Fully unprofessional staff.They don’t know how to talk in the phone…I called them 3 times no one answered 4th time someone answered and they said we can’t deliver….

Not delivering every time. I Made a call for delivery at 10: 30 morning, and its get rejected by them.

Yes it was quite good on that day because the atmosphere and surrounding of that area is really very peaceful and calm you can relax yourself with a cup of hot tea which serves in steel cup and pot

Very bad shawarma. This cafeteria is the only cafeteria who give shawarma in kuboos and they charging 6 dhirham for it. Staff behavior is rude and most of the foods are not tasty and fresh. Not recommended.

Horrible. Wish I could've given no stars at all. Food was extremely revolting. We had chicken biriyani yesterday. And we are still paying for it. Learnt our lesson. Never again.

The customer service is not good. If we go to place an order, they do not mind us. The behavior of the staff is as if it is enough to buy the summer. It's like going on a wagon for free!

The staff behavior is really rude and the food is not at all hygiene even we got a hair from the shawarma we ordered.

I dont know why people stays in line for such a bad tea or fried items. I did not liked it. Neither tea nor samosa, even staff behaviour and treatment towards customers are rude bad, because they think they are best and they do not need customers anymore. People come to us by their choice. But i believe that people goes there because of less choices available.
