We had an issue with the boiling water function on our tap. Bishnu explained the problem and how he was going to fix it very clearly & precisely.

He worked in an orderly manner and cleaned up as he went along. Once the repairs were concluded, he left the kitchen as he found it.

Bishnu has great interpersonal skills as well as an excellent technician who knew what he was doing and he did it well. All works were concluded in a timely manner. A real asset to your company

I have had the Quooker tab for 1 year exactly. I just had its first filter replacement today. I have had to refill the c02 bottle only once so far but that depends on how much it is used. Everything about the quooker tab works perfectly and as described. Special thanks to technician Bishnu who has been very professional every time he came for refill of co2/filter replacement. Highly recommended.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. No response to online contact form and numerous emails. And if you call then you just get palmed off with a “someone will contact you soon”. To be honest I’d buy a Gröhe tap instead

I’ve been staying with my sister who has a Quooker and now I can’t seem to live without it! I use it just as much as I use the fridge and even more than I use the microwave! A kitchen must-have! I can’t wait to buy one in my own home (which I will soon!)

New Quooker installation in a brand new kitchen, next day leackage, the same technician who did the installation said there was no water leack, after insisting and arguing he finally found the leack…
Solution is simple, need to add a seal (usually provided with ALL water tap, even the cheapest) but surprise he wants to charge 60AED…for a tap I paid around 7,000 AED…. Its not a question of price, its a question of principle and customer service, especially at this price.
Then the fun start, the technician claims that the 35mm hole (required for Quooker) was not perfect and needed a seal…ok I can understand…. But the question is; Why didn’t he saw this the day of installation? Relatively unprofessional…and when you place the technician front of his responsibility, he started acting rude…so Quooker…my customer experience would be rated 0 stars, not even 1…

We got this product installed last week and are extremely happy with our decision. Once we got over the small adjustment period of getting used to drinking water from a tap, we couldn't imagine life without it! Happy to thoroughly recommend this product to anyone who is thinking of investing in one. Also, a shout out to the entire team who were very professional, especially Bishnu who installed our system.

Looks like a great product, but 7000 dirhams for a water tap is grossly overpriced. Wish there was lower entry point.

Having endured a year’s appalling water filter service provided by a local company, from a repeatedly leaking filter unit, to abysmal customer service, we decided to bite the bullet and invest in a Quooker tap. This was installed around 3 weeks ago. The saying ‘You get what you pay for’ is not always the case. However, it is certainly the case with Quooker. It is not cheap, but it is a quality product, backed up, to date, with superb customer service, from order to installation. It is so convenient to have instant hot, cold and boiling water 24/7, (from making a cup of tea to wilting spinach etc) without having to wait for a kettle, or a pan of water to boil, plus it is all filtered. A technician, a Nepalese gentleman, whose name I do not recall, came to install the unit. He arrived exactly on time, was extremely professional and polite. He even cleaned out the under-sink unit thoroughly, before starting the installation, which was done with much attention to detail and very neatly. After finishing the installation he explained thoroughly how the system worked, demonstrated each feature and happily answered any questions I had and is a credit to the company. We are very satisfied with the product and the service received, so are happy to recommend Quooker.

We have been using a Quooker tap for over 3 years in our Hacker showroom based on the sheikh zayed road. The water is fresh, clean and its extremely convenient. I love the sparkling water option! Its a big hit with all of our clients. What makes Quooker stand is the service that they provide. It seems as though no request is too much. Very convenient to have boiling, cold, sparkling filtered water coming from the tap. No more carrying heavy bottles and less plastic waste. Nice designs aswel. The team is very helpful and installation was quick.

Excellent staff, neat installation. The filter and boiling water option is just perfect. Makes life so much easier. Lost one star because the unfiltered water that comes out is super hot and not usable to wash dishes etc (unlike normal taps which have options of cold -normal-warm-hot in most properties in UAE). We end up using filtered water for cleaning and other washing purposes. Overworks the filter i believe in one way or the other. Overall great product and very functional.

I was utterly impressed with the Quooker! It was a financial investment but it has changed our lifestyle in the kitchen as it has replaced our kettle (hot water available in an instant), it provides my family of 6 with clean, high quality filtered water. We are looking to invest in the sparkling option next! No more plastic bottles for the environment and easy enough for my children to use.
