Bed broke within a week. Guy came out with no tools or deodorant for that matter. My wife and i had to make a temporary repair ourselves. Told that the replacement frame would arrive next day. 2 weeks later still trying and told it will cost us to get it delivered. 20km is 150aed.reluctantly agreed. Still no bed frame or call back. FYI.hard to store stuff in a storage bed with a broken frame.like playing with a 6ft spring-loaded human version of a mouse trap.

Happy customer here we bought bed and sofa its so nice and comfortable i recommended this company.

I can’t say that it is very terrible, BUT for the same amount of money, and sometimes LESS, in MOE and in Ibn Batuta Mall, I saw stores selling different nice beds at the same or even cheaper cost (when there was a sale). Unfortunately i didn't know and didn't check that before.

1) Please NOTE that this company DOESN'T give any WARRANTY for their products, and after they bring it to your apartment, you will not be able to refuse or make claims, even if you see an uneven sewing line or glue on the headboard, as it was with us.

2) They also ask you to pay the full amount in advance) Look again at 1) part)

But there is a lady employee her name is Joan who is very polite and attentive to customers. Thank you Joan.

I didn’t like much communication with Sonia. I won’t describe the details, i saw her name was already mentioned in  comments and I partly agreed.
Not client-oriented and I felt that she
wanted just to sell and as expensive as possible.

DO NOT go to this place. Extremely rude customer service. Sonia is a rude and poor communicator and does not deliver on what was agreed. They expected upfront payment and the delivered bed was completely different than our design/order. Delivery date was agreed on, then night before of delivery says they don’t deliver on Friday. Then the delivery was 1.5hours late, only to receive an item that didn’t look like what we designed. We asked 3 times for photos in advance and received no response. When sharing our concerns with Sonia, she told us it was our fault for the fabric selection, though we were never advised it would be an issue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place! Terrible experience

We had NOT so pleasant experience considering we customized our sofa bed through them. Even after informing all the details their team messed up the design.used different softness sponge on the sofa and did not make a storage provision even through we requested for one.all in all it’s not worth the efforts to get a not so customized furniture!

Please don't go this place. After payment is done they won't attend your calls. Also after sales is very poor. Bought a bed cot and making crackling noise within a week. They are not even responding to come and fix it. Beware these people don't do great job.

Got a bed with storage made from R2R furniture and very satisfied with the unit delivered. This was supplemented by good customer service and customization to meet the specifications required. Great experience.

Do not go to this place. Zero customer service. Specially their employees don’t care and they will tell you (it’s not me who is deciding on this and I am just an employee). After payment completed they will not even answer your calls and will not change any error even though custom made means there is a room for rectification. Extremely poor quality and service.

On the note: I wish there was less than a 1 star. That’s how bad it is.

I bought bedroom set, side table, bench in R2R furniture I'm so amaze and very happy I never doubt its 100% good quality, Its luxurious type but affordable prices.

Terrible service and no principles. Made me pay an additional 200 dirhams for new fabric for my headboard so it could be made a particular way. After several attempts and 6 weeks, they could not make it. And won’t return the 200 dirhams either.

Stay away! Poor Customer Service. Ordered beds from them which were not designed as ordered. Once they sell the furniture they don’t pick up your calls. Beds are squeaking and shaking within a few weeks because of poor quality of wood used. Much better to buy furniture from one of the many trusted brands in UAE! I am still expecting a call from their “management” after months of complaints. Very very disappointing and rude staff!

I had beautiful sofa in royal blue velvet and amazing bed in beige velvet customized and with under bed storage, the experience was great! They showed me the different fabrics and I chose the shape, color, size, everything! Umar and Asim did a great job with the delivery and assembling the sofa and also the bed. Chandni is very kind, helpful and good coordinating with the production, etc. Mr. Kumar (the manager) was also very helpful. I highly recommend it!

This factory makes amazing furniture. I ordered for king size bed with ottoman and 3 seater sofa for my bed room. They delivered quickly within 10 days. I am happy with their work!

This is truly the best company i have ever ordered from. I absolutely love this company it is highly professional and the quality of the sofas and beds that i got are way better than Ikea and they have much more options and i even customized it. After this i wont ever go back to Ikea or any other brand!

Excellent absolutely super experience with r2r Furniture, I bought 3 bed frames on magenta one turquoise and one grey one they all have a storage capacity to store almost anything and i store all of my suitcases in it, the quality is of the highest standard and it looks much more expensive then it is. The bed arrived bang on delivery time and the hand written thank you card and candle was a really nice touch. Highly recommend the products and service! I love this company it is absolutely amazing!

The guys eventually arrive to fix the bed and upon arrival the guy says “the office wants the money before we start work. Otherwise they will take this out of my wages! ”
This is not a professional company, and if you have ordered anything from them recently and were happy then be careful if something goes wrong in the future!

Absolutely horrible customer service and the manager should be ashamed of themselves for acting in such an unprofessional-manner.

Although initially we were happy with the bed they produced, in under one year one part broke which was insisted to be paid for.

No empathy, no follow up, no care.

Well based on the other negative reviews i was a little skeptical, but i decided to give it a try as not every person can be made happy.to what i understand this is a small company and there can be a little hiccups and if you are willing to be patient with them and give them a chance to explain i guarantee you will be pleased with the product and the price you get it at.i have been searching around for quite a while and i haven't found better prices and quality.as for the service which the negative comments are all about, its not as bad as the others have claimed.i never expected it to be like amazon or other big companies, its pretty good if you can be patient and polite.i definitely am a happy customer, and would recommend you give it a try:)

This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Worst quality and worst service ever. The service is so bad that the people you talk to in this company lie to your face, yell at you and hang up on you just to avoid taking responsibility.
I ordered a king size bed with hydraulic storage. First of all the bed quality is poor. Secondly, the bed came without any bottom which meant that the storage was literally the actual floor below the bed and that was useless. And then to top it off, the hydraulic mechanism stopped working after 4 days. The promised to fix but they didn’t show up for 6 consecutive days where we set a time. They keep postponing and I leave work to go home and wait for them but they still don’t turn up! And the worst part is, they have the guts to lie each time and say that their driver was there and I was not!
Only when I tell them I will return the bed that they send someone to fix. They promised 1 year warranty but when I ask for it they tell me to write it by hand on the invoice they gave me
At this point I am literally breathing fire from my nose and ears and totally refuse to pay anything until I receive an official stamped warranty letter from the company. It is at that point that the salesperson starts yelling and bangs the phone in my face.

Don’t deal with this company it’s a nightmare.
