The worst customer service ever. When you call to place an order they will keep the phone and engage on their activities and give zero attention to our orders. Today 26.12.2023.i called them to place an order the guy who attended the call n giving zero attention to the customer over the phone, i repeted order 3 times and then 3 time he was saying "its finished". To the management plz provide some kind of etiquette & customer service training to the staffs to improve.

Very nice restaurant and I tried Chennai chicken biriyani, it was very nice and trying biriyani again and again here. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We have been living in this area since 9 years and the quality of food is becoming worse day by day. After the changes in management some years ago we noticed that the food quality is become bad. Also the AC / fans do not work since beginning. The owner / management doesn’t care about quality and maintenance of restaurant, we can clearly notice. Some of the staff is so dirty that it makes me promise to you guys that i wont eat there again.i am gonna report the dirt to dubai municipality food inspectors

The chef here is amazing with all cuisines.
I love their Hyderabad mutton biriani - best in Dubailand. Another Favorite of mine is curd rice - secret ingredient - tiny slices of raw mango

Being a resident in this area for the past 7 years, I can tell that this restaurant is THE worst in this area in terms of taste, quality, quantity and price. Customer service? Try it and you will have good fun. Just avoid this place. Thankfully there are plenty of other good restaurants in this area.

I would say if you want to keep yourself healthy as well eat hygiene food please visit PUDUMADAM Restaurant with very friendly staff.

What I like the most is that, the staff will suggest you with options the best matches your taste this is called an art.

Personally I recommend this place the second option after your home.

Worst experience having fish… it was completely raw, horrible smell and taste.waste of money.

My saviour while i stayed for a week in Dubai. Really good food and not one time did I have issues with my stomach after eating here. Chicken biriyani, chicken sheek kebab, poori, Chennai batura, upma, Vada sambar were some of my favorites. The ambiance is alright but food and service are amazing.

Ordered the special fish thali via deliveroo and was very disappointed with the poor quantity. The one gulab jamun was cut in half, the one slice of king fish fry was cut in half, and one small sprat fish in the curry. The thali was AED 24 and so not worth it.

Had ordered for a home delivery and waited for 1 hour and after one hour I called and asked for my food she told she will call me back which I dint get back and then again I called she told sorry gas was empty and couldn’ prepare it from one hour don’t know what’s the exact reason it’s happening for me for the second time
If u guys need to have a good business in here change the receptionist and let them have a courtesy to inform the food will be late

Staff is friendly but took lot of time to deliver the ordered food.
Never ever try beaf biryani, I received beaf curry covered with biryani rice.

Beena here on 3 to 4 occassions. South Indian food isn't great. Service is very slow. The Chutney that came with upma was watery. They keep forgetting the orders. The kheema paratha we ordered was very dry n tasteless.

Very bad attitude of the rider and wrong commitment from the restaurant. Placed order that took nearly one hour which was supposed to be delivered in 20 min. Instead of apologising the delivery person was extremely rude. We have been regular customer of the restaurant for last 2 years. This was the last order.

Ordered Afgani chicken through zomato and it was showing picture like Tandoori chicken. They delivered chicken kebab. Its all ok but when i complained reply was “Zomato put wrong picture”

Beef fry that I ordered today seems like prepared with old gunky meat.

Food is good, with friendly staff. Wash area and washrooms have room for improvement. Cleanliness can be improved.

Calamari fried ring is crispy and mixing flour well tasted.

My second home lol they are all I got during my 'not in a mood to cook' day. I wouldn't say they are GREAT but certainly not bad. The food is good, quantity is good too. Thank you for serving good food in best prices.

Terrible spoilt food served and no apology. Waste of time and money. Go hungry if you can but. Avoid.

Unprofessional! This restaurant took an order on Uber Eats, cancelled it, and I have been charged. I recommend you do not order anything online through them as you may well not get your food.

Unhappy experience at all, we order Fatouch salad, chicken wings and orange juice. The Fatouch don’t belong to this one they serve at all, different Ingredient and a lot of missed items and they add water to the fresh orange juice plus some of the stuff is really arrogant and don’t know how to deal with them customers; end of the story going out with full smell of food stick in our clothes!

Every friday we order.instead of 10 small boxes they keep 8 or 9 most of the time.and many times they kept half of the fish.today i ordered they kept only small quantity in all the boxes.not evn half its only quarter.its becoming worst day by day.we have raised this many times.

One of the best restaurants in Dubai Land Residence area. Very friendly staff and the delivery is quite quick too. The north Indian cuisine could be a bit improved to match authentic tastes but the food can be customized to your desired taste upon request. Overall a very good place to dine in if you live in the vicinity. And I forgot to mention about their ambience, which is on point and pretty upscale!

Worst ever experience in this time wasting restaurant.
After ordering food, pick up was late.
Waited more then 30 mins, till hunger died.
Hygiene & Quality is their concern?
Haha! Yes until you find pubic hair in biryani & see a cockroach roaming around in the dining area.
No complain for service staffs, they are good, helpful & always welcoming.

I suggest one not to waste money & time here.

We had breakfast here - Ghee roast and Puri Masala. Even if the service was slow, the breakfast was good. However, the next day we had Paratha and chicken curry, the Paratha was extremely dry. We also tried their Chicken Biriyani, which was subpar. Amidat all this, having flies around you is another issue. Also the place gets really heated up. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Good food.service is always quite quick and satisfactory. Decent table service. Friendly staff. Their Chennai biryani is a must try.definitely finger licking good, spicy.
