I needed a cross stitch reframing & initially came across Qube Art Gallery in Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi. The gentleman I spoke with in Yas Mall was incredible helpful. On receiving his contact information I then saw that there was also a Qube Art Gallery in Dubai (where I live!) so I contacted them directly.

I purchased a beautiful canvas painting on a recent trip to Uganda and the only way to take it with me on the flight back was to remove it from its frame and fold it up. The guys at Qube Art did an excellent job of stretching onto a new frame and it took less than half an hour. 100dhs for a 60cm x 80cm painting.
