Unreliable service. I was supposed to receive my delivery on 21/11 before 22: 00 but it didn't happen.
I called the driver "Waqas Riaz" @ 21: 30 to check at what time he will reach to my place. He said he won't deliver my item until the next day. However, when i i sisted that i need it today as per their confirmation, he said he will come before 22: 00 but he never showed up. I even spoke to Das from customer service, who confirmed that the delivery will happen today but never received it.

I ordered this morning and received my orders in the afternoon. I am shocked how fast they deliver! And the driver is polite and friendly. I was not at home but still they were able to deliver without issue finding my location. And the updates I received are accurate both SMS and Whatsapp message. Just amazing! Your delivery riders are just nuisance on the road. I will never use your service just because of this reason. You are risking safety of normal drivers on the road. These riders drive so crazy on high speed lanes n changing lanes so frequently

Delivery guy was so upset and screaming at me for not answering my phone at 9: 30 PM. This company doesn’t have etiquette. They should have called earlier to check customer’s availability. Very unprofessional.

After working with many last mile partners. I can say Quiqup has exceed the expectations from quick delivery, customer service and amazing support. I would recommend to try them. They provide from 4 hours, same day and next day delivery service. You'll be having an account manager who will be accommodating all your request from SLA to any issue. They even go above and beyond in peak times.

I have been working with Quiqup as a third party logistics partner for the delivery of our e-commerce products since October-21. Back in October-21 / November-21 the service was not acceptable, our deliveries were seldom on time. We received little to no communication when following up on delivery issues and suffered negative comments from our customers.

Since then we worked through our pain points with our account manager Husna Shahid. We have managed to roll out a new agreement and have a much better working relationship with the team.

The majority of our orders are now on time, not only that the team proactively ask if we have promotions coming up - so clearly they are spending time planning for capacity requirements.

In March-22 we had one particular order where the CS team really gave us excellent service, they helped to reorganize a delivery using the same driver to collect a package and then redeliver - which could have been very messy but it went so smoothly. We were very impressed and relieved.

This always comes down to the people and the communication so thanks Quiqup team, in particular Venkat & Husna!

Im working for an E-Commerce company and i have been using them for a couple of months now and ifeel like their service is getting worse and worse.

I've ordered 2 packages from 6th street and Quiqup is holding my package since 2 days which they have received same time, and every time I call them they say we will deliver by evening at 6pm, but package did not deliver, and finally they have dispatched but only 1 package, really poor service.

I had a horrible experience with this courier service. Their drivers were unprofessional. They'll promise a specific time of delivery then cancel the last minute.

I am a restaurant owner and decided to partner up with Quiqup. The service is despicable. After a month of trying to operate with them, I've had issues with every single order. Technical issues, the drivers arrive after 40min when Quiqup promises a 7-20min arrival to your branch, the drivers deliver late (sometimes after 30-40min although it's a 15min drive). The account manager doesn't answer calls, has the phone off sometimes, doesn't resolve any issues, doesn't forward emails to the concerned departments.

To top it all, I keep receiving invoices for a larger amount of money settled in the contract which were sent to the "Support" team for dispute. When they answer, they don't refer to the same orders, and when clarifications are sent, they just stop answering back to you.

I have called several times to open complaint tickets, and no one gets back to me, there is no one to talk to, and the account manager is extremely incompetent.

My order is with them from last two days but they even didn't contact me.i don't understand how such reputed international brands choose them as their delivery partner? Poor service.strange had to click on star to post this review.they don't even deserve one star.

Worst ever customer service. Worst riders with zero communication and lack of professionalism. They do not keep records of customer preferences, no notes will be taken or requests will be handled. They will handle your order as they wish and return your order to the vendor without notifying you.

Ordered food that took so long to deliver and when the driver was near me, apparently home, the driver called me to tell me he gave it to a guy he saw in the parking. In other words… I NEVER GOT MY FOOD!

The worst customer you may ever experience. Delivery didn't show up and lied about mobile number unable to connect. Contacted customer services twice but never called back for follow-up. Item is unable to tracking via own system. Strongly not recommend the service and suggest seeking another service provider.

Terrible! They took the $ amount twice and haven't refunded it yet, it's been 6 months. I called many times, in vain.

For me as a first time online customer of MUJI there should be NO Rating at all! Why Muji of alshaya company taking this courier service to be part of their service? It lowers your standard.

Highly incompetent driver! Having real issues to understand how international brands can use a shipping company as their final customer experience touch point - risking customer satisfaction. Rude, ignorant, hanging up - going so far that what's app messages are deleted to "erase" proof os nonsense.

My order has been with them since 7/11. No one can give me a delivery window. The only update I get is that the order is in their warehouse/available for dispatch today. But it never gets dispatched/delivered! The WhatsApp contact is terrible. Completely useless and unhelpful.

A good service when they have enough riders but for the last month no rider availability. It's a recurring issue in JLT. Very hard trying to have a conversation with anyone there too

I was so happy with the service before very fast. Today I rate 1 star because of the driver did not call me when arrive. I did not receive any message or email from quiqup that my order out fo delivery but it’s not the problem. Normally drive give me a call before he come or when he arrive but the one delivery for me today didn’t call or message

You do deliveries for Donner & Gyro, Dubai mall - our food took over 2 hours to arrive and then the delivery guy didn't have a credit card machine (as requested when I placed the order). Shocking service. Absolutely ruining this restaurants reputation.
