The food is amazing and the halwa puri is is very nice. I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 4 year's. I recommend this place for breakfast lunch or dinner

You will wait for 10 mins for someone to come take your order. And they take half hour to serve the food, and that's without cutlery. Now you got to wait for 10 more mins to even ask someone. They don't care. I am writing this review as I wait for someone to bother so that I can ask. Imagine how hopeless they are

They aren't worth the money they charge for neither in taste/quanity. Their North Indian dishes are more excellent than South Indian items. Some staffs are exceptionally good at service while some aren't due to which you feel bad at the end of meal.

Good sweets options and vegetarian food. We ordered butter paneer masala and butter naan. Taste was good. My wife likes the Ras malai. Veg biryani was not that great. We also tried jal jeera not great. Mini samosas is good. Their kaju katli, motichoor ladoos

Puranmal DI P is the worst, never go fir brekfast they have nothing except sandwhiches, if u order pori bhaji, they will give u potato soaked in turmeric n water chole, bad exp ever, whtever dish u will ask they will say available aftr 11: 00 am or 7: 00 pm.

This restaurant offers a good range.
North Indian delicacies are good. South indian not recommended. Good service and nice ambience. Sweets are speciality here.

North Indian Thali comes with 4pcs of roti and rice.it's taste yum quantity is sufficient for two!

Worst service. No coordination. Gave a bulk order for Diwali one week before they were not able to deliver the order and returned the money at the last moment and spoiled the occasion. Never recommend this hotel

Good Desi restaurant in Dubai. Neat & clean. Visited on a weekend, so unsure about normal crowd trends.

South Indian food tastes were good, while the North Indian food tastes were really good.

I ordered food by online veg briyani combo, they delivered quickly but the amount of food is not enough for adult. Feeling disappointed.

The most what we like to eat here is samosa and Thali.
Tea is worst taste. Don't buy tea here.
They still needs to improve on their food taste and quality.

Always loved your North Indian Aalu/Gobi/Paneer pranthas. And the sweets ofcourse, barfi is just delicious. Ambient place to dine in with family, best place in DIP.

It's a gujarati restorent and sweet shop. Indian sweets are available here.fresh and tasty.neat maintenance and manners

Due to COVID-19 there are limitation at this place but i am sure it is well dressed place like the others in and around the city.

Food is good but service is worst in Dip 2 if you will call and many times also they don't have a system to save the numbers they will irriate to you they will ask your name, phone no, address

Regularly visit this chain of restaurants for veg food. Plus love the pani puri / golgappa's here.

Good variety of veg food. Manchow soup, paneer tikka biryani ragda pattice.pani puri are some of best food items and delicious. Ambience is good neat n tidy and spacious

Tandoori Gobi! Never had such tasty tandoori Gobi.with that mint chutney its much more heaven. One must try in Puranmal!

Its found in DIP 2 and it has all Indian food stuffs, sweets and delivery is also done.has paking for vehicles

Nice place for pure vegetarians. Big enough with the proper cleanliness. Have enough parking space which is free. Would be perfect place to have bite alone as well as with family too. A must place for vegetarians. They are open for all time meals of a day (breakfast lunch & dinner). So you can plan any time.

Great Indian restaurant. Unfortunately, only veg but the food is amazing. Try the Pani Puri and Pav Bhaji there. Also, breakfast items like Puri Bhaji is good. Not too expensive. The place offers decent sitting ambience. However, don't expect the best service. I have notice hair in my bread a couple of time so definitely hygiene is a concern. Informed the waiter and they just exchanged it and didn't even apologise properly. Really need to work on their service. Otherwise, everything is great and I would definitely recommend this place.

Miserable place, never expected these will present food without taste.
Ordered puri cholay, and it was uncooked, then he leaves my puri to get cold and tries to bring chana coocked which again was without salt.
This experience is the last experience in their restaurant.
Then they do mistake in the bill, they miss the order which has to be in the bill, this cud have saved me money, but i asked then to replace the bill with the complete order we asked for.
However, this was the worst experience ever in my life in puranmal restaurant.

If you are looking for good vegetarian taste, come here. Slightly overpriced but it satifies your tummy pretty good.

Good food, neat & clean interior, loooong delay to get order served for dine in customer and staff could be a bit more friendly

Very poor service and bad attitude towards the customers. The other branches of Puranmal which I visited were good.

If you are looking for a Indian veg food. This is a place to go to. I come here regularly. The food quality is good though not consistent. You will find different taste of the food in different branches.

The service too depends on what mood the staff is in. Some days it's too good while one some they may totally neglect you and border on being rude.

Cleanliness too needs attention especially at their DIP branch where the condiment tray is normally not cleaned well being continuously recirculation. Better get the guys to get a fresh ones at the start itself.
