Staffs are very accommodating and friendly we came early as scheduled for our cats castration but they attended to us immediatly and in less than 20 mins it's done

Dr. Loay is the only one I trust my dogs with, the passion and experience he has is incredible. I have been going to the vet for almost 15 years. The love for animals he has is so heart warming. He has done several surgeries on my dogs and they are happier than ever and living longer than expected.

Took my cat here because he was very sick, if you want your pet to DIE bring him here.very unreliable doctor, at first you will be surprised on how cheap it is.but all they do is inject your pet with some mysterious liquid and give 2 vitamins with a pat on your back.better bring your pet to somewhere else, even if its expensive.dont trust this vet if you want them to live.

Best service. Dr. Louay is a very non materialistic person. His prices are very well studied.

Excellent service.we got neutered our cats both male n female.it was so smooth.n for our surprise the cut was so small for the female n only 2 stitches. Just an info if you want quick recovery ask for the ointment to be applied. In our case dey dint put collar for male which is also not required for many.but as our male cat was licking that part a lot.so after even after 12 days the opening was not closed properly so this time doctor had to put 2 stitches for our male cat to recover quick. And dey put collar n gave that ointment.n it was healed in 3 days. So if you want quick recovery ask them to put collar for male cat also n you can ask for ointment. My female one was perfect in 10 days.

The staff was completely unprofessional with talking no respect and manners at all talking with a raised voice while negotiating the price.

It's simple, as long as mrs.luay is here THEY WILL KILL YOUR PET. If you want your pet safe avoid going to this place.
Worst and most unprofessional and amateur assistant staff Lue or Luei or something, took my dog here and she treated us rudely and mishandled my dog.
If you care about your pet, this place is a big no.
There are far better places that know how to treat and behave with your loving pet, this place is not one.
P.s. The unprofessional staff lueei was also very racist.

Not recommended for dogs. My dog passed away after 5mins of taking injections and medicines.

One of the assistant in the clinic needs to be taught how to answer the phone politely. Not even aware about the generic terms of the medicines. He needs to be trained. You lose clients because the indian guy just said “go check other clinic” because he just doesn’t know what I’m asking. Did not even check with the Doctor first. ‍️

Took the service of spaying my cat and they did a fine job. The staff is helpful and they provide the right guidance when you need.

I took a stray cat here after taking appointment. My first impression was not good as I was asked to wait more than normal pet owners by the Doctor. His facial expression was also bad to me. I didn't have a beautiful cage for my stray cat (made two holes to a cardboard to carry the wounded cat) ; possibly that is one of the reason. I was charged AED 390/= for the medicine (not at a discounted rate) considering my situation. Overall the clinic is keeping good hygiene and they have displayed good pet food. Since am not a pet owner this is what I want to mention about my experience.

I have an abandoned cat that was scheduled for a spay procedure, when I get to the clinic, I was asked to pay regular price although a day prior to the procedure I already called to inform that it’s for a rescued cat. The receptionist Salik even put the blame on me for not calling beforehand. Absolutely absurd! He was the one who answered the phone and confirmed the schedule the day prior!
He said that if I cant pay the price, then I can get the cat back, i discarded the consent paper then but He said doctor is in the middle of the operation. The doctor after seeing the discarded paper even have the audacity to be upset to us! I eventually was asked to pay for the charity rate after a long and unnecessary confrontation. If you can find other clinics in Dubai, better opt for that than this Vet clinic.

Not the most caring or gentle vet. Wouldn't take my pet here in an emergency or if he was sick.

I do not recommend this clinic. Unfortunately this is the only one is the Deira/Abu Hail area. I believe they have good intentions but no point. They lack professionalism and care for animals. When I get my cat to clinic, they don't inquire about what happened, they quickly inject the cat without knowing all the details. For basic operations and treatment, yes this will work but sadly this is not good. Dr Luay needs to listen more and understand if cat is too weak to take heavy medicine. My cat died. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE VISITING FOR CHRONIC ILLNESSES.

I visited the clinic today with my GR for vaccination. The so called doctor was very unprofessional and using really abusive language in front of us. The previous vaccination was done from another clinic. I think he doesn’t like that. However we are paying for the service. It’s not charity that we need to hear his foul languages. His attitude is like he is the only educated man in Dubai. This will be my last visit there. I strongly recommend not to visit that clinic.

