This place is okay. I didnt like the chats much there. Tea is not that great. The restaurant opposite to this i think Raj chats that is better.

Absolutely pathetic and poor customer service.visited in the morning with family to have breakfast. Whilst the food might be average and the prices too but their staff are the worst.total mood spoilers. And if u notice in the other reviews they haven't even bothered to respond to negative or positive reviews. Typical family owned lala corporation. Thumbs Down!

Unlike other branches the service at silicon oasis sucks. The staff is rude and service is poor. But food is awesome, better to order that dine here.

Kindly don't order the special falooda form here.it's nothing special but rose water with vermicelli.and so watery and tasteless.and the other sweets are only with sugar syrup.

Really bad experience. Tried south Indian dish vada and sambar. I never had this much worst vada in my life. Pav baji was just ok. Overall Disappointed.

The samosa I had was the coldest and worst snack I have ever had. Please don't ever dare to taste their tea. ️

Ordered kaju katli n laddu.kaju katli was very hard, when asked the restaurant about that the employee was telling it is because of the weather. I wonder what is the relation between a kaju katli getting hard n weather.

Totally unacceptable laddu was also average only.

I tried calling the restaurant DSO branch 2-3 times but speaker did not allow me to connect the manager may be security purpose, I was regular customer but now I dnt feel like to order because of your staff misbehave. Your one staff who rides the green cycle with black hat is not good person keeps starring in garden even waits on cycle 10-15 minutes keep starring
when I get my dog for walk or he delivers the food I feel very uncomfortable purposely I change the timing but last 15-20 Days same things happening lastly I decided to write the complain

Very nice Indian veggie restaurant with the best Indian sweets ever!
Although I am an expat from Europe I love their food and even more their sweets!
Kaju Katli, Jalebi or their kaju pista.all is just amazing!

Eating in gives you great food and with "repeat" app a little discount on your bill.

Dear restaurant manager I order veg thali and in 30 Dirham thali I got dry potatoes vegetable and veg jalfrezi (look in picture it's only onion gravy without any vegetables)

Sometimes in thali they send dry chick peas and Chana dal

We understand potatoes is 2 dirham kg and onion 2 dirham kg and we r paying AED 30.

Such quality upset our stomach.

I personally don't want to compalint about any of your staff but request you to look into your quality

Very bad experience with puranmal dso. First they confirmed the order and latter after 15 minutes, I received a call saying, can't deliver as no delivery boy is available.
These restaurants should be panelased for such things

Highly recommend puranmal if you are Pani puri lovers? Although their prices are high compare to other restaurants

Ordered thali and Chinese combo.
Thali they forgot to send rice and roti both.
Chinese combo both chilly Paneer and Manchurian was water and tasteless.
Wasted 54 dhs and had nothing to eat.
Horrible service by Puranmal.

Very bad service. We ordered a thali. The food was stale snd cold. Half of the items were missing from the thali. Very bad service, no body serves properly.

Had dahi puri here.it was completely tasteless n the puries were so hard.i could only had one

If you miss India, then the Taste will take you back. The vegetarian menu here is vast, you can get samosa, pani poori and much more here. Moreover, you can get student discount if you study in academic city or silicon oasis.

Went to this location on 20th November arround 4.45 PM it was quite empty, however even with just 1 more table to be served the staff got the orders completely wrong, miss interpreted less spicy to less sweet there by completely ruining the taste

Varieties of indian sweets are there and I really really love the "Laddu" they make. I specifically go there for that. It's a good place for family to dine. You can get chats, meals, and sweets.

The food not really good and the delivery service very bad no use of receiving food delivery after you lose your appetite it took one hour to deliver the food and its only five minutes distance

All the food items are very tasty.sandwich, juices milk shakes, sweets. If I want the taste of the food a bit in choice of mine.they will make sure.they give that.
And the staff and especially the cashier are very friendly.
I recommend this restaurant.five star.

Perfect place for vegetarians to enjoy North Indian food flavours as well as snacks and chat items everyone can enjoy. Their veg cheese grill sandwiches are delicious and if you and super health conscious ask for brown bread.
Snacks and Pav Bhaji is tasty as well as the Chole Bhature is good.
What’s more delicious is all their wide variety of Indian sweets, for all festivals and special occasions. Or for those with sweet tooth and who need a dessert after a tasty meal.

Went with heavy expectation to Puranmal @ Dubai DSO. It will Not give you wow experience. Had following and my rating when compare to other South Indian veg restaurant. Coffee-Not Nice, Vada-Not Nice, Dosa-Good, Bhaji-Not Nice.

One of the best Indian restaurant in Dubai silicon Oasis. North Indian food are good but not south indian. Compare to Dosas poratas better here. Snacks and sweets are very good, arrangment is avarage. Staffs are friendly and service is not bad. Some times they're taking longer time to serve. Nice joint. Their sheekh kabab masala is yummy. We mostly order delivery from here. I have one Puranmal in my office premises as well, and consistency is pretty impressive. Comfortable place for an Indian veggie.

Authentic Indian Sweets and Indian Food. Love this place. Their Paani Puris are great. I specially love their Kadhai Paneer.

Had a wonderful experience over breakfast here. Their coffee is a must try, the aroma and blend of the components was just perfect. Mix paratha and the puri chole was very delicious. The size of their puri is equivalent to a bhatura! So it's quite filling. It should be a definite must go on your list.

I would have given Puranmal dso where I usually buy from a 4 star coz the food is good.their service is bad.especially the home delivery service.mostly the phone keeps on ringing.they answer after trying really hard.they take orders clumsily.mostly when we give our preferences towards taste like for chaat.whether sweet or spicy etc they just dump whatever is the outcome of their mixture.today i got burnt grilled sandwich and I asked for sweet bagel puri I got a spicy n this is not first Time it has happened quite a few times. I hope they improve their service they can be one among the best.

I ordered masala dosa and pav bheji. The food was pathetic and tasteless. Staff behaviour was also too bad and didn't allow us to fill the feedback form as well. Worst experience and worst branch Silicon oasis.

Huge range in fresh Indian sweets and also with Alkat dine in facilities with delicious food the only problem is the seating available is to small for huge crowds on lunch n dinner time.

Great veg restaurant in Silicon. Great options with north indian and western cuisine. Best part is the sweets! Variety of sweets and all are amazingly tasty. Snacks and farsan also available in variety.

Its nice n cosy.the food is tasty.its gud for chaats n mithayi.thali is average.but chaats r really gud n tasty mithayiz, of which they have a nice variety.

A good place to get Indian food in Silicon Oasis. They have traditional curry roti options, Indian Chinese food, snacks and sweets. Do try their kachoris, tea and chaat. Limited tables to sit but definitely worth the short wait.

Best samosas in Dubai! Love them! I also recommend their chaat - bhel puri and paani puri. Also, best place for Indian sweets for all occasions.

Food is ok, not great but not bad either. The reason for one star is the service. In my experience, the service was terrible every single time. The waiters were not warm at all and were unprofessional. They pointedly ignored me and i had to wait for 10 mins to even get a menu (it was not even crowded, only 2-3 other families). The look on their face was so disinterested, like i was a nuisance. My experience has been the same, all the 6-7 times I went to this restaurant. I have finally decided that I am never going back to this restaurant again, as the bad service just irritates me. Unless the management does something to improve service, they will lose a lot of customers like me.
