No proper packing. Once your frame is ready, just pick and go.

Gave them 2 custom frames and was promised delivery in 3 days, however conveniently the delivery date on the invoice was for 7 days. After repeatedly following up on with their store they kept promising the next day with the employee cutting the call in between a conversation. Finally I received the frames 2 days later than promised with one of the framed photos misaligned and the wrong color used for the inner frame.
Store persons lacks the ability to listen to customers and acts hastily. Extremely incompetent and lacks communication skills.

We had a complicated painting and Rafis team give us an excellent framing Job. The result was fantastic. Recommend them always.

Pathetic customer service - never keeping to their commitments - absolutely dissatisfied… never again will I spend a fortune making frames from these guys.

WORST SERVICE, RUDE PERSON AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! NOT WORTH EVEN 1 STAR.

1. Firstly, it took more than 1 week to frame a small painting. All instructions were clearly shared with the person in charge.
2. The painting was not framed as per instructions at all. Mounting was not done, rather the painting was pasted on a white board and framed.
3. I was promised the painting would be ready in 2 days with corrections. Timeline not followed!
4. When I called to check, the person was rude, gave excuses and further delayed it and slammed the phone while I was still in conversation.
5. When I called back, he did not answer.
I am writing this review immediately after this incident. I have not yet collected my painting which I hope is in a good condition.

I do not recommed to get any job done from this shop ever.

The worst customer experience ever I have experienced.
I had given three memorabilia to be framed and paid 50% advance. The advance receipt was issued with assurance that the frame will be ready after almost 10 days. On 12th day when I followed up, the sales person said it was not ready and requested for few more days to complete the frame. I complained that was total lack of professionalism. However when I visited the branch on the day it it was supposed to be delivered, the sales guy said it was not ready. I requested to cancel the order and refund the amount. He assured that the frame will be ready by next day. I told him that either cancel the amount or have to provide discount for the trouble that they have put me into. The poor sales man spoke to owner and then connected me to him. “Ali” the owner was so rude, instead of being apologetic to me was threatening. The poor sales guy felt sorry and was about to pay from his pocket. I made the full payment and did not make the poor sales guy pay as that would had been very wrong. But it is quite evident from all the reviews out here this entity is one of the most unprofessional entity and with such and attitude this entity is only going down.

I went w Rafi to stretch my original quilt art. It turned out beautifully, very happy w results. They also delivered it to my door.

I am going through very bad and tough experience with Rafi frames Even though I'm thr regular customer. I will share my story in a while if my issue is not sorted out

Horrible Experience. Been 9 days, since giving two small n simple frames to be made. Still not completed and to make matters worse complete breakdown on communication. Called the shop 5 times today, and have not bothered to get a proper update. I am Never going back, there are definitely better providers.

My 3rd visit here, they do a very good job of framing artwork and also have a decent collection of frames. Ask for Mr. June, he'll be able to help you with almost anything.

Based on my requirement the Bouquet was elegantly made, beautifully wrapped as per my expectations with on time delivery & no extra charges. I am truly glad & contented with their service. I recommend it.

The person there lacked knowledge. He was more busy on his personal phone n his talks. He was not willing to explain or show interest for the picture I needed a frame for. Not a very helpful shop. N v limited /poor choice

Actually they are minus or negative star! Please do not pay them before they finish the job, they are not trust worthy. They will say yes and take your money even if they cannot do the job. They took 50% advance from me, later told me photo is not good quality so cannot be printed but refused to return my advance money.

Good, reasonable prices, the only issue the frame takes a week due to transportation issue, however, they told me from the beginning it is going to take a week and it was ready on agreed time.

Had a very bad experience here, they spoiled the photo twice and were not ready to return the money as well

My wife and I were very pleased to discover this shop. The quality of frame construction is one of a kind. Staff is very knowledgeable and approachable.

Terrible, nothing on time, they inform me to come and collect and keep waiting for 2hr and later they said to come 2 days later becuse frames are not ready. Price was changed so many times. Not proffesional, when i ask guy named "Ali" for the number to owner he suggest to look for other supplier.

I am thoroughly impressed by their framing quality. Our photos were handled with great care and perfectly formatted to the frame itself.sturdy and extremely well built. Staff is also very friendly and professional.

Very poor customer service. Showing very bad attitude to customers. The filipino named edvin or ervin among the staff is very pathetic.i recommend all not to deal with this shop if he is still there.he is a shame to the entire filipino community.

But other indian 2 guys who speaks hindi and english are very nice and good to deal with. The guy named abdul rahman is excellent and the other guy with beard is also having good character although he is new to shop. Atleast these 2 wont insult anyone.

Was able to get a number of artwork framed for a fairly reasonable price. What earns it 5 stars is the extraordinary customer service and attention to detail. We had varying framing requests that were executed flawlessly. Rafi Frames are simply the best!

Terrible, low quality, shoddy service.

Not only did they take twice as long as they said, they put our pictures in the WRONG FRAMES.

They then tried to charge us a lot of money to put the pictures in the frames we initially wanted.

Only once I brought up consumer rights did they decide it wasn't a good idea to try and scam.

They said the pictures would be put in the original frames within two days.

Ten days later.they send us to a place in Al Quoz to pick them up, only to find out that EVERYONE was on lunch break from 12-3.

Don't go here. You can get cheaper, better quality service probably anywhere else.

Even after all this drama, the frames are chipped and poorly put on.

We worked with them recently. Reasonable price, work quality ok. Not so good or bad. Delivery delays for 1 or 2 days which is manageable but main problem is that they need 100% amount in advance. Their payment terms should be changed as 50% in advance and 50% at the time of delivery & installation.
In case we not satisfied with their job there is no option.

Very disappointed with the service! Unprofessional staff/management and VERY SLOW SERVICE! They told me to it will be ready in specific date and then after 2 days still not ready and I have to call and follow up again and again with staff for the update! Even the management doesn’t apologize for delay but instead try to reason out! Horrible! Whoever is giving 5 star review are just INSIDE CIRCLE OF THE OWNER OR MANAGEMENT. NEVER TRUST REVIEWS BUT TRUST THE BAD REVIEW SPECIALLY IF IT’s more than 2-3 reviews. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

Super unprofessional staff and slow service! Had to run behind to get my canvas done in time! Will never use their services again, don’t recommend it at all. Treat you like rubbish after you paid them money.

I like the picture frame shop and print services on canvas! Here you can always choose from a large assortment of frames that you need. Quality is high. Various patterns of trim frame allow you to pick it up under the theme of the canvas. Be it a picture, landscape or portrait. I always find what I need for myself or for a gift. Also printed canvas print quality is high. Quality paint with bright colors. The color rendition is gorgeous. All dimensions and production time is always stipulated and everything is always in order. Friends really liked my gift which I ordered here, they were delighted with the beautiful picture with nature!

Disappointing experience. Was called when the frames were ready for collection. On arrival there 3 days later, found out it was still in the factory. Came back a week later and they were closed during normal working hours due to Ramadan. I ran into one of the employees who told me that someone would come in 10-15 minutes, but after sending a text found out that they would only open 1.5 hours later! Finally when I got my frames, some text at the bottom of one of the pictures was covered by the frame, I asked if there was anything they could do to fix it but the staff member seemed generally helpless and had no suggestions.

Regarding their actual business, they seem to have a decent choice of frames, but overall, the shop feels a bit unprofessional and poorly coordinated.