As an owner of 5 animals, I can confidently say that this is one of the best veterinary service I have experienced. Dr. Luay is straightforward, knowledgeable and cost efficient.

My rescue dog was in an out of clinics for the first 6 years of her life due to inflamed ears and rashes that no doctor diagnosed correctly. This resulted in multiple steroid shots, strong medication and not to mention accrued expenses of over AED 12,000. Dr. Luay treated her with natural light medication and she hasn't gotten any infection or anything similar in the last 7 years.

I trust him and his team completely - thank you for all you do!

I take care of my 50 strays.one of my strays were taken to provet for spaying. On checking dr luay found that there was a big hernia like lump hanging in the side. Dr had to do the surgery of hernia which was quite complicated as it was tangled inside with some organs of the cat. It was a big surgery n dr somehow made the surgery of my stray.i thought she
Could hv not made it. But she got saved n today she is quite healthy eating well. Thanks to dr.luay for his wonderful surgery done

The behavior of the veterinary doctor was extremely unprofessional. He actually insulted us by using bad words. I never expected such a bad manner from someone in Dubai. That man doesn’t deserve to wear the prefix - Dr.

Very poor professionality of the doctor, i was about to lose my cat on his hands, thank God I didn't listen to him, I saved her in the last moment

I saw 3 vets about my cats illness costing thousands. I felt the other vets just charged as much as they could and did many tests that didn’t fix the problem. Dr Loay and his team sorted the problem with the cats medication that was so simple and cost much, much less. I have rescued in Dubai for 15+ years and he has always helped me by being honest and not trying to just make money.

I found a stray kitten a few days ago with a noticeable eye infection. When I found him the eye was slightly swollen and the kitten was still able to open his eyes. The next day I brought him to this vet and the doctor said that he was not blind and the eye may have a chance to heal, we were given eyedrops for the kitten to use on a daily basis. However, the doctor himself did not seem professional at all, he seemed very careless and was very rough when working with my kitten. A day later after applying the eye drops given by the doctor, the kitten's eye was very swollen and it was worse then when we found him. We brought him to the same doctor again and only then he claimed that the eye was completely gone, eventually causing them to remove it.

Overall, the doctor doesn't seem to know what he's doing. His work attitude is very rude and unprofessional. The interactions with him was unproductive as the way he conducted himself was mediocre. If you are seeking for a professional veterinarian don't come here.

Brought our foster kittens and Elsa got well after the treatment. It is also a good location to those living in Deira. Elsa and Olaf are coming back for their vaccines and grooming.

Brought my baby girl and they injected medicines without us knowing. They told us that critical stage was done but the next day, they inject another medicine to my baby girl and asked us to bring home without observing her.few hours before she died. The doctor was doin experiments to the fur babies. Please don't bring them here!

Meshmesh my cat got spayed at Provet by Dr. Luai. He did a great and quick job, and she had a one-stitch opening only. It is the most affordable veterinary clinic I found, and I got a great service in return. Other clinics charged 3 times the price for spaying!

The receptionist is friendly and funny, and the male nurse I met was professional and calm.

I came back for a consultation and also to undo the stitches, and met Dr. Nadia, who is lovely and reassuring.

Not very reliable.
The doctor was not able to detect parvo virus syndrome and my friend had to loose his pet. The doctor kept treating the kitten for ear mites for 5 long days.
Take the kitten to this place at your own risk.
The place is accessible and convinent.

Thank you indeed to Dr. Louay,   I contacted him for an issue which I had with my dog for the past 6 months and he responded to me in same time even though it was almost midnight ; I visited his clinic to get second opinion for my dog health condition and I was very impresed.

My dog has mouth pain and extended Ulcer which it reached at the point that he stopped eating and had pain all the time so I was so much nervous; I was visiting another clinic almost every 2 week and done many analysis and medication and still I was at the same point I started nothing improved so I decided to go ahead and get a second doctor opinion as I was not longer happy with the clinic they was just billing me and no solution.
After the examination dr. Louay said we need to remove his teeth, heartbroken for his pain and with no option left I said fine go ahead.

