Amazing company with much more amazing devices being sold! Their home locks solutions are beyond compare and their after sales is top notch. Had an issue with my Ojismart door lock after 3 years and their team came in and fixed it free of charge! That too in an era where the moment the 1 year warranty expires and the sales providers wash their hand off their customers or charge exorbitant fees or try to get you to buy a newer expensive model! Cheers to the team and especially Ms. Shilpi Singh who was on point with the issue being taken care of perfectly!

Worst company in terms of after sales service, I’ve been running after them to come figure out how to replace my door lock battery and every time we confirm a date they never show up, their technician literally request pictures and videos and then I never hear from him, this has been happening for the last 4 - 5 times I’ve been requesting them, if you are buying something new from them they would be the best company you would ever come by but once that door knob or door lock requires some sort of service or has an issue well you’re literally out on your own.

Never deal with them, find a company that offers strong after sales service to maintain your investment.

This is an amazing product. Very easy to use and more efficient. It's provide high level security to home. It has a notification system that gives alert while open the lock.

Dubai is a bigger city than it once was. We felt the need to upgrade our security. Company was very helpful in selecting and installing new smartlock. Very responsive to all questions.

Horrible service! The quality of the locks is very bad! If you don’t wanna have a situation where you come and cant get in coz lock got broken “AGAIN” for 5 th time -don’t bother to buy it!
