They destroy all the walls, ceiling and corners of a new house and they are not solving it nor responding.

The most pathetic service when it comes to international cargo, will break your things, send furniture without insurance and will charge money for things that don’t make sense. Please avoid headache and save yourself from these extremely unprofessional people (can opt for them if you hate your furniture though)

The move was smooth and the team took care of our goods really well. We had a number of items that were fragile or needed additional protection. Nothing was scratched or broken.

I took storage services here.
They came to home exactly by 9AM.
Packing, loading, unloading and storage got over exactly by 3.45pm.
Very hard working people and good coordination. Good standard packing and handyman services too.
Ishan supported a lot in coordination and all the agreement and billing formalities.

Owner Zafar is the most unprofessional man and he does not know how to talk with customers even when we talk politely simply asking genuine questions.
We send pictures of all rooms to give him idea of packing. On moving day, 1st when i called was to ask what time your guys are coming which was asked quite politely to which he said its mentioned in quote and still I am asking and then 2nd was for asking why there is no box or the least bubble wrap for 2nd TV, they only used black sheet with cardboard for TV, to which we were replied that you did not inform you don't have original cartons. If we had we would have informed, the photos were sent to give idea that's the purpose. So the blame was put on us. Also pictures clearly show 3 cabinets and he might not have even seen properly so said he should charge us extra.
Before moving he mentioned he have insurance and after moving he mentioned that you need to have your insurance. So you ensure you have your insurance if you use their service otherwise they don't care because as per Zafar they can't pay you for damages of thousands for whatever fee they charge.
2nd they don't unpack if you don't insist even though it's included in quote so you have to insist them to do the thing you have paid for. All the curtians are not installed even though i asked for hall curtain twice.
3rd all my indoor plants are dead because they don't know how to handle them and when we called 3rd time that day this is what has happened Zafar mentioned we are furniture movers not plant movers and started explaining how he is plant lover and grows papaya and how stuff is moved from dubai to Oman in air conditioned vehicles so basically if you have indoor plants don't trust them and you have to arrange separate air conditioned vehicle as per him. If atleast they would have informed that they can't do it and they are inexpeirnced and not plant movers we would have put it in our cars.
So this should have been informed so guys with villas and plants or balcony should be carefully I suggest. So basically cannot accept their mistake and mentioned we are creating unnecessary issues and used language which was uncalled for. He even asked his employees for suspension work and leave.
Indoor furniture was moved fine so that point I give to them and that's why 2 stars.

Wow! This is the exact way he talked which you can see in his response.
1. Saying we have thousands customers and don't need customer like you (what, a customer who asks for basics like TV to be wrapped in bubble wrap or beforehand information that they can't handle plants so we can make our own arrangment or simply asking for timing?)
2. The movers were not removed, they kept cribing about how it's late and they have to cook food before they can eat and out of compassion we said okay and we were very kind with all the labours even after having bad call conversation with Zafar.
3. He proves my point that he cannot apologise for any damages and can say things like plants get exhausted. Claiming himself plant lover he should have informed or atleast apologise instead of lecturing us. Thats common courtesy if you damage someone's item. That would have sufficed.
You did not respond to why there was no bubble wrap for TV of which picture was send and also for not providing beforehand information on you being inexperienced in plant moving.
So there was mistake on your part which you do not even want to address in "you have to comment" reply or common courtsey to say sorry.
Guys take services on your own risk and have insurance. Words of the owner himself.

Broke lot of furniture n didn't label the boxes. Just dumped everything into cartoon boxes. They jus wasted our money n time.
We spoke over the phone to the management but then also they increased the quote in the end. In each cartoon box they just kept few things n increased the number of boxes. The quote included price for packing n unpacking stuff but they didn't unpack the stuff just left

I have used QuickServe service to relocate from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi. Their service was very much satisfied. Movers are expert and professionals. Well organized Co ordination, Packing, Shifting and Re-arranging of the items. Overall process was safe, quick and seamless.

I moved 6 times since i came to uae, but never had a similar experience, the staff are beyond professional, they take care of every single item, the way they wrap and place in the boxes is very careful and organized, they can handle hard work and still keep the smile. Very much recommended!

I had called Quicksetlrve on the same morning of my move. The company I had issues with the company I had hired before and needed to find a new one. Quicksetve was ver responsive. Quickly he checked with his team and promised they would be at my apartment within two hours and they sharp on time. The team was very professional. Very quick. I had to leave before they finish. They sent me a video showing the final job. I also needed a storage and had plants and they promised to look after them and water them. Very happy with their services snd will highly recommend them.

Vipul and his was professional, punctual and and responsible while shifting my household items today.

80% of the shipment was damaged and they don't want to compensate me. The shipment was supposed to take 4 weeks but it took 10 weeks. They don't have experience with international shipping at all. They are not responsive to my complaints. Not recommended at all.

Last week I hired the service to move my house. Terrible service stay away from them. Missing leadership within their crew every one works on their own style on mood very bad cordination between them. Vipul the person whom I spoke disappeared once you confirm the deal. I had an issue during the shifting when approached he quietly moved away and asked me deal with the people on site. HARD WORKING PEOPLE MISSING LEADERSHIP.
Stay away from them.

Extremely unprofessional, untrained staff. They hv no idea on how to pack.they just put everything like a trash. Destroyed a lot of my expensive items.

