Not only that, instead of one set they sent a completely different one and without warning. The attitude towards clients is immediately clear. And almost all the food tasted terrible. Tasteless. Overcooked rubber cutlet. They were even able to ruin Napoleon, because it tasted like just a lump of sugar. But the sliced ​​apples were okay.
Terrible experience. I will never order anything there again and I don’t recommend it to others.

Disgusting food. Teach the chef how to cook borscht, it’s some kind of horror, I ordered it and threw it away. They brought tasteless beetroot water with 2 small pieces of potatoes and one piece of meat 1.5cm in size.

I had lunch at Pushkin at Ibn battuta mall food court. They quality has improved since last time I tried it - borsch was quite tasty, plover had enough meat. The only suggestions is to give real sour cream on a side (currently they provide yoghurt) and also add rye bread option on their menu (to have with borsch).

Used to order and go to this restaurant. Last order of lunchbox with beef cutlet came with fried Cockroach in the meal.

I ordered with Careem, restaurant didn't put Napoleon cake, then I called on the number mentioned in the app, no response, had to search another number of them, finally found, called and they said yes driver forgot 2 more bag. Plov was dry. Not recommend.

Order from Business Bay to DIFC took 1 h 38 min. Manager on the phone constantly lies, first he said that delivery man is in elevator and food will be with me in 2 min, during my next follow up call he said that I need to provide my office address as Deliveroo doesn't do it (lol), and last call - he said that food was already delivered to me a while ago (we obviously have cameras everywhere). Apart from that beautiful experience of customer orientation, bread was at least 1 week old, hard and far from fresh. Absolutely not worth the money.

The most disgusting meat I have ever tried. Like a piece of stinky rubber. Never visit this place and do not order slops from there. ‍️‍️‍️

I ordered delivery from this place more than 60 times. The food is good. No issues with taste and freshness. Yes, it is like in soviet canteen and I like it.

The worst restaurant you can order from! They took over than 2 hours to deliver the food and lying over the phone about the food being delivered after 5 mins. I wish there was a minus rating.

I tried pushkin in ibn battuta mall and i didnt expect it to be so good but it was
i ate chicken and pepper spaghetti it was a little spicy which i like and was so juciey with sauce which i loved and the spaghetti it self was cooked well and chicken mushroom with white sauce was perfect, well cooked and mushrooms where fresh and tasty and chicken cutlets which i was afraid of but my friend recommended it so i tried and turns out it was very good and very well balanced on the spice side also crispy on the outside and soft on the inside in a brief they were all super delicious and not to forget to mention the prices are very good, i had all of these for just 25 dirhams and the portions was very good also and the staff was very helpful and friendly i am definitely going to visit them again and try every dish they have

Ordered delivery from them few times before. Food was OK. This time ordered chicken wings that come with free fries. Food arrived with no fries at all but with slice of fully wet brown bread and ugly cut vegetables. Called the restaurant and been told that no fries coz they don't have them at the moment and that disgusting wet bread is kind of snack. Well, if you have something out stock, call your customer and tell. Wet brown bread and ugly cut big pieces of vegetables do not really look like food for human being

Went to have a meeting with a crowd since it was ramadan time.i expected no food or drinks but the restaurant had delivery abd dining facility during ramadan, had coffee and a bottle of sparkling water only will come next time to have some gorgeous russian food

Second time they send wrong food. Very poor service. Last time chicken came raw with blood, went straight to the trash bin. What’s the point of ordering food if you can’t eat it? Waste of money and time for waiting for this “food”. Don’t recommend this restaurant at all.

Actually, this is a good restaurant. Prices are low, the quality of the CIS cuisine also is fine, it's not only Russian cuisine. The place is not crowded, so I can recommend it. Only one problem: food' prices for delivery and for sitting in the restaurant are different.

If u wish ti receive your order after 1.15-2hrs, call this restaurant! Very bad customer service, delivery person will ask you to send locations and still not getting to your place on time.

Herring under coat was disgusting, by the way, no herring was detected there. Pelmeni is quite fine, Memosa is even good. Shurpa was so-so.

The food has the best taste ever but it’s just such a very bad service for how long it takes for them to prepare the food and to get it delivered, it’s just normal to wait 2 hours and a half to get your food.

The food is always late. Today was the last time when i ordered from this place. My order is late for more then 1 hours and when i called to the restaurant i was told that the food wasn't even prepared for my order. Lady on the phone said that she will send my order in 15 min like it's not enough that im waiting more then an hour. No apologises was given she just cut the line when i told her that i want to cancel my order. Brilliant service!

So, worst Russian restaurant here in Dubai is Skazka, In Pushkin things goes better, but service and food should be definitely improved. They can’t make plov for example or grills, only samosa and soups are good, don’t even try to order something else, you will be disappointed 100%. So, I love this place only for samsa and soups, for others I order from Uzbegim

It was my third time I think to order food, in all cases they was late for 2-3 hours and always have excuses, they even not offering complimentary to such long waiting. I wanted give them chance but always same late delivery. And food honestly not deserve even 1 star ‍️
