QUALITY TADBEER

The worst one among other tadbeers. They wanted almost all in cash unlike other tadbeers. Even though I said I dont have it and I cant withdraw now as I keep my money out of UAE, she looked like she does not care at all.

I called Nancy and had an interview with 2 nannies and told her will come to pick up one, once i arrived she kept pushing to choose a specific one whose contract will end in a month and told me the other one went grocery she will be back after 2-3 hours! I asked didn’t we agree that i am coming to pick up one of them she said yes but i thought you will choose this one!
What a service and waste of time and trust

I am dealing with this branch of tadbeer for more than 2 years, after all this time I can say that the most good experience with MS. Nsma helps me all the time with the most amazing service thanks Nsma she is a star I always visit this branch because of 7 star’s service you giving me, she will be amazing trainer for the rest of the stuff

Very bad service, i asked a daught by telephone they shouted me. Why not giving proper reply.

I tried many other Tadbeer branches before and it was so easy and fast, but for this branch don’t recommend it at all.

Even one star is to much for this kind of service!
We paid all the fees to bring maid from Philippines. Even we gave her from our side, no need to search.
Sales person by name Mohammed told us on November 2021 she will come.
Now is March 2022, and she still in Philippines. They are just telling us "TOMORROW" but then not responding the calls.
I came by myself there to check the reason, but no one gave me a clear answer, again they are saying tomorrow tomorrow.
Once i said transfer my money back to my account, they just said OK and close the phone!

How does it possible have this such a bad service in Dubai?

First time I went for new visa for my nanny it was good. The lady who assisted me was quite helpful.

Recently I went for the renewal and the experience was terrible. No one informed me that it’s due and provided incorrect information everytime I spoke to someone on the phone. Once I arrived there they all were so confused and the lady who came and collected the documents seemed quite disinterested. Completely opposite experience than first time.

Great service, great staff, they are very friendly professional, many times i went there to fix some problems with my application, they always do there best to fix it ASAP, the most great customer service from reception (Nsma&Elham) you are the best. Thank you

I was at the Tadbeer Office on Sheikh Zayed Road on Thursday, August 5th, to renew my driver’s visa. The process itself was very smooth. I was, however, stuck in the context of not having received my father’s original Emirates ID even though the visa had been approved. I mentioned this to Sudhi who explained that due to the pandemic EIDs were sometimes delayed and could be viewed on the ICA website. I explained how I had struggled with the same without success. Sudhi went out of his way to explain the process to me and also followed up on Saturday, August 7th, spending at least an hour explaining and updating my details along with my dependence and helped complete the registration process. He was fantastic! He took the trouble of going out of his way to help and did the same with patience and respect. I wish to record my appreciation for the excellent support provided both by Tadbeer’s staff for renewal of my driver’s visa promptly and more so for Sudhi for his kind assistance. In my view, a model branch and Sudhi a model employee.

Nesma gave me a professional and positive welcome swiftly followed by clear, calm and accurate advice regarding a stressful situation I am in. She quickly supported me with a visa cancellation and subsequently made me laugh - which having had a terrible and worrying week was exactly what I needed.
I saw the customer pledge… and would happily tick every line on the list with her in mind.
The service at the counter was equally swift, done with kindness and empathy. I am sorry I didn’t get the lady’s name.
Aria - customer service agent is also incredible if you’re looking for a helper she is an excellent advisor too.
I have not hired from Quality yet. But so far they have been the most impressive agency.

This is the worst agency you can ever deal with. They bring the lowest level of labors who have zero experience, dodgy backgrounds, diva attitude, thieves and liars. On top of that if you try to teach them or give them criticism, they threaten you to leave you as per the agency’s guidelines. The agency doesn’t replace them immediately and you would have wasted your energy, time, and money. Worst management, worst employees, biggest scammers. They should be reposted to the ministry of labour.

This place is one of best Tadbeer centers in Dubai, i have been served by a customer support girl her name is Menna, she is helpful, responding quickly and always solve any problem I face with maid with just a single interaction.

Bad service, we paid lots of money thinking that we can get maid replacement but this was all a scam, I don't recommend dealing with this company

Since a year I keep visiting (Quality Ted-Beer) in sheikh zayed Road, for several reasons and one of the reason it is in best location!
