I had a great experience with Quick Lease. They are quick to help out and have good customer service. Their team members are polite and their prices are pretty good too! I would like to specially thank Yasir who helped our from the very beginning when I got a car from them mid January, he was very prompt and good at communicating with clients.

Great customer service, clean and new car was provided and enjoyed for 2month. The deposit money should have been returned within 2weeks though.

The service was good…… right from CSR (Hassan) helping with the booking & co-ordination, pick up location was convenient at Al Barsha. The release & return also went well. They have differnt options in payment too (ex: instead of blocking a larger security deposit amount on your credit card, they give an option of paying a small one time fee).

The biggest liars they clearly say deposit free but then when ur getting the car they will charge ur card 2000 deposit, make it make sense.

Highly recommend company for car rental.

The bad company ever. Financial issues - deducting the rent twice per month. A lot of mistakes. I am shocked to find out that they tried to take more money from my card without my authorization. Every time (they are saying sorry for this mistake this will not happen again they shared with me a 3 letters promising me that they are not doing to use my cards without my confirm). They didn't care about my concerns and only wanted to make money.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using this car rental company to think twice. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different car rental company in Dubai.

One of the many companies that will try making money through million other ways than just renting the car. Advise: block the deposit card so they wont take money without your consent. When getting fined you will pay commission for them to actually pay it and then they will deduct from the deposit used card (use dubai police app all the time to verify and pay it yourself immediately). They will only deliver it for free but you will pay 3 times the regular taxi for them to pick it up. I give them 3 stars because I got a reasonable car and a good rate. I am waiting for my deposit to come, I will reduce to 1* if they will deduct for no reason, increase to 4* if they pay it completely.

Such a bad customer service! Don’t trust them! I rented a car for 6 months, after 6 months I ask for the returning date. The colleagues told me 22.7.after this another colleague contacted me and told me no your contract will go until 21.8 as it’s not 6 months you have to finish 181 days, which no one mentioned to me ever. I have everything confirmed in a message from the colleague before. The new colleague told me and otherwise I have to pay one more month. The company is a disaster and even before no one reply to me as I told them often that my breaks are not working properly! Don’t trust this company.

Horrible company dont use them, they tried to charge my credit card multiple times although i had no outstanding bills as well as did not return my security deposit of aed 1000. Keep away from them look for another company

'Quick Lease' suits name for his froud. Guys never take rent car from them. They are charging very extra Amount. You will never get your deposit back. Guys better to take second hand car than taking a rent car from Quick Lease. How much they are charging you will get your avg own car.

My experience with them is bad. They don't explain what is the terms and conditions for renting, and if you ask the details to them, they will be irritated. When I returned the car to them, they will just tell you that you have damaged / scratched thier car even if it was already there when you got it from them, even if it is on the checklist, they will just say that it your fault.

There should be an option with no star.
Thief’s doesn’t begin to describe the company.
Do yourself a big favor and buy a car or use taxis or at least find a company with better reviews and good service.

I will refer this company as they have new cars so no problems on the road. I received my deposit after 34 days they say it in 30 days. Overall the service and staff were friendly and with good behavior

Horrible company. They are scammers. Sending damaged, stinky, dirty cars. When requesting replacements due to maintainance issue, no reaction. Only emty promises. Guy Sunil, who they call supervisor, lier and rude. After calling multiple times and finally getting to him, he tells me that I'm making problem for him. Promises replacement and it never happens. Now, when I want to return car, it's even more complicated.

Very good service. It was very easy for us to book the car then take delivery and very easily picked up from the airport.

But he is the worst I have seen in my life

Good quality cars with good service. The maintenance team is a bit slow but the front desk is excellent.

Please don't take car from these people. They will give fake promises & nobody will responsible for this. After returning your car, you must follow up at least 2 months after the due date for receiving the security deposit.
I will never take the car from these people again.

A smooth and easy process in renting a car, the guys are so helpful esp Dominic Dsouza, who made me extending the car with ease. Would definitely recommend them again for sure.

I don't recommend at all, the treatment is so bad, if you decide to have couple of months rent, they can increase the rent without telling you and give you no choice or right to accept or reject.worth company ever.

Seems like a lot of mixed reviews so im sharing my experience. I contacted them via whatsapp to book a car. I got the kia seltos which was the cheapest in comparison to any other rental company i found. They take debit card payment also as i dont have a credit card.

I arranged a booking with delivery to the airport which was on time. The car was clean and partially fueled. I returned same fuel (fuel is cheap).

Make sure to get CDW for zero excess which is important as small damage will be picked up on. In total i paid about £40 a day with the excess included.

They took 1000 dirham deposit as i had zero excess for tolls etc. The return process was simple as you just give back to the office where they sign you out.