I took my dog home he was in pain for 2 to 3 hours and than started to eat and play like nothing happen. I asked the doctor if this is normal as I have never seen my dog that energetic since the past 6 month.

Today is the third day after teeth extraction and medication and my dog is fine so far seems better and thanks to this team which showed professionalism, patience, care and respect no matter the time I contacted I get and advise and answers.

Also to mention that teeth extraction to my previous vet was quoted 3 time more than what I paid in provet.

Highly recommend from my experience.

The Doctors are good but as compared to the Muncipality outlets very very expensive.
I went there as my pet was not well and it is close to my house.
The medicines that might cost about 40-45 outside they administer the same to 80-85.
The other thing is the doctor straight always with give injections and medicines without asking the owner if they agree. In my case I did not carry this much cash as never expected the bill to come to 450 for just a minor infection.

No doubt the Doctors are good. But they should revise the charges.

The vet is caring and efficient, puts needs of the pet first. I have been bringing cats for varied ailments numerous times as I rescue, small surgery and otherwise and each time the service of all the staff has been excellent. I also bring my own pets. Staff are kind, intelligent and don't waste time on unnecessary bureaucracy like many veterinary clinics here in Dubai do. The clinic is spotlessly clean and your pet should be in safe hands. The Doctor is the owner of the business therefore you won't be subjected to a clinic which is told they have targets to reach who treat your pets like sales targets for unnecessary procedures. It's important to remember that in Dubai there are many clinics which have targets to reach in terms of revenue. It's worth going to Provet for an unbiased, straight opinion without the nonsense waste of time frills so you can get on with saving your pet.

Our puppy was wrongfully diagnosed with parvovirus. Wherein she was given treatment for giardia instead of parvovirus. Even after her treatment she was not getting better and we were charged excessively. After coming to Dr luay, our puppy was properly diagnosed and proper treatment was given. The prices are formidable and I have never been happier. I recommend their services to everyone.

Had a very bad experience. The nurse was so unprofessional, he won’t even look up from his phone when talking to us. The doctor doesnt even know how to administer the deworming medicine to my dog.i dont feel his apathy towards my dog.he appeared to be scared to hold my dog.

We are very happy with the clinic and especially with the Doctor. We have got two cats make and female. We did castration and sterilization for both of them there. It’s amazing how easy and fast our kittens recovered after those surgeries. The doctor is very professional! Unlike many others, he makes small cuts and local anesthesia for castrations. The very next day our kittens had already forgotten about the surgeries! Happy, healthy and active kids! The price for the procedures is also pleasant. And the time are 2 minutes fir castration of a male kitten and around 30 minutes for a female one.

A good place. Very helpful. We took kittens we found abandoned for a basic check up and some tips on how to look after them. The doctor was very helpful and gave us a good price. We plan to visit them regularly as the kittens get older.

I am a rescuer and have dealt with MANY vets in Dubai. If you want a honest vet who will tell you straight away what the case is and what the alternatives are, this is the one.

Dr Luay will not try to rip you off by suggesting thousands of different and unnecessary tests. With his professional background and experience, he will advise you what treatment plan is needed.

I highly recommend Dr Luay and Provet for their honest and sincere way of treating animals.

Informative staff, receptionist was helpful. Got my cat spayed here for a good price and they did it really well. Only 1 stitch instead of the 4 people generally give. Easy parking.

Took my cats here at 2 months old and up to this date (2 years & 4 yrs and counting) All the necessary vaccinations are done here and as always doctor Luai has been so accommodating and very straightforward not only that he truly understands the financial capacity of pet owners and not charging too high. I would highly recommend this clinic and hoping he could receive an award as the best doctor in the UAE! Keep up the good work doc.

Doctor was not patient enough to answer queries or give us a hearing. We paid for vaccination for the pup and left the place abruptly to visit another vet. Will never recommend this vet to anyone

Dr. Luay is very generous and understanding. Your pets will be well taken care of with great knowledge. Renewal opened clinic is very modern too.

