Good place for gaming with fired. Me and my friend usually come here every Friday to game and have fun, the food and the computers are the best. 100

A terribly dirty place, with bad computers and devices, games crash, computers freeze, the toilet is always closed, the food is terribly prepared, overpriced, the service staff (slaves) behave inappropriately, not professionally, the managers are very rude and unmannered.

Rails is a very good best food and best manager, best place in the world, fastest PCs and best specs, it’s pack never lack.

Definitely my favourite spot to come after a long day of working, sit down game & have some great food. Cheese burgers here are perfect and at a very good price

Amazing place, THE PCs ARE HIGH END, (A GTX 1080, GTX 980 TI, and 970 on SLI), I WILL GO FOR THAT, I MEAN 35 BUCKS FOR LIKE 2 PM TO 3 AM GAME time. THAT'S A GREAT DEAL, MANNNN THE PIZZA IT WAS THE BEST, THE BURGER, UMMM~ CHEESY, food is overpriced, but then, u can play games, like fortnite, warzone, cold war it makes up I guess.because it is a gaming Cafe

Edit (2022) : - visited the place at 22nd December.the PCs have significantly slowed down.the PC takes atleast 10-20 minutes to boot, then it'll restart on it's own till it gets into the login page.some of them got crashes (BSOD crashes). Really need a hardware (especially the SSD ones.) upgrade.
I'd recommend some PCIE ones as OS. And low storage. In which ONLY the OS is stored.and the games on the hard drives.

Compared to other places in dubai (DZZRT, fake reviews btw), the prices are very reasonable and they have very good packages.
The staff are really friendly too!
The place is very close to DMCC metro, 5 minutes walk.
The area is stunning too!
I will definetly come here whenever I want to relax and play some games

They had this amazing burger I highly recommend to try it. It was not your oridanry burger at your local gaming joint. Lots of attention to details.freshly ground meat, great buns and caramelised onion and mushrooms was a great addition to the burger. Can't wait to go back there!

Not bad in terms of equipment quality, normal software, but there is something to be improved.food service is class, but for technical fake questions, when they take responsibility, they increase to solve the problem, but very often girls with counters come and take a place behind the counter.my wi-fi often does not work, and the only thing they say is that this is your problem, it works for everyone. Are you normal? How can you say such a thing to a person who pays you money for this? Correct errors, but do not compensate for the lost time.portions in food are constantly different, what is on the menu in the picture does not agree with the fact.in general

This gaming cafe is amazing i went there twice and had a wonderful time the seating was amazing the pc was amazing and even the food was really good i recomend visiting

We ordered chicken burger and the chicken had bad smell as if fried in an overused oil. No vegetables and sauce inside. I would say this was the worst burger we ever had so far. And even after giving the feedback to the staff, there was no action on it. I would not recommend this place at all.

The 5 AED PCs are very bad same price in other place around you can get better performance plus the high ping and huge input lag for mouse.
For this performance it doesn't deserve more than 2 AED.
But you have friendly employees.

Good place to chill. Table better than many of the other places. The chicken burgers were good and the beef burger decent. Easy on the pocket as well.

- Crunchy fried chicken coated with their secret blend, drizzled wth signature sauce and topped with lettuce, all inside one hut potato bun.

Buffalo Chicken Wings
- Their wings are really good & tasty and not so spicy - just how I like them.

Penne Chicken Alfredo
- Penne Pasta tossed with creamy white sauce, chicken breast, and parmesan cheese! So creamy and milky!

Mozarella Cheese Sticks
- still the best to eat when its still hot.

Chocolate Kitkat Crepe
- so chocolatey, satisfying, & tasty

Foods are very cost friendly, massive portions, and lots of choices. Staffs are friendly and service is real quick. This place is loaded of fun!

Excellent place for lanning, playing pool or renting a console. Staff are friendly, renting is cheap, and no age restriction (quite a kid friendly place). Have not ordered food from here, but it looks (and is) cheap

Pretty good place to chill in jlt. They've got billiards and a good burger menu. The PCs are a bit scuffed tho. The UI crashes and games take alot of loading. The staff are amazing though, always there to assist you with any issue.

I really enjoyed the Alfredo Pasta, Burger and Chicken wings. Nutella Crepe was cherry on top and it was so heavenly. The rates are quite reasonable and staff is friendly.

And the fish and chips were perfectly cooked. It’s so crispy in the outside but very soft, tender and delicious in the inside. It has a big serving so it’s perfect to share with family! And their pizza was yummy indeed ~ it’s super cheesy ️ The crust were so crispy and with its cheesy toppings, I couldn’t ask for more! I loved every bite indeed!

Here’ comes my most favorite part of the meal, my dessert: Banana Crepe! Oooh yess! Very chocolatey and the banana flavor blended so well. A magical gaming place ‘n’ cafe where you can play PS4, PS5, Snooker, along with many more online games and enjoy yummy food also.

