RAF Hotel & Suites Dubai

It was one of the worst experience in Dubai, bad management in reservations. Hence, to be precise, I made a reservation for a special family event and i have received initial approval from them. During the discussion, they notified me that the hall was reserved to some one else and he is from the chairman side, and it canceled because I did not pay the rent amount, even though I kept in touch with the relevant employee and i have told her that am ready to pay the deposit anytime, but she was absent due to the Union Day holiday. I then met with the responsible manager and he promised me that the issue would be resolved, but The amount was increased and I agreed, and then one day later, he shocked me that he could not do anything even though I presented him with a copy of the invitation cards for our guests, which included the name of their hotel. I was also embarrassed and frustrated.

تجربة سيئة للغايه السعر غالي جدا 723 درهم مقارنة بالخدمات المقدمة الغرف مليئة بالحشرات و الصراصير حجزت غرفتين من البوكينق و يوم وصلنا ودخلنا الشقه الفندقيه وحصلناهم مقفلين غرفه يقول انت حجزت غرفه واحدة و وريته الحجز وطلع معي فتح الغرفه يخدمونك بدون نفس الأثاث وسخ جداً الأرضيات متسخه لا أنصح به نهائيا حتى لو يقولون لك ببلاش

The rooms are super dirty, the bathroom is out of order. The chair, splashed with chlorine or dirty, was stained.

As a I use to work in hotel, you have a very humble and very friendly workers. Very clean hotel. And the best testy food ever. God bless you all

Rooms are fine. But the staffs are inefficient to serve. There is no welcoming of guest and we were literally made to wait for more than half hour to check-in. The guy at the reception counter didn’t raise his head up from computer without saying a word and i just wondered what was he doing for that long. Overall not a great experience here.

It’s a great experience in restaurant, The ambiance is very welcoming. Amazing foods, good service and good place.make great recommendations and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Ask any resident in the Hotel and they will tell you

Pretty new hotel. Clean n great staff members. Serving iftaar in common area exposed to out side passers-by is aweful.nothing much happening in the hotel. Swimming pool area is nothing great. Just like other hotels of 2/3 star in deira. I think they should have touch of international menu touch it n breakfast. Tht doesn't mean alike 4 or something star hotels. So far I guess they focus on some Arabs n mainly to Indian n Pakistani guests. So I m confused if should I introduce the hotel to my west European friends. In tht case, they have to introduce shuttle busses fr beach n malls.

Great hotel, great staff, I especially love the Restaurant cause of the aesthetic and ambiance.

فندق جميل وقريب وخدمه جيده جدا والشقق واسعه ومريحه بس يحتاج صيانه وتغير مرشات الحمامات وانتم بكرامه.

تعامل موظف الاستقبال كان لطيف وسريع. اخذت شقه من ٣ غرف نوم نظافه جيده جدا. السعر كان مرتفع قليلا ولكن أتفهم بانه موسم الزحمه فطبيعي يرتفع السعر.

The best place to stay in Dubai, went with my entire company group and stayed there for 4 days.they have huge rooms which is accessible due to the mtro nearby…we had booked for 88 people through GaC Holidays.they gave an amazing deal

The property is wonderful, we’ll organized and peaceful. It also contains spacious apartments.
We’ve tried the double room and 3 bedroom apartments and all we’re very well maintained and comforting.
Mr. AbdulHakim at the reception was the most generous and thoughtful person we’ve come across. He was very friendly and patient with us. He has given us a warm welcome and a goodbye. We were all very delighted with his performance and service and couldn’t have asked for better.shoutout to the security team Mr. Peter and Toby for always looking out for everyone and greeting us each day with smiles on their faces.

Mr. Syed Ahmed Travel desk manager at the hotel was very helpful in arranging the trip for us and also guiding us the route, very friendly person with a smiling face.

I was amazed after visiting the property. I haven't seen wide and suspicious rooms like this arround the area. Mainly when I compared the prices were so affordable comparing other Hotel Apartments arround the area. Will definitely stay with them again and share with my all contacts too.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful and great ambiance. The hotel is well maintained and hygienic. The beds is very firm, too firm for my liking and the good parking space.
