Please take extra care of your belongings. On November 19th, I visited the salon and inadvertently left my necklace on a chair. Unfortunately, I forgot to retrieve it when I left. Upon realizing my mistake, I contacted the salon. Initially, they informed me they didn't have any information about my misplaced necklace. After several follow-up calls, they agreed to review the CCTV footage, but it turned out that cameras were not installed in the treatment areas. They seemed to ignore my request and didn't make any attempts to locate my necklace.

Great salon, very clean. As much as my partner enjoyed the service, i was very satisfied how my partner was feeling comfortable and relaxed. All Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Afzal, Paloma, Mika, Bablu all these guys were great at their job.

Very professional services by this Branch of Quality Fix Salon. Special mention to John who was very humble and gave a perfect haircut. Will definitely visit again.

Services done - Pedicure Foot Spa and Dandruff treatment.

First off all I really don’t understand the difference between foot spa and pedicure
Is it a trick to over charge?

Next 3 different people changed for the same service.
If you can’t manage appointments do not entertain walk ins

Promoting the combo pack unnecessarily to make what? When I have done my haircut and beard trim just a week back.

I See their add and I booked appointment for manicure and pedicure, and as I enter I was offered coffee, and water, the receptionist was polite as he show me inside nails area, the service was great so I decided to get hair cut and beard, perfect job I will be your regular from Now on, this place is highly recommended and to add very clean.

An awesome place to get pampered for all your requirements from haircut, shaving, face scrub, manicure, pedicure, Moroccon bath, facial etc. Alpha is awesome.for manicure and pedicure.

Had absolutely no idea with the saloon reviews or feedback, went randomly inside and an amazing haircut. All thanks to Sheraz Hairstyler. KIDOS

One of the better salons in Karama. Skilled staff with good combo offers. Bit high priced when compared to other near by salons but just good enough for the services provided.

I came as a walk in with my freind i did package of facial (it was thier branded facial) and hair cut, my freind done the package of manicure and pedicure, we are so happy that they accepted us even it was almost closing time (3 staff stayed 1 hour late) service was exellent with out the going home rush, and the place is clean.

Had taken a confirmed appointment almost 2 hours before and 30 minutes before got a call saying that we have moved your appointment by 1 hour as we have another customer come up. If they have appointment service then they need to follow it correctly or just state that we follow first come first serve

We are looking for a good Gent's salon for my Son's haircut and we ended up to this very accomodating Salon in Karama. I was so amazed how the staff's worked as a team and they're really entertained us very nice. Keep up the good work guys.

I choose pedicure and foot spa, they did the pedicure part very well. But i don't understand what they meant with foot spa, they simply charged 60 AED for Foot spa without doing anything. Not recommended for foot spa

Great vibe and friendly staff, everyone is helpful especially the receptionist. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. I will definitely be coming back to this place. Highly recommended!

I was refered by my freind she cut her kids their it took me a while to visit becouse u live far, but when i visted
i was so ammazed with the kids cut and the spay color they put, i should also mintion it was very clean salon and very profitional staff, i should also let my husband come there, see you guys soon agian, its my only stop salon now.

I visited the shop and get my haircut done, unfortunately I don't like it because I feel like the guy was not confident conpare to the Filipino short guy who cut my hair before. Sadly I dont get his name and number.

I have been cutting my hair with Christian for a year now, and has done wonders for my haircut and definitely must check him out for a smart looking haircut

Excellent Service, stylists are friendly and pay attention to detail. Salon is extremely clean. Chris, Imraan, Noman and Sonu are amazing.

You can always expect quality @ Quality fix! They are open until 12am which is super convenient for those who work till late. The staff are super friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible, but most importantly they know what they’re doing! Special shout-out to Imran, Nomaan & Waseem
