The staff are not welcoming at all. They either don’t know their promotions or don’t want customers to avail them. None of them was happy to assist or make us feel like they wanted us to dine in and eat along with the sweets we bought. Please look into the customer service.

Hi.first of all I asked them to clean the table where I was sitting to dine for lunch from the past 5 minutes.nobody came until I asked them.then I ordered paneer parantha today whereas they gave me aalu parantha by saying that this is paneer parantha.and there was only mashed potato in it.they make people fool by giving stale.it was not fresh and cold too. Then I asked them to heat it. The samosa was also stale and cold. I will never recommend anyone to go there.

Dear Owner, I tried to order 30 pcs Samosa over the phone, your employee who answered the call was unprofessional, He put down the phone without having finish our conversation today @5: 30pm.you are losing bulk ordered customer.

It's located in the most happening building in business bay downtown, Bay square. The place has nice sitting space inside as well as outside of the outlet. You will get hot & delicious snacks here with lip smacking indian taste. There are a lot of options available to fullfil your hunger craving. If you are working nearby, it's must try place.

Only this branch has this issue where the lunch gets over before 2pm and there are very limited or not even fresh items post 3pm. Like today when we went they said fresh is pav bhaji.when we asked for extra pav they said it's over.then my question is how was the dish fresh with non availability of items. They should let the customer know before hand that they have last set of pav for the most fresh made at that time.sad service. Manager needs to take feedback n work.

Had tried pani puri, lassi, samosa, bhel puri. Samosa looks like fried with oil mixed with ghee, which was not so appealing. Rest all were ok.

I visited puranmall and tried sandwich and pani puri and ras malai. A very good indian restaurant with reasonable prices and quality products. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Best place to have breakfast and lunch if you are working in bay square and near by areas. Their mini thali for lunch is very economical and taste is to die for. Delivery nearby available but remember to call early as they get busy during lunch time ofcourse️

Good snacks.but very bad costomer dealing. Me and my frnds have experienced many times here in bay square.

The good located resturant.
They don't cooked and baked items on the spot in their resturant.
But,
Their papdi and bhalla chat is soo good.

Overall nice experience!
