Pulse Medical Centre and Laboratory

A wonderful center and the treatment of those in charge of the center is very polite. Thank you to the person responsible for taking the blood sample for her professional work.

They are not professional and not consistent to their job, I made the appointment at 9: 00 am for home service blood test collection for the patient 63 years old, and they said the patient must be fasting for 10-12 hrs.
So the patient is waiting for them, and the time passed at 9: 15 am, but still they are not coming, no messages and no calls. I tried to reach them but no answer until 9: 24 they replied to my message saying that there is a traffic at that time.
When the call centre agent Ms. Rania called us and said that the nurse was already outside at 10: 17 am. Do you think the patient can wait more hours for the unprofessional way of them? And take note that the patient is 63 years old, then she said sorry and there was no traffic and she didn't know why they said that.
If your clinic is professional and you know that you have a schedule at 9: 00 am, your staff must go early to reach on time. Please don't do this to any other patient. It's really not a professional way.

Just did my home collection sample with Nurse Ankit Kumar.he’s really great at his job as I’ve never felt any pain when he took blood sample.very patient as well while answering all my questions and so respectful. And they come earlier than my scheduled. Very impressed with their professionalism and hard work on this. Customer hotline as well so responsive for any questions anytime. Thank you and keep up the good work. Hopefully results will come soon as well. And can talk with their doctor about the findings.

Save yourself from this unprofessional lab, starting from there customer service going to there home collection where it was the real nightmare, the most horrible experience i have seen. They sent us an unprofessional nurse since he arrived he was worried and confused He tried to remove blood from my father from his arm he couldn’t than he tried from his hand also he couldn’t and was planning to continue his experiments on my Father before we stop him. Such labs should be reported to health authorities.

They are offering test packages at very affordable price. I found it near and clean clinic. Staff was very friendly and i took hardly 5 minutes to give blood sample.

The place is just amazing, the staff members are good and kind, i'm very much satisfied with their services.
I would suggest you to go for any diagnostic tests.
It took them 48 hours to finalize the report, i would love if they could do it quickly. Anyway overall it was very good.

Horrible customer service. I contacted them a few days ago to schedule a home lab collection - they asked me which date and time I preferred, and said the collection team would contact me to confirm. I again told the collection team which time and date I needed, they replied 1 day later saying they will be there at a completely different time than I had asked for. I've reiterated the time I require again to both the clinic and collection team, now no one is responding to me at all.

I got check my blood and urine tests at Pulse Medical Centre. Nursing staff is very experienced and well behaved. Doctor on duty examined the tests and advised me accordingly. I am fully satisfied to the results and check up procedure. I strongly recommend Pulse Medical Canter for all types of Blood tests as well as urine tests.
