Started using this brand from my eldest almost 4yrs ago and now for my 5 months old. Always satisfied with Pureborn most especially at night, I don’t need to get up for nappy change. ️

Id give zero stars if I could. This is now the second time I’ve tried their diapers. Once when my daughter was 3 weeks old and now at 6 months old and let me tell you, their sizes are 3 sizes too small. My daughter is 6 months old/9kgs and doesn’t fit in their size 5s (11-16kgs). They leave terrible indentations on her little legs and tummy. I reached out when she was 3 weeks old and asked if I could pls return the jumbo pack for a size up. They said sorry no they’ll send some size up samples and nothing was sent from their side. Now I’m sitting with a jumbo pack of size 5 diapers and can’t use them. Disgusting company and terrible customer service I will be sure to let every friend/mother I know to avoid this brand entirely for their children.
