Qaf Closets are so professionals in terms of planning and execution of the design. In addition, I faced some technical faults in closets lighting and I got a response with technicians fixing the fault in less than 24 hours. Their manager Mohamad Sadib was extremely cooperative in taking the service complaint seriously and act immediately to fix it. Great company nad staff to count on

Qaf team is so professional and they did amazing job in designing and installing closets as per our request, they were ahead of time and managed to deliver faster than the deadline many thanks to Mr. Abdulhameed for his endless support.

The company GM (Mr. Ghani) is very professional and supportive. The installation team have been very accommodating to my demands. Overall, great company and high end choices available to serve different tastes.

They are world best Italian cabinets maker which make your dream become true, I really like the service they provide & dealing with the clients.

I entered this shop without any plan. It looked nice. I was welcomed by Suzan. I signed a contract with them on the spot. Outstanding people, amazing designers. Despite my pressure they delivered not only on time but before time. Amazing cabinets.

The worst company I have dealt with, they provided wrong cost estimate. The actual cost was 50% more than the estimated cost. They wanted to cheat me in sizes in order to reduce their cost. The dimensions in workshop drawings was different than what was agreed in the site visit. The delivery date was also too long.

A very professional team at QAF, and I am very happy with the end result. Princess supported us a lot during the design and agreement phase and provided us with superior service. Installation team led by Mirza completed the work adequately and right on time. Highly recommended.

As the founder of a design company, OCD Spaces, we had decided to use QAF Closets services and get a custom made wardrobe for our private residential project in Muhaisnah 3.

Pre-delivery, we experienced good customer service from the team with assistance in the design. However, post full payment prior to delivery as per their requirements, we noticed a lack in communication from the sales and delivery team.

We were not informed of the duration for installation despite asking several times. Only a day prior to installation, we were informed the installation would take 2 days. Then there was the shock of being informed on the second day of installation that the sliding doors were missing and not yet made. Given the additional delay that was going to cause to our Client from their side, and given their Ramadan limited working hours, we requested the installation to be completed post the Eid break.

Now from the day we were ready for their team to finish the installation works, we have been chasing the team to update us on the delivery status. For three days straight, we have not received any updates and even had a manager complain that he’s under pressure and they have a back log of installations till the end of June. He explained that the updates need to come directly from the site team and the site team are not responding. Irregardless, we are shocked to have been met with excuses of internal operational issues. For a high-end retailer, they definitely lack professionalism and fail to serve customers in a professional, polite and timely manner. For a fraction of the cost, we could have sourced from other retailers that offer similar services with far better customer service.

We are very disappointed to have just been informed that they will schedule the balance installation 9 days from today, and they have only given our Client with a Thursday and Friday slot. This will bring the overall delay to almost a month and inconvenience our Client on their weekend.

This is our first review for a local business and we felt strongly to advice other potential customers of the unfortunate experience we have faced.

My review is based on my experience with customer service. My product review will be updated in due course.
Very poor customer service
Initial installation date was promised to be in December 2020 l, then it was moved to January. They did fix my wardrobes partially (master bedroom was on hold). I am still waiting for them to complete the work (promised to be installed on February 2nd but nothing happened till date)

my several requests to get in touch with the management to have better understanding and get a solution was totally ignored!

Installation:
They just sent 2 workers to do the installation for a full villa project! It will take forever to complete

My previous experience with other competitors (Creative closets) is amazing, whatever your villa size is, they will send a full team and do it in one day! In addition to that, they provide great customer service as well as follow ups and this is based on my recent experience with my previous project.

My disappointment is mainly because for the amount I paid, I expected way better service than this.

Such a waste of time and money with them.

I had the pleasure of Dealing with Princess at QAF who did an amazing job. Shared the CAD file with them and they sent a proposal quickly. They were very attentive and adjusted the proposal to my design and liking. They provided me with what I wanted at a reasonable price compared to others in the market.

Customer: I want my doors to open upwards
QAF: We do not advise it, you should have them open outwards.
Customer: Ok, I have listened to your advice, I do not want it. I want the doors to open as I want them
QAF: We do not advise so we cannot do it.

Is this a Custom place? No it is not.

Not when you try to force your ideas then refuse to do 3 rooms because your ideas are not in line with the customer needa. You have all the tools, it only requires a different type of hinge which you HAVE. Are you the ones using the closet or is it the customer that is going to make use of it?

Recommendation:
Find another store, there are many close by. Took me only 15min drive to find another that actually understands what the word custom means

- Nice try, you respond a week later to an incident that took place but you say it never happen. You want me to call back for what? So that you can say again that you are a custom place but do not want to do or consider the job because the designs do not suit you? Like I said, found a place and my closet will be delivered before the 24th. A place where they also do kitchens and wardrobes but do not refuse to change the hinges of a wardrobe to the kitchen hinges even though they HAVE them.

As evidence that I have been in your store
- your closet display is on the left
- your kitchen display is as one enters is in the far back
- there were 2 people there in the evening; the guy on the right saw me enter and completely ignored me, stood up and went to do something else (in hindsight I am not surprised by the service) ; he returned, interrupted the lady who was ON the phone at the desk Infront of the kitchen display and told her to speak to me. For which I had to wait for her to finish talking on the phone as he remained unoccupied

I would strongly suggest that you reconsider having unhappy customers call you back, not only are they not satisfied, they also do not work for you and your are not paying them to tell you the ins and outs of basic customer service

I have had a very frustrating experience with the company first in customization (they forgot to mention a custom closet comes in different shelf depths) until the day of installation, when i asked them why the shelves were so small.

Since then the sliding doors just dont work. They keep getting stuck.

A week and 3 requests later it takes the GM to remind them that they should be attending to the customer, and still no one turns up to fix it.

Dont waste your money here, go somewhere else.

Qaf Closet is one of the worst stores that I dealed with lately. Firstly, they got the worst sales man. They will just keep ignoring ignoring ignoring after taking your money. Plus they will make you sign on dozen of papers so later on you can't get ur right. Plus the ignorance for the CALL CENTER as well. I admit it was my mistake signing blindly on papers although am pretty sure that the thing I chose is totally different than reality. The salesman kept me waiting for ever. So please save your money and time by choosing someone els. 1 start for the quality (although its not what I asked for). An advice for Qaf change your salesman.this attitudes is not acceptable and not professional to keep promising and letting people wait for ever. NO ACCURACY.