I wish there was a way to give less than one star. The doctor was extremely rude as I had got an injured stay cat and started complaining that stray cats are difficult and had a rude face. He was hardly interested or concerned about the entire situation. It was not that the doctor was direct or on point, he was straight off rude the way he behaved. The cat I took was a stray, imagine people taking their loved pets. I just don't understand that if he cant have basic standard of treating animals or even behaving with clients, why does he have a clinic. The stay cat had suffered wound infection and he just put some spray and random tight stitches on the wound. The cat died later and probably could have saved if his injury was looked into better.

I was in this clinic with my pregnant dog. I got very nice &full consultation. Doctor made Ultrasound & diagnostics of my chihuahua. Doctor is very professional & intelligent, he knows how to treat pets and try to help stimulate their natural possibility of organism, he does surgery or medical treatment when feels that it really need and if pet cannot recover without this. Thanks doctor and all staff for their help! I sincerely advice everybody this clinic!

I took a hurt stray cat here cause of another rescurer advice. I was pleasently surprised by doctor’s genuine approach. He did not charge for consultation and the treatment price was much lower than in other Dubai clinics, which are mostly money-oriented.
I ve made decision to also take my resident cat to his clinic next time.

Came across this Clinic while looking for a 2nd opinion and a fairly priced Vet unlike the overly priced ones. And it was indeed a great experience. Fairly priced and zero non-sense.
Let me first thank Dr. Luay for his great service and kindness. Our cat has been sneezing over and over for a long while and other Vets have ruled it as allergies and gave him treatments that did not work.
Dr. Luay gave a straight forward diagnosis and simple treatment to our cat which was a matter of cleansing his eyes and nose.
And he even tells you if the cat didn't improve within a week you can bring him again and there will be no consultation charge!
I would recommend this clinic to all pet owners and be sure you will be very satisfied with your pet care.

Dr Loai is one of the best veterinarian in UAE, very efficient and professional, he really loves what he is doing. Very very honest and reasonable with the prices un like other clinics.
He even gave me advices to help my kid with her allergy.

This is the best veterinary in Dubai. I go there with my cat and he is very professional and also very helpful. The health of my pet is very important to me and I trust this vet so I absolutely recommend go there:)

I have done spaying and neutering for my 2 babies. And 1st vaccinations with Dr. Luao.
Went fast and well. Not even 30 min. Both babies woke up as soon as we got home, ate and were like nothing happened.
I waited for a month to see they heal well. The cut on a female was very small and due to corona rules I didnt wanna go to remove stitches, also my baby doesnt like to be in a car. So the stitches were easily removed at home, as it was a tiny stitch.
Recommend.
Prices are also reasonable.

I’ve known Dr. Luai for the past 5 years, been taking my cats regularly for checkups, vaccinations and whenever any is sick or ill. Lately, one of my cats had a bad and severe UTI condition where regular procedure didn’t work and had to operate him to remove all the crystals and stones from his urinate tract. My cat is recovering well and all is because of dr. Luai’s hard effort in such short time, I highly recommend pro vet clinic for any pet owner due to it’s amazing services, staff, prices and products, the best in the market really! Thank you Pro Vet!

Dr Luay is honestly the best and not-making-money-on-naive-expats vet in Dubai. As a new rescue in Dubai I tried few clinics and was heartbroken I can't save more cats because they charge me 2k for one rescue just for test and told me IV on boarding is needed for 150 a day etc while cat was for example only dehydrated and it's just a matter of injections with IV which is worth ~100! Go with your pet or rescue and you will see how transparent this vet is and tells you exactly what's needed and what you don't need to pay for. I am blessed friend took me there. 3 clinics told me ~3000 for tail amputation while he charged me 100 as it was easy case and only some part. Also vaccination cost is 100 not 400. Spay 160 not 600 (LOL seriously so ridiculous hard to believe I once paid this amount). Thanks for being a human dr. Luay and not bullshiting rescuers like other clinics do which is highly not ethical.

Best clinic I have ever dealt with. Believe me I take this from my experience. The doctor here is awesome super helpful and assisted us with our cats in all means. From checkups to performing operations and other services.

I can say that Dr. Loay is one of the best vets in Dubai. He knows exactly what he's doing, hes very caring and supportive. Most importantly, he is not commercial at all and cares about the well being of the animals, I highly recommend him and his prices r very reasonable comparing to other vets
