Run away, don't deal with them they don't have the minimum code of ethics, they are not honest,
The owner himself bought from me a car to use it for the services and he gives me cheques with no balance in his bank account the cheques had been refused from the bank and i am struggling to get my money from him since 2022,

We use Q A R for our maintenance and have always been very pleased with them having renewed out annual policy. Very recently we also called them in for bathroom renovations and are incredibly pleased with the results. Very respectful around the house, quick, and high finishing standards. The supervisor frequently visited to check progress which gave us confidence. Prices were reasonable, especially given the level of work done. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Had a major problem with the drain. It got blocked with the construction garbage.

Called the. Q A R.and had a nice conversation, where I could explain what had happened, and the most important the person on the line UNDERSTOOD what I am explaining, and advised me that their team will have all the necessary equipment with them.

As well there schedule was quite busy, but they managed to arrange a visit at the convenient time for me.

The guys showed up on time, had all the equipment as promised. They used the Disposable Shoe Covers to enter the apartment! Covered the working area with the plastic to avoid unnecessary mess! Done the job quickly, and made sure that it wont come back (they did couple of running water tests). They were very friendly and answered all the questions I had!

Overall it was the first maintenance company in 10 years I live in Dubai who managed to deliver the proper service without any hustle. And their price tag wasn't so hefty for the delivered service.

I drilled into a wall and hit a water pipeline accidentally on a Friday night, these guys were the only company willing to come, and the entire experience was unbelievable! Reached my place in under 20mins, finished the work in an hour, and left the place without a trace of repairs! Great job, especially when all others said it’s a day’s job! Good professional work, happy handymen, very reasonable pricing!

We have used Q A R. LLC for 3 years +. Very professional business, returns phone calls, on time for scheduled appointments, and very clean when working in our home. Very knowledgeable staff. Crew members are dressed professional. When repairs are necessary, parts are immediately available with crew members. Company follows up with phone call several days later to ensure work was completed correctly.

The Q A R TECHNICAL SERVICES team stepped in to fix our water pump when the community contracted repair company said they wouldn't be able to send anyone for at least 24 hours. The workers were at our house within an hour, were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They quickly isolated the problem to a faulty drive and replaced it within an hour. We'd happily recommend them and will use their services again.
