Approximately 5-7 employees standing free and chatting but no one is giving response to the customers and behavior to the customer is bad specially this guy
Management should take care of it

Rubish customer service ever i order food 12pm on date 13/11/2023 and its 1: 14 pm till my order not came when i call to restaurant to ask so they talk so disrespectfully and not listening my talk only on the way on the way and disconnect the call.very bad experience next time i will not order anymore from this restaurant. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL STAY AWAY PLEASE

If you're ordering online, don't be surprised when your food comes in 3 hours and cold. Don't order online unless they have improved their services

I ordered egg sandwich in Suman i told him 3 times but they still deliver it different Poor Service i believe dome people are cannot listen properly…. Not recomended at all

This is a soulless place which serves some product to fill your belly apart from that nothing special about this place. If you want to have some tea and snacks this is an ok kind of place. Due to the lack of restaurants near the area this restaurant still survives otherwise it would have closed very soon. So if you have time to reach any other place to eat then go there otherwise fill your belly with whatever they serve.

They serviced drinks and food which has no taste. Waste money. I had stomach pains eating it.

I ordered food and ask NO SPICY, but they brought really very spicy kebab. When I wrote to them, they just answered that it's not spicy. So, it was the last order in this eatery.

Never ever go for a Biryani here. Worse mutton Biryani I have ever had & not worth for money.

Very bad oil they are using, if you need confirm try brosted chicken. Serving really unhealthy food

The order taken more than one hour, after that I called them to ask where is he, he again ask me what is your order and it will take half an hour, I dont advise anyone to order from them, you will waste your time.

I didn’t come often here, because this restaurant is surrounded by Mc Donald’s (for Big Mack) and KFC (for Snack box)!


So ordinary I go there!

But this I like to change and step into this restaurant!

First impression, clean, staff understand what I want and quickly ordered!

For here I order Signature Beef Burger for dining in, here, and Mutton Kadai for take away!

Time I order, 20.08h, for waiting, waiter say 6 min, hmmm already passed!

Sandwich is tasty, juice, potato is ok, let say, it’s ok, but if you put the hot sauce, than it will be perfect!

One of the best Restaurant in DIP with delicious taste and economical.
Recommend to everyone should try atleast once.

Its 24 hours cafetria inside the enoc petrol station. We tried beef dry with porotta, porotta was big in size and its ok! But beef pieces are not good at all, disappointed. I came over there just because i heard their food was good but made me sad.

I have tried their omlete paratha roll, it was simply amazing and the size was very good not small like others. Even the price is very very reasonable.

Decent cafeteria-cum-restaurant, serving A-Z menu comprising of small bites (samosas, sandwiches) to full meals (biriyani, roti) and everything in between, at wallet-friendly rates.

Fresh Milk Tea (AED2) is a delight.

Service is to be expected with little wait, otherwise all good.

Edit (August 2021) :

Went in for dinner, ordered a Quarter of Grilled Chicken (Pepper) along with Chapathi. The order did take time, but was absolutely worth the wait. Chicken was flavoured well, Chapathi was actually filling (not the half-baked frozen kind).

The accompanying Gravy reminded me of my home, almost exactly what my mother makes (Chicken Saalana).

Fresh Milk Tea is a perfect finisher.

One of the good restaurant in DIP area. I like the cleanliness & quality of the food️ @ very economic price!

They have average quality paratha roll, burgers grilled chicken ice cream and other fast food. Opened recently in DIP 2 area.