The negative to this experience is theyre slow to reply. And the deposit takes 30 days to come back. Others have said it doesnt return unless you request it as 30 days people tend to forget. I didnt get it automatically but I emailed them twice which they replied fairly quick and my deposit was returned.

I think if you take your precautions and follow up the deposit refund they are well priced. I had a good experience but i speak for myself only.

If I could I would give them a minus -5 start rating as they duped us by deducting our deposit by charging us AED 126 for a door damage which we had no clue about.

This is hands down the best car lease company that I have come across! What's even more amazing is their customer support team. Just had a chance to speak to their Customer Service Team Leader Godwin and he was simply amazing in handling every piece of information as well as candid in his entire conversation! So glad to see the Customer service team is such capable hands. Great customer service makes a company from good to great!

The vehicle was in good condition and delivered to my door when most of the businesses were not providing any service. They made sure that I was satisfied and my deposit was returned on time which is much appreciated. Thanks Quicklease

My husband and I made one booking with this company in June. 2 months later, still no refund of the deposit. When I called their company they told me that they think we smoke in the car so they kept the 1000 AED deposit. My husband has asthma, none of us smoke. In October; while our rental is already over since 3 months, we realize that they took another 780 aed on my husband credit card without any reason.

Luckily I got saved, booked a car but last mint they increased the price and was offering something else, not professional people. If you have other option I will not recommend quick lease car rental. Thank you

Do not trust this company… they provide information then back track. They do not conduct their business in good faith and they do not have professional ethics. Very bad behaviour and dishonest…. Use any other company but not this one!

If I could rate 0 I would. This company is beyond rude, Anish was particularly accusatory and unhelpful. The entire company is fraud. They did not give me money back.

Don’t rent a car from them. Worst company with the worst customer service and experience ever.
Zero sense of communication and understanding the costumer needs. One person respond your phone call, another person text you on WhatsApp, and another one deliver the car and another person at the counter in their shop, and all these people do not communicate with each other and you have to share the details 3 or 4 times and keep on repeating. I booked my car 4 days before and at the last moment, only one hour before the agreed delivery time they sent me WhatsApp that the car is not available and they didn’t provide any alternative. They ruined all my plans, and when I called the call center the person behind the phone had no idea what’s happening.

Most unethical irresponsible poor service company I ever dealt with since I arrived to UAE! After they reserved for us a car few days back, they never delivered the car! Kept following up from 5.30pm until 8pm and all I got is that “we don’t have the car I cannot give you the car…” of course couldn’t find an alternative at night and our business plan for the next day was trashed….

The rental experience was pleasant. The car was delivered at the location on time. Received a different car from the one booked. Nevertheless, The car was in decent condition. Price was quite reasonable. Received the deposit refund after a month of returning the car.

I had a voucher from my work that entitled me to a 45% discount for a rental.

They refused to redeem, saying this is for "special cars" and the best they can do is minus 30 dirhams.

When i asked "what about this voucher" they didnt answer.
When i asked who i am speaking to, the person gave me a first name (Godwin) and blocked me.

The worst company ever in UAE. They are very fast to take your money and very slow to give your right. I returned the car at 24 of June and they said 30 days i will get my deposit and till now 27 of July i didn't get. And the customer service team and accounts are impolite and very rude.

TO YOUR RESPONSE: We were told changing the windscreen was going to cost 2000, so you are incorrect by saying you helped us by covering 1000. Also, please send me a photo of the chip as requested. And you told us we had insurance but conveniently left out that windshield protection wasn't included.

Ok so we rented a Peugeot 2008 at the beginning of the year. We needed a car for the 6 months we were in Dubai. Quicklease seemed like a good option but we were slightly concerned by several reviews claiming it was a scam operation. But the price was good so we felt if we did everything by the book there would be no issues, especially being in Dubai where laws are quite strict and we didn’t think actual scams could exist. We rented the car and were told insurance is included. However it turns out windshield protection cover isn’t (we were never told this and would have of course taken it as that is always the biggest risk). At the time of taking the car they were very relaxed with identifying ‘the marks’. We filmed the car ourselves just in case.

