the manager their too, such a lovely caring girl. Thank you ladies. I’ll always remember you. You’ve made it super easy and memorable for me. Sending hugs and kisses️

I bought my wedding dress there. I liked my dress and tailoring was no issue but customer service is a big let down. I bought my dress on my first visit, from the new collection (not on sale and not cheap at all), picked the 2nd dress I tried on. The whole thing was so fast but still I felt pushed, hurried, unimportant, even the way I was being helped to dress/undress was so rushed and rude. I went there for the name reputation but dubai mall branch doesn t live up to it. Not worth your while.

Booked online to try on dresses and got a call back to confirm d date and timing. Was told it was fully booked but they’ll accommodate me anyhow since only 2months left for my big day️ Got assisted by 1 beautiful saleslady (forgot her name) plus the store manager. The whole experience was amazing and stressless. I said yes to the dress after 1h ️ Thank u ladies. Ur efforts are appreciated! Definitely will recommend u anytime anywhere!

Dear ladies who are planning to visit Pronovias anytime soon, believe me, before going to the boutique i have checked the feedbacks and wasn’t sure to go or not. Tried my luck, and never regret it! I ended up getting my dress at Pronovias! I had the best experience ever after going to like 5 different bridal boutiques! Widad and Azzad were the best accommodating, helpful and incredibly sweet! They made everything easier! Ignore the lame comments! The service is awesome! The dresses are all beautiful! ️

Worst customer service ever when I went last year with my friend. I’ve been to their shops before in Germany (home) & Spain and we were looking forward to the appointment in Dubai and immediately after I had to apologize to my friend. She didn’t know the brand but I promised her it would be amazing.we left the store because there was no proper consultation nor we were welcomed when we arrived. They also don’t have that much variety!

If I could give 0 that would be it. This is the perfect example how people treat certain nationalities differently. (and I thought Germany was worse.)

Been to many bridal show rooms around the world and this has been the worst!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!
