Came to have dinner with friends and ordered South Indian food. For the first time ever we ate Mysore Masala Dosa made with green chutney and fried idlies were literally deep fried and full of oil served with green chutney. Not at all recommended for South Indian dishes. Tables are also oily so better you dine in wearing t-shirts.

Excellent service by Mr. Bishal, he always ask for feedback that how was the food, which is really good to improve the service and production. He is a great asset to the company.

Quite a substandard restaurant compared to the other Puranmal branches. Had puri chole and alu paratha, taste was very ordinary and stuffing was dry and clearly old/made in a rush. If you're looking for Puranmal, stick to some of the other more tried and tested branches.

Tried the Masala Dosa was nice. Tired the Onion Kachori and veg samosa, both below average for a well know brand like Puranmal quiet disappointing

Staffs are very rude in this branch. They don't know how to talk and deal with customers. You keep calling them, but they just ignored you even after you request them politely to attend.

If it’s Indian it’s definitely Puranmal. Whether you are looking for a great variety of Indian sweets or snacks (chaats, paani puri etc) this is the place. Also the paneer (cottage cheese) is quite good. It’s conveniently located in the ENOC petrol station. The place is quite compact so recommended for take always and home delivery.

For people living in Sports City and Production City. For the Mumbai Street food loving people. Best place to visit, good taste and hygeinic.

Worst experience in Ramadan, at dinner, no taste, full old oil food could not digest, even my kids first time hate d food in puranmal Impz, poori channa, dhahi poori, fry idly, cocktails juice, I never seen in dubai like this kind of juice, totally money n time waste. Puranmal restaurant near dubai production city provides us all with hygeinc food. The taste of food is average and cost is reasonable. Sweets and snacks are the main attractions of this enterprise.

Love the Ras Malai. Also because do not know any other Desi place having Ras Malai close to home

A much smaller outlet with very limited seating, but they do serve the entire range of sweets, snacks and meals.

Best Vegetarian restaurant on highway with easy access. Fairly priced combos good for quick bite. Wide variety of delicious chaat. Mouth watering Indian Sweets and much more.

Food quality isn't consistent. Need to maintain the standard. But most of all, their customer service needs tremendous improvisation. This is the only Indian restaurant around IMPZ area, ideally they should be capitalizing on the location and demand for Indian food. So the management first needs to check on how their staff can be trained to be more courteous and customer-centric.

Good vegetarian food. Good taste and quality. Reasonable pricing. Have veg food plus variety of subcontinent sweets. Staff is also helpful.
Things to improve: ambience. Lots of flies roaming around, although it's an air-conditioned place. A little bit of seating arrangements to make the diners enjoy the experience.

Every time I visit here some one from the counter is sneezing. The issue is they don't wear proper mask they don't cover nose as well as mouth. If this is the condition of counter. I m worried wht will be inside kitchen?

After my badminton game, we had a small snacks here. Samosa were the best, so crunchy and tasty. As well as masala tea, i did a couple of it. This restaurant deserves a 5 stars. Try it.

I ordered jalebi but they delivered kaju katli instead of jalebi. If the item was not available they should inform us, they can't change order by their own. Really dissatisfied.

Nice place for veg food. Always good quality whenever I have visited. Recently ordered food from here and had the pav bhaji dosa (4/5), fried idly (4/5) and also puri channa (4/5). Delivery was on time and taste was also great.

Puranmal serves quality controlled and authentic North Indian food. Their service is excellent. The employees in IMPZ branch are great. This is our go to restaurant for various North Indian delicacy.

Should you need to have an afternoon spicy kick to wake you up. Try their Cheese Chilly Sandwich. Make sure you have enough of tissues handy around you:). Rest. Their Punjabi Samosas shouldn't be missed while snacking with the side sauce (Spicy Chutney)

A small little place but with an almost full Puranmal menu. Nice and neat place in a zone with no other vegetarian options around.

Puranmal never fails to serve good quality and tasty food. Whether it's the sweets or the other food items available.they always let me have a smile on my face after I finish eating.

Food is okay, nothing good to be proud of. The pani puri was soggy and not good. The masala dosa was again soggy and the sambhar lacked flavour. Not the best place eat

Food is very good speciallly the indian chats. Staff is ok.no recommendations pushed by the staff.

Very good place for vegetarians. Food is good. Also the presentation looks clean and not messy like in some other restaurants. I would recommend to order the combos as individual main course dishes are expensive. My favorites are, Hydrabadi Biryani, Thali combo, and onion kachori.

Dont miss mumbai chaat while this is around.
Still needs a lot of improvement in terms of quantity.

To be honest, i can here for good chat and Indian fast food, but it was all very very disappointing. The chat was so tasteless and kinda bland.
The Pav Bhaji here, it was so bad! I couldn't even eat it. The Pavs were soggy af and the bhaji was full of "chat masala" only. No taste, no flavor.

Puranmal needs to step their game up!