So we returned the car after 6 months in perfect condition. Knowing the risks we looked after the car so carefully. This is when it got crazy. They literally scanned the car with a microscope and marked down every tiny little spec. We watched the video and most of them were on there before. But that’s all irrelevant. They got us with the windscreen. There was a tiny dot on it, literally miniscule - I wish you could see what I mean, like nothing. I would post a photo but sadly we didn’t take one, (at the time they took one and said they would send it to us but we haven’t received anything of course). They used that to say the windshield needed to be changed and we had to pay for it. If we wanted to claim insurance we would need to get a police report (this is apparently normal in dubai). We were flying in a few hours so we couldnt go to the police. The whole thing was ridiculous, they aren’t going to change the windscreen 10000% but I ended up paying 2000 Dirhams. Unbelievable. You had to be there because you can see it play out in context. It’s done very skilfully to put you in a corner. They were looking for anything to get us. All the reviews you read about this company being a scam and their approach to cheating you are true. It’s done in that legal misinformation grey zone where you get caught out by the fine print. Maybe that’s why they get away with it; you are left with a sort of ‘what could we have done’ feeling. We wouldn’t have paid but we were flying out and were nervous of them saying we owe money which is quite serious in Dubai - we didn’t want issues at the airport. I’m working towards a full investigation when I have time. Already contacted my lawyer and will file a report to the commerce department in Dubai. The bulk of their money is made from this approach - clearly many people affected by this as per the other reviews. The 5 star reviews are clearly fake. This is a very dishonest, immoral operation. It will come around for all of them, Karma can be a b****.

Worst car rental I've dealt with so far.daily rates are attractive but lots of weird extra charges even before you return the car.when you find out, their explanation is "system error", "sorry for the inconvenience", We will refund the money once you return the car". After I have returned the car flawless, I had to wait a month to get half of my deposit and overcharge and waiting to get the issue settled.

Never ever take a car from them, they will loot your money, will not return your deposit and for each tiny problem, they will make it big

THEY WILL ATTRACT YOU WITH LOW PRICES BUT WILL CHARGE YOU SCRATCHES WHICH WERE THERE ALREADY.and you cannot claim it.

Very disappointed with the customer service; especially accounts whom will not answer after many follow ups (emails, calls, whatssap).
But also, they are coming up with charges without explanation (with dates) and giving different stories…

Best service from the team in counter, Each and everything was explained to me while renting the car, including the exact time of security deposit and excess amount in case of any accident and about the full insurance also. Which I took it and don't regret at all, as it lets me drive with a safety shield.

The agent in front desk named Rohit clearly told me the refund would be processed 30 days from their side, which is fair enough as I received the deposit in 34 days as it took 4 days from my bank as its international card. Also I was new Dubai I didn't know how to put parking or about any fines. I got 2 fines also got the proof of fine was given to me during returning the car. So fair enough, as I thought first it was some hidden charges but when I asked for proof quick lease team gave it to me and explained it.

I have finally received my deposit after false deduction from Quick lease. As mentioned below I had received a call from Mr. Zubair who assured me that only one day pending rent will be deducted but they deducted extra 129AED. Mr. Zubair told also me that when he was on the leaves everything was messed up and now he will look after these issues.

I will request all the people to avoid using this fraudulent rent a car with zero integrity.

Updates on my below review 24 March 2021:

I had received a call from Mr. Rehan that he will go to legal concerns and will complain about me. Then I received a call from Mr. Zubair who was apologizing a lot for my worst experience and he assured me that I will receive my refund without any false deduction in a day but still I am waiting for it. I am not sure when they will refund my deposit although it’s almost 37 days after I returned there car.

Last Review on 22 March 2021:
It was the worst experience with Quick lease. Their staff is a complete fraud. I have used their 2 cars and they tried their best to deduct wrong amount every time. Mr. Rehan is the branch manager who is absolutely a liar and unprofessional person. They don’t know customer dealing.
It’s been 35 days and I have not received my refund of security deposit yet although it is clearly mentioned in a contract that it will be refund. Upon asking the breakup of my refund amount from accounts department I came to know that they are deducting 50AED for removing the quick lease sticker from the car. I haven’t removed it in-fact their own staff did it.

Every time I went to their al Barsha branch you can see people shouting on them. They are making foul specially to the girls which I had seen many times.

NOTE: QUICK LEASE AND SPEEDY DRIVE BELONGS TO SAME OWNER SO PLEASE AVOID THEM BOTH.

Normally I won’t be saying much, but the customer care person called John at the branch is quiet helpful and he made a pain experience of returning a car easy! Thank you John and the team at the branch.

Rented a Sunny and I was given a Micra. It should have been replaced the next day but the staff kept giving me excuses. Or saying it will ve delivered today then disappear! Three days with the Micra now.

If there is 0 star, I would choose it. 1 star is too much for it.very bad company, with bad stuff have attitude, the security deposit not received since 30 days, i have to call many times to respond, I tried many offices but definitely this office DO NOT deal with even if it is cheap, its an advise!

