Shi sha is great. The shi sha guys are very prompt and willing to fix or change the coals which any shi sha lover will agree that this is a very important factor. No one wants to feel like they are burdening someone to change the charcoals. Makes the experience so uncomfortable. The staff serving are amazing. Friendly and kind.

Shisha was excellent, atmosphere was superb and good customer service. Food was not good at all.
We ordered chicken fingers and oriental chicken and rice. Neither was half descent.
Tea was perfect and so was the bread offered as a starter.

Loved the decor, nice vibe with beautiful things around that make this place really aesthetic and makes the whole place really nice to sit in.
But sadly I cant put 5 stars as the shisha we had was not very good and not at all to the price of 128 (russian tobacco) and 89 (Turkish tobacco) we tried both and both were so basic and dull.
The service was so slow and we had to really wait so long, and the restaurant was at 25% occupancy rate which was weird.
So in total in my opinion wasn’t a very good experience for the prices that was there.
P. S. I didn’t try the food so cant judge anything in that sphere.

It used to be a better cafe but no more, sheesha is below average and service is average, I feel sad about it.

اجواء المطعم والخدمة ممتازة، فعليا انا لست من محبي التدخين والمعسل، ولكن زيارة واحدة لتناول الإفطار التركي العربي (اصناف مشكلة ب 130 درهم لثلاثة اشخاص) مع الجلوس في منطقة مكشوفة بين ظل الاشجار وزقزقة العصافير وانغام فيروز، ستكتشف بان وجبة الافطار هناك ستكون وجبتك المفضلة في كل زيارة لك لمدينة دبي.

The food and service are great.
Prices are so high. I didn't like that they have no Arabic Menu. Something that Dubai Authorities must enforce, I think.

The best shisha lounge in Dubai. Excellent Turkish flavours and excellent service from the two top shisha guys, Farrow and Donny. No tin foil used, only good Russian shisha bowls.
