No will to improve their customer service.
NO wonder company reviews are bad from customers AND ex-workers!

Member of Amazon Prime since January 2020 and leaving Amazon because of Q Express.
Recent order was January 30,2021.
Courier service person never contact you for delivery.
No track of products.
Called them to track 7 times, putting on hold automatically.
Hung up on customer while talking is quite shocking as well.

Very poor service! They have this priority delivery but it will take few days to have it delivered.order january 12 and expecting delivery dec 13.up to now, Jan 14, no one is calling! They said, they will deliver next day i ordered. Rider is a liar too, as he put on my tracker that im not answering! It doesnt have any missed call at all! DO NOT BELIEVE FOR PRIORITY DELIVERY! THEY DONT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR!

Absolute Stupidity.

Placed an order 3 days ago for same day delivery, and it still hasn't arrived yet. They don't call until they are your doorstep, and they refuse to wait a few minutes for us to pick it up.

I had to cancel my emergency order because of them.

Amazon has to take actions against them or it will damage their business and reputation as well.

Ordered with Amazon prime.
They did not deliver the item and keep delaying delivery time with out any notification to customer.
They are hiding behind Amazon and don't even have call center.
Shame on you and go run out of business.

Always getting goosebumps when I get an Amazon notification that Q express has been tasked to deliver or pick up my order. The drivers come at random intervals, might show up at your door or might not show up all. With every second shipment their address data is wrong and someone from a different territory (Bur Dubai, Deira, Ras al Khor etc.) has been allocated to my address (Palm Jumeirah). Obviously the courier will not deliver anything once he figures out where we actually live.

Its always a headache with this company, I am not sure how a customer centric company like Amazon can award a substandard company like Q-Express to handle their end-to-end deliveries.

According to them my parcel has been delivered but no one at the hotel has received nor anyone came.

They want me to wait for 5 days in order for me to get an answer which is impossible right now as I'm leaving the country.

Can someone please assist me with a refund

When we are ordering its show tomorrow, but will reach after 15-20 days only.day will extend automatically. Am still waiting for my order. Please dont do advance payment if you doing any order. It's from my experience.

Use noon.com - way better than amazon ae/qexpress. I got the below failed delivery notice despite being home all day. My security confirmed nobody came to deliver, and there was no failed delivery note. There was no attempted delivery because QExpress are too busy don't know the basics of logistics efficiency so try to blame the customer.

One of the worst courier service i don't understand how amazon accepts to work with these unprofessional clowns they are always late and have a complete useless tracking system.i am not surprised to see all these negative comments i recommend Q Express to run a Circus not a courier service

I am really surprised the way, how the treat their customer. The delivery staff is extremely rude and there is no way we can report this to the management. Basically this company has linked with amazon UAE so they think their is no need for any customer service. I really hope amazon changes this unprofessional company from delivery service or at least give us customers an option to choose to the company we like.

Don't even think about it! My worst experience ever, i ordered a one-day-delivery through Amazon.ae and these guys at Qexpress never contacted me for the delivery of my shipment unless after 5 days!
There is no customer service working number! And i kept calling Amazon.ae to provide me with any information i thought my shipment was lost and on the 4th day they asked me to provide a correct detailed address "which was already provided since the beginning"!
Amazon.ae refunded me for the shipping fees but i was so upset by the inefficiency of these guys!

Delivery guy calls and leaves right away. When you have a delivery you cannot even go to the bathroom, otherwise if the delivery calls you and you don't answer they will leave right away and they won't come back. Severely lacking accountability, they get to do whatever.

Such a shame.
I called the customer care as I saw that they updated false information on the Amazon App stating that they were on site and I have been the whole evening at home. I have just had it with their lousy service as they provide nothing but false information.

Amazon needs to re-consider if they plan on working with such poor service providers.
Not sure how they are working and providing services in the UAE when all they do is give false information to cover things up.

I paid for same day delivery and have not received my shipment for 3 days. All they can do is at least tell me the truth about the status of my shipment rather than update the app with false information instead of blaming the customer to cover things up in their office.

Service is very very poor. I ordered a air oil purifier last night and i pay extra for on day delivery but until now I didn't receive my package. And they are lying that my mobile is turn off when i called amazon. This is the worst service that I've encounter

Really hard to find at night - no signage. Something to do a them changing their name from souk to Amazon recently I believe. I had to ask for a receipt. I didn't really need one just didn't feel comfortable handing over my package to an unbranded backstreet desk without one. I got confirmation to my phone seconds later - if they guy had mentioned that I would t have asked for a receipt and could have saved time and paper.

This is worst service as written by other users as well, They keep on saying that it will be delivered today but never happens, the delivery boy said that he tried to contact me but I never recieved a call.all lairs.trust me when I say please don't use this service ' I don't use this service, i wonder why amazon use this service and make mazon look bad. I had ordered an item from amazon and paid extra charge to be delivered on same day and still didn’t recieve no call or update about my order. It has been now more than 3 days and still waiting to get my order. What a shame to use this delivery service ‍️

Absolutely terrible service. None of their phone numbers actually work. I placed an order for next day delivery and i've been waiting all day with not a single update/email/call from them and it is now almost 7pm.

QExpress just never delivers on time. If there is one thing they are consistent with it is being late. I have had literally between 50 and 100 deliveries through them and not a single one was on time. If I could give zero stars, I would.
