VERY BAD EXPERIENCE… they had mentioned there is a valorant tournament taking place and registration was free. They had not mentioned they’d be charging us beforehand. It was just a marketing technique of them and very unprofessional behavior as well.

Just have them a call and asked what spec their pc’s have since I want to play the new CoD. Got a reply that it’s the security thing they cannot share.
Then I asked about the monitor hz, said it’s only 144 and said that’s not a good spec pcs… I mean… customer service is on the point? …

This is by far the best gaming cafe I’ve been to in dubai with insanely good pcs with high end tech and the food there is very delicious and affordable and the staff there is super friendly I would totally recommend going there with your friends for amazing experience love it

Decent atmosphere at Psynix. Food tends to be pretty good but can also be a bit salty. Not too much variety of games, and it is a hit or miss for Valorant due to the network error. Other than that internet connection is quite fast.

I’ll rate it as a 4 cuz I never saw that place or played in it but from the photos I see that’s it’s so nice, and the best things I saw is that every gamer/person has his own room or like office thingy? ️‍