Worst service. Non competent staff. No call at end of month, auto deduct of money. If call office nobody knows or no answer. In the end of journey difficult to take back your safety deposit. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM

I can say that this is the worst client service i ever received in my life.
I rented my car for a week at first, and when i came back to renew for a month the personel insisted that it's okay to come back after the weekend to settle the payment because i didnt have the full amount, to only figure out that they charged me 2 extra days, although i asked over and over again if it was okay to pay later and he said YES everytime!
However, i received an email from them before the end of the month saying that i have to return the car after 2 days (not providing the time) so i went after 2 days around 3pm.to be shocked again that they want to charge 2 extra days! Saying that the email is incorrect, and i shld have counted 30 days and not 1 month! And that the extra day is because i came after 2! And the deadline was at 2 though that wasn't mentioned ANYWHERE!
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! As they are extremely rude also! There are plenty of other rental companies out there. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK WITH THIS ONE!

After seeing all the bad reviews, still took a chance to rent a car from them for a month, because of their cheaper rates, well its turn out to be a great customer service. It was easy to book, got better price, negotiable. Good and clean car and delivered on time.

Customer Service have a terrible attitude on the phone! I plan to rent a car for 3-6 months and I asked for a small request for them to send me a couple of pictures of the car that I want to rent and they can even be bothered to do that.

I was in need of a car desperately and on a limjted budget. Called the company and spoke to a gentleman called Ibrahim. He gave me options of cars and price and I made my call. The car was handed over with due deligence and every minor details were recorded and signed for. The do's and don'ts were early mentioned and charges explained. Been renting the car from them for a while and so far the experiences have been better than the previous. #highlyrecommended

Not recommendable, the account dpt.deducting money for the Credit Card without informing the customer although they holding the 1,000 AED deposit. Take Care

They have good set of cars, but make sure you have the screenshot of the car at the time of booking with the booking reference, otherwise they will confirm the car and give it to some one else and you will wait for 2 hours and they will tell you it's not their fault. So call on confirmation get the photo and call them before leaving to inform them you are coming for that particular car.

They deduct from my account without permission and returning the deposit takes forever!
Staff dont have sense of accountability when customer concern arises!
Car is dirty inside, poorly maintained, can’t even fix the rim of the car!

They charge credit card before due date and without informing, inaddtional they tell would tel you that they will collect the car for the due service but know one shows up. Not friendly at all.

BIG SCAM!
I would like to share my experience with quick lease I have called quick lease to rent Peugeot 208 and over the phone the sales representative told me that during the month of FEB they have promotion the price will be 1420 instead of 1550. They sent the car and I paid upfront 1420 AED and 1000 security deposit. When I returned the car quick lease deposited back the security deposit but the value was AED 870 instead of AED 1000 and when I checked with Quick lease they said the car rent is AED 1550 and I paid 1420 so they took the deference! I told quick lease I took the car during the Feb offer they informed there was not and offer in the month of FEB and even if there was they told prove that we gave you a discount for this car I said your sales rep gave me the offer over the phone and I tried to complaint about this issue no one was interested to help.
I know its small amount of AED 130 but its matter of principle quick lease are giving fake offers, which it will make you think that they are cheaper than other car rentals then they will take the deference from security deposit.

I would leave zero as the previous customer said, I have never seen such unprofessional service, they are disorganised and don't know the meaning of customer service, don't be fooled by the pricing, there are also hidden costs and most customers who go with them end up arguing their contracts and bills. They decide to deduct what they want and the cherry on the cake it will tskr you 2h to rent a car. I would say more if I could but it will never be enough.

Scam! Avoid it.
I rented a car in February for one week.
First you have to pay a deposit (they will give it back to you one month later*).
I waited 1h because they did not have the car.
When i returned the car, the check out lasted 2h, and i had a plane to take.
They forced me to pay for a scratch on the wheel that i haven't made.
Then they tried to make me pay for something else on the car that was not from me.
Absolutely no service from them, the employees were rude and threat me to keep my deposit if i did not pay.
One month later, i did not receive any deposit, i tried to contact them, sent two mails, they never replied and sent me my deposit (it is still missing a part of it) i havent received any explication for it.
I never saw such a poor service, they are robbing people.

One of the worst car rental services in the UAE. They are a bunch of ignorant team working blindly.
1- They delay refunds of deposits.
2- They provide dirty cars which I have witnessed twice.
3-They literally would rip you off if the gas is not exactly as you took the vehicle. Even if it was 2 AED less. I dropped the car with approximately 5 AED less petrol they wanted to charge me 20 AED. I just went filled and came back.
4- their accounts Team "Suresh" would shut the phone in your face and simply tells you to go make a complaint if you have an issue with their delays. Which is what they will get from my side for sure. My refund as promised after the delay will be paid back tomorrow. Lets see.

Horrible service. From last one month I am keep following up for my Deposit Amount, Still I didn't receive in my account and they will charge too much if there is small scratch, I had paid AED 800.