I have used Quickserve's movement service to move our apartment, I had a friend used thier service months ago and gave a good feedback. I was skeptical, especially after hearing many general stories about the issues created during home/house movements.

I called the toll-free number just to get a quote to compare the prices, I price I got is reasonable (though initially I thought it was bit high) but when Vipul explained me that it is a full package (fixing curtains and white goods). So I agreed and we finalized the price.

On the movement day, the team have come on time, my first impression was that these guys are like any other packers and movers, but to my surprise these guys were pros, the way they did the packing, loading and unloading, simply amazing. The team had very good knowledge on the process, also amazed us with the little tricks and efficiency.

Overall great work by Vipul and team.we were quite impressed by their service and knowledge. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

This company have been absolutely fabulous, Krystal is the office manager and she will help you with every single aspect from the very first phone call. They are so flexible, always on time and the packing was quick, efficient professional and very careful. We had to delay our sail date for furniture to UK, and it was absolutely no problem. I HIGHLY recommend this whole team. We moved from Abu Dhabi to Scotland. Our stuff is due to arrive any day and I will certainly update the review with the uk service. The UAE service was second to none.

They were very punctual and very efficient in their work. Also, they were really quick in packing and unpacking of our stuff. Whenever we had a query they replied on time and were very helpful.

Be warned. I have had extensive experience with other moving companies both locally in UAE and internationally. I never had such an experience. It is a constant shakeup attempts to squeeze more money.
I am about to report an ongoing problem to the authorities.

Recently I have heard the news from one of my college that this company sells their packing materials in high cost. So, I went to there last week to buy the materials. As I heard yes its absolutely true. They took 8 Aed for large cartons which is available in 4.60 Aed in other stores. I was very upset with them.

The Quickserve team provided me with an exceptionally professional packing and moving service, for a local move within Dubai. Despite the restrictions of the 24 hour lockdown, the company were licensed to operate during this time. We have a lot of large pieces of furniture and very large mirrors, as well as a significant amount of glassware. I was pleased to note that not a single item was damaged during the move. Excellent service and value. Thanks again to Mr Zafar and his team.

They are expensive.did not pack my item's properly.while packing they broke my furniture. They said they will replace with a new piece. Which was a lie.when I received my items in India.my furniture was all damaged because of their poor packing.they are not reliable. I did not take insurance relying on their service which itself was expensive. They only talk.do not refund anything. I would suggest to check out other suppliers in the market who are cheaper than them and more reliable and better service.

THE WORTS MOVING COMPANY ; I mistakenly choose QuickServe Relocations on July.
I moved with Quick serve relocation from Dubai to France. Based on the positive review. But Please BE AWARE DO NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
Before the move Ron was friendly and responsive. He certified that every item would be bubble and wrapped correctly and covered with paper its an engagement on the contract… THIS WASN’T THE CASE AT ALL. He certified that all damaged or broken items will be covered by the premium insurance that we paid.
But he never sends us the insurance certificate until October! Please come on we moved the 26th July 2020
They start by literally brooked the wall while they were packing the furniture’s.
I was chocked to receive ALL MY FURNITURES DESSAMBLES scratched and dirty without advising us or taking our authorization to dissembled them. Some of the items were OUT of the box! When I open the boxes my items were thrown on the boxes NO bubbles NO wrapping NOTHING! You can check the photos.
All our furniture’s were scratch or brook or with a hole its was incredible.
I don’t know what’s happened but most of items was damaged, twisted or folded several times or torn or with holes or chipped.
Ron told us to just make a list and send it to him and he would make the claim to the insurance. He did not even apologies “ This came Several days after”
As you’ve probably guessed nothing was done. I keep sending messages and asking but he don’t want to share with us the insurance claim pretending its internal e-mails.
He get back to us saying that the insurance will cover only 1300 aed of damaged and his company to apology will offer 2000 aed from there side. I never receive any cts from them.
The cost of real damages are about 10.000 aed. I keep asking to have the formal rejection of the insurance but I had no answer from Ron, he refuse to Send us the answer of the insurance and not even sending us a official offer of compensation from his company as he was pretending. After putting a lot of pressure we received our insurance certificate and SURPRISE when I contact the insurance company guess what? They NEVER RECIEVD Any CLAIM FROM QUICKESERVE RELOCATION! What? You were playing with us for a months? And LIYING? You never open a case with insurance? WHY?
Now we are in touch with the insurance we open a claim … The problem is the insurance that they took for us don’t refund all scratch or damage to paint or twisting … We ve never been aware about all this policy cause Quick Serves Relocation refuse to send us our certificate even everything was paid from our side form the beginning. And lie to us by certifying that their premium insurance cover all kinds of damages.
I am still fighting with insurance to get a decent refund.
Ron No news from him never get back to us with a formal proposition of refund, he communicates only by WhatsApp no formal answer! No refund No answers. This company did not respect the contract they lie they cheat.
Thers no way to say anything positive at all about my experience with this Company

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Sales responded to my query within a few moments and were able to provide me with exactly what i needed. After much searching around, QuickServe were by far the most accommodating. My assets were handled with care and packed beautifully away. Highly recommend!

I have lived in Dubai now for more than 15 years. Moved only 4 times, this was honestly my best move. Whilst very good value, I found the staff movers very professional, polite and supportive.
