As usual amazing service and outstanding food quality - consistent for close to 2 decades now since I been eating here.

I've been visiting puranmal since years but today it was a bit disappointing since the pani puri served wasn't fresh as expected but at the same time they did serve us with extra icecream on special request.

Went here for chat cravings and ended up ordering Bhelpuri.

It was really good, Service was also ok.
Prior, also had munched upon the Chinese Combo was a bit satisfactory.

Only one thing I'd found difficult was the dine-in arrangement!
The serving table is lil' above of the chair which made me uncomfortable to enjoy my meal. #pov

I visited this place for lunch. And started going frequently.
+ Ample RTA parking right outside the place.
+ A great place for Indian food and sweets.
+ They also serve a variety of chaat.
+ Dine in is on the first floor. Nice stairway to climb.
+ Great food, their thali is nice, paneer bhurji is a must try with their crunchy garlic naan.
+ Staff is friendly and can help you in deciding your order.

- price for some items are a bit high considering the quantity, like paneer bhruji.

I went at 245pm and I was told the kitchen closes at 3pm and was denied service. Inconsistent timings, the cashier had told me full menu available from 7pm. I went at 7pm and was told it’s now 8pm as their staff haven’t pitched up. Had run out of diet soda on 2 occasions. Food below average. Not going here anymore. Was a regular.

Food is tasty but a bit more of whole spices that can give you acidity if your are not use to spicy food. The seats were very uncomfortable.

We had a good family time in the Puranmal, Diera. The kids enjoyed the meal and all stuff we ordered were tasty. The Paneer Butter Masala was simply great and vanished the moment it arrived as it is a kids favourite. The Service was great and that made a difference as we felt taken care. Enjoy good wholesome vegetarian fare. Rating 4 as the Interiors can be improved as well as one table next to is was vacant with a TV Carton kept in the seat.

Their chef is not available after 3pm we had to leave the hotel after sitting for a while pathetic experience do not recommend at all. Foods does not seems to be good.

Very costly for the food quality.
Dosa was very dry before it came to the table.
Masala chaas was told to be not spicy when order was taken, but when served it was totally having green chilli paste making it more spicy.

The tastiest Indian vegetarian food I have had anywhere! The garlic naan bread was out of this world. Garlic everywhere. Try the masala tea. Yummy!

Disappointed!

The food is cheap but nothing great, it didn't meet our expectations.

The pav bhaji lacked flavour, I've seen better cheese dosas and pani puris here in Dubai itself.

Very Hopeless food in Puranmall Murqabat nobody should go there or order either highly un polite and arrogant reception when called over phone for order Food provided is a disaster

Got a stone in IDLI and chutney for which they didn’t take any action at p building nad al sheba emirates nbd office. Please be aware of the food quality they are providing before visiting.

Nice place.dine in area is small but comfortable for 4.food is good.they also have amazing collection of authentic indian snacks and sweets which is a must try.

Good and spacious restaurant, in the heart of bur Dubai, parking won't be an issue as there is plenty of paid parking just in front of the restaurant. Easy access. Good authentic Indian food. Tasty and of good quality. Usually busy in the evening time. Take away counters easy accessible too.

Service and taste was good, ambience need to be improved as lot of cardboard cartons were lying in the restaurant hall.

Today I ordered 3 meals for lunch.when I was call they said we have mix sabji and chana masala. I ordered in 3 meals put both item he said ok, after 20 min delivery boy came, when we open the box all meals only chana masala. It is very poor service they provide.and every day they are making mistake and said give me last chance will not do next time and again they are make mistake. Everyday from my office more than 10 meals we ordered. Please do proper service.

Getting authentic Indian food in Dubai is awesome, and what is even great is the service. Keep up the great work, and we will keep increasing our calories

Staff are rude, you ll feel disappointed if u visit the outlet, they keep on staring you until u eat and go.

Small restaurant, serves good vegetarian food. Also has jain options. Service is also good and fast

In a party of 6, the 6th individual received his dish after the other 5 had finished theirs!
We ordered dahi-bateta-puri. It had no bateta (potatoes). Afterwards the waiter tells us that its because they're out of potatoes!

We always like idli and pulkas but north Indian curries could be better. Over all it's a decent restaurant which is very close to our residence.

One of the best chats and vegetarian outlet around! Not to forget their mouth watering and awesome sweets.

In all fairness I arrived here late after a long flight and wasn't that hungry so it deserves a second chance. I had a Masala Dosa and it was ok, hence the 3 star rating

Got a 100dhm voucher from khaleej times and went from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, we cannot eat what we want and they behaved so weird that we are like alien bcz we present a coupon. Very bad experience.

Food is really good although the menu has nit changed for years.

Very tasty and delicious, mouthwatering dishes they make. You can enjoy the same taste as good as made in India.

A better option for vegetarians. Their services are very slow. They have a variety of sweets. Their kesar rasmalai is of great taste

"Tried the Mixed Platter, Punjabi Thali, Masala Dosa, Dahi Batata Puri and Pani Puri. Loved all of it although I am not exactly a fan of vegetarian dishes. The food was absolutely great and I am sure this is the popular opinion about this place because I had to wait for my table for 20 minutes.

Ambience: This place is a comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. A nice family kind of place.

Service: The service was quick and the serving staff was really friendly and professional.

Food: The food was great. Everything tasted amazing and the food was served beautifully.

Location: The location is prime but no parking. I hope they sort that out somehow.

Recommendations: Would recommend this place and also definitely be coming back here.

Not south Indian style nor tasty. Not recommended to try the vada nor the masala dosa at all. At least a smile from the staff would be highly appreciated.

Recommended go to place for authentic Indian cuisine. Breakfast time tawa aloo paratha is the best in dubai. Other must trys are puri-chana, paav bhaji, masala paav, khandvi, dhokla. Super samosas. The puri for the pani-puri usually don't taste fresh

Bad service.when I have call them for delivery they said it’s raining no delivery come and collect. On phone they were rude also.

A decent place with good options of Indian food. They serve both North Indian and South Indian food.

As we were staying at Hilton Garden Inn hotel this restaurant is just 5 mins walking distance we visited the place around thrice.
Good place for vegetarian people from India. Also a good place for all if they want to taste the Indian sweets.

We have been having our lunch n dinners since 4-5 days as we were here in dubai for a holiday. This is the only pure veg n good restaurant near by. Puranmal has approx 20 outlets that includes restaurants, caterings, sweet shops etc

Have tried punjabi thaalis, Chinese, pizza n pav bhaji. All the dishes tried are upto mark in quality, quantity and taste.

Our visit to Dubai for vacation was very special. We enjoyed thoroughly due to comfortable stay, great food n sightseeing. The major credit for our successful trip was also food we were served. Being a pure vegetarian visiting a foreign with a kid, we were worried about the food. But our worries flew away with our first day lunch itself. Served by PURANMAL.

Taste, quality n quantity: 5/5
Each and every cuisine we tried during our stay was great due to good quality food quality n enhancing taste. Quantity was satisfactory too.
The cuisines are made by experts chefs. The menu consists of Indian food n other Indian style cuisines. The ingredients used were fresh.

Value for money: 5/5
Compared to prices in other restaurants the prices here are very reasonable.
