The food is delicious. I liked Caesar. Pizza too. Bruschettas are greasy.
Looks like the restaurant is more focused on delivery.
The disadvantages are obvious.
There is no music in the hall, you can hear the sound of plates as in the dining room.
The furniture is ascetic.
Too much light.
The exhaust noise is loud.
Sauces in the wrong dish, more on the table than on the plate.
There is no atmosphere at all. Although they tried. Pizzeria yes. Restaurant no.

Professional and well prepared Staff, excellent (original) Italian ingredients, no fake Italian dishes, excellent Italian homemade desserts, presence and availability of owners. Fair prices.

Authentic Italian restaurant in a beautiful area of sports city. The atmosphere, food, people and staff are awesome, the only thing is missing is nice Italian music. Will come back again with my wife.

Me and my family ordered 3 pizzas. The first one came really fast, we were all surprised, it was about 5 minutes, but the for the other 2 we had to wait about 20, maybe 25 minutes.
The pizzas were great, thin dough, crispy edges, well cooked. The sauce was delicious, the best I have ever tasted, really tasteful. Everything was fresh.
Sadly on every one of the pizzas there wasn't much ingredients, on margarita we only got 1 basil leaf.
Oh, definitely must add, but I'm used to having rather simple pizzas. Like mozzarella and some type of meat, maybe some paprika or broccoli. But the options there were really WOW, it was a bit surprising for me. So if you go there with kids, be aware that there probably won't be much options of pizza for kids.
When it comes to service, definitely great! As soon as we were seated we received menus, and they were ready to receive our order any time. I also saw that the waiters were really open to have a chit chat with customers. I think that's really nice of them.
The climate was nice, it was a bit loud, but I think it gives really nice vibes. There was some Italy exploring on TVs and nice, Italian style statuettes. Basically, You can feel like you are in Italian restaurant.
Also, the prices. The cheapest price for a pizza was about 40 AED, the most expensive was almost 100 AED. The size was average, it wasn't small but also not big.

Excellent pizza Napoletana.
A good place to enjoy and experience the real pizza napoletana.
Owners and staff always friendly and warm.
They also have great desserts and sweets.
Prices are reasonable and it’s easy to park outside.

One of the most authentic neapolitan pizzas in Dubai. Away from the glitz and glam of the city, tucked away in the residential area of Sports city, but feels like being in Italy - and trust me, I know what I'm talking about! Very digestible pizza dough, fresh ingredients and interesting combinations of flavours. We'll definitely come back!

Used to be really great but seems to have taken a few steps in terms of service and quality of food:
Brought the wrong food and entered into an argument as if we had ordered incorrectly, chicken tasted.well, I managed to force half the portion down because I was really hungry but then stopped and returned the rest. The manager has his favourite patrons which he engages with really nicely while we were only worth a short greeting. And the lady sitting at a nearby table really struggled to get the attention of a waiter and then her hands on the menu.totally different to the experience we had the first time we tried this restaurant which most probably was before COVID

I got to know about this restaurant by coincidence.and what a beautiful surprise! Excellent pizzas, perfect fast service, incredible views. If you are a lover of great Italian food, this is the place to come to!

I ordered a pizza and never received it back, I needed to contact the restaurant after 2h30, to tell me that they don’t deliver to that area. Really waist of time and very bad customer service. The agent on the phone was very rude.

زرت المكان أخيرا مع طفلي. طلبنا 2 مارجريتا، كانت عجينتها سميكة، وقال لي المسؤول ان الطلبات الداخلية فقط من تاخذ العجينة الرقيقة (نابولي) لعدم تاثرها بعصارة المكونات اذا ما تم نقلها إلى المنزل.
اتمنى العودة للمكان والأكل داخله لتجربة البيتزا وبعض الاطباق التي ينصح بها عادة. لديه ولاء واضح من بعض الزباين.

Today we ordered 2 pizzas, bad experience today: Pizza with no flavour, the dough was missing salt (we had to add salt… to the pizza!) and the tomato sauce was very bland too. Not ordering from them again.

Found this restaurant by "accident". Had some works to do in sport city and we finally decided to have dinner here after browse "restaurant in sport city". I'm quite surprise with the quality of the foods, it's so good. I bet they use good and fresh ingredient. Requested mushroom aglio olio and they cooked it perfectly! Minestrone soup was also awesome. Had 2 kind of deserts and I love it. Will come back for the pizza as I heard the chef was from the Naples.

This was my worst. Lasagna, I have ever tried in my life, it has no cheese inside and just a little meat (not recommended)
The bread is very dry and old.

Pulcinella, in Dubai Sports City, is simply the best authentic Italian pizzeria in town. Enough said.
Run by a lovely Italian couple, with the gentleman hailing from a family of chefs - Pulcinella rightfully got voted the best Pizza in Dubai by the audience of Virgin UAE radio in 2020. The alfresco dining experience, overlooking the canal, is superb. But most importantly, the food is delectable beyond words

Love this place! You can truly get the authentic Italian taste. I’ve always tried the pizza (in love with the Diavola) but really looking forward to trying their other dishes too. I do wish however that they could bring back Chinotto as they mentioned they are having difficulties importing it. It’s so sad

Awesome Pizza. Margherita pizza done perfectly with a lovely strawberry lemonade by the canal side.very close to a nice play area for kids to play while we dine.was not so happy with the pasta but I overall a must visit specially for the pizza.great base sauce and cheese.all three boxes ticked.

I placed an order today - soup and signature pizza, delivered on time, I was happy, very good indication. I started with the supposed-to-be pumpkin soup and was disappointed. The soup has no taste and after giving it another chance it tastes actually bad! No problem I ordered Pizza as well. It was too oily and couldn’t eat more than 2 slices. So I decided to share my beautiful experience and and sleep lightly tonight:)

We was ordering the burrata and was really good and fresh plus 4 potatoes crocchè also really good and tasteful the bufalina pizza was excellent but a little bit unsalted and for my wife we ordered the gluten free bufalina that the ingredients was first quality but the pizza was really thin and small full oh tomato and so completely raw and uncrusty.the owner came 2/3 times to ask if everything was OK and also the staff was really reactive and gentle.the atmosphere is really quite and soft.we will comeback again but not for the gluten free pizza.thanks pulcinella pizzeria

Finally a pizzeria where to eat a real pizza “napoletana” original. I have una bufala na excellent and a siciliana same, my wife didn’t eat so I happily had two. Taste is super, great products and cooked perfect, easy to digest. Moreover something unusual for this quality in Dubai, the price is fair and the owner is professional and warm and welcoming.

Soup, pizza, and the pasta we ordered all tasted fresh and very nice. The pizzas dough is very nice. Kids can play outside safely too while parents watch.perfect.

Very good pizzas, proper Italian food but service needs to improve a bit. We were with five people and the only guests for lunch, they still mixed up the orders. Nevertheless, worth a visit!