The Lounge is equipped with top range of games and gears that anything a game lover can think of. On top of that this place is quite economical and they offer Happy Hours also.

Kids and teens can celebrate their good times with their friends.

This place is well maintained with COVID 19 guidelines.

And of course, once you are done with games & play, you will feel hungry. Yes, they serve yummy food also like pizza, pasta, burgers, crepes, milkshakes, frappes and many more.

I tried Alfredo Pasta and Margherita Pizza. Both were on the point and there was no compromise on flavors.

Showstopper was their crepes, I tried Nutella Banana Crepe and Kinder Chocolate Crepe. Both were lip-smacking and must try.

Staff was very courteous and generous.

If you are a gamer and you want to have fun with your friends, then this place is must visit.

I am surely going back for those yummy crepes.

This place is heaven for video game lovers they have best promotional plans going on almost every weekday for gamers and I am sure an intense game can make anybody feel hungry and thirsty so they have a full working kitchen and they serve very very yummy burgers crepes pizza pasta and chicken wings.i went there with a couple of friends and we had the chicken burger, margerita pizza, penne arabiata, chicken wings, fish and chips and banana crepe.it was very delicious and i will recommend this place not only to gamers but also for people who like good food and good view.this place has such a good location just take a right once you step down the stairs of jumeirah cluster c.super crazy place. AMAZING, the food is amazing and the PCs are really smooth and the three zones is a really good idea I really suggest it

I mean it's a gaming cafe, the PC's were good, the setup was really nice, I think they had 240hz monitors, however I did get problems about the mouse I didn't know what dpi it had and when I checked the control panel (Razer synapse) it wouldn't show so I had to play on a totally different mouse configuration. But none the less it was still a good experience, I also played a bit of billiards there. Overall I liked the aesthetics of the place and their pricing was decent.

Awesome place for gamers, cozy and relaxing! Indoor games like pool and billiards are also here. They serves food as well so players won't need to leave their games and grab foods outside. All in one place! Isn't it amazing? Oh I love the creepes and cheezy fries here! Affordable and just great!

Nice billiards tables and ps4,3 computer zones with over 80 pc's and thats heaven to me.

Great gaming place, food and beverages are a bit over priced. 5 dhs for 1hour of pc gaming, pc, table, chair, accesories are all good. Only problem was the temperature was a bit high and it was hot inside. Staff made it better after i asked them to. Also there is no bundle offers for pc time. Ex: other cafes have 1hr - 5 dhs, but 20dhs -6 hrs. In rails 5 dhs/1hr is the fixed rate no matter how much i spend. If they make bundle/university student discounts It will help me spend a bigger amount of money if the offer is good so i can come back anytime and play. Please keep good offers on weekdays and budget snack options. A smoking section would also be great. Went there for the first time. Overall good experience.

SO TODAY ME AND THE BOYS WERE LIKE LETS GO GETS SOME DUBS ON WARZONE, SO WE JUMPED IN THE CAR AND WENT DOWN TO THE OLD RAILS IN JLT. BUT WE WERE SHOCKED WHEN WE HAD USED UP 40 MINUTES OF OUR TWO HOURS JUST TRYING TO LOG INTO THE COMPUTER AND TRYING TO FIX THE CONTROLERS AND THE HEADSET PS THE SOUND NEVER WORKED. I AM VERY APPALED WITH THE SERVICE YOU GUYS NEED TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE QUWAAAAAAKLYYY. THE SHORT CHUBBY GUY WAS VERY NICE HOWEVER THE SHORT SKINNY DUDE WAS A PR! CK AND A HALF. THE ONLY THING I ENJOYED WAS THE LIPTON PEACH ICE TEA. ACTUALLY NO I DIDNT ENJOY IT BECAUSE IT WAS WARM AND WHICH MEANS THE FRIDGE IS BOLLUKS. PLEASE FIND NEW EMPLOYEES AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS. (DONT FIRE THE CHUBBY SHORT GUY HE WAS VERY NICE).

I've been going to rails for a few years now and from my experience, Friday is the worst day to go. Especially in the afternoon. There are so many children who come for the Fortnite Competition that doesn't even seem to be ran properly. It's an absolute chaos. I don't mind them holding the competition but please, don't let them into the 18+ zone. Last Friday that I went, almost 80% of the 18+ zone were full of children who were less than the age of 15, blocking the paths and screaming at each other. Other than that, the food is great and the quality is great.

It’s great to go to with friends but discord almost never works and so that can be very irritating other then taht Great service and great food

Amazing place with great atmosphere for gaming. There is a room which is separated for Adults where they can play without any noise and enjoy.

Sometimes I come to Rails just to eat because of the delicious taste and the great service.

Good atmosphere really bad service most computers dont work.i spent my whole 1 hour changing computers.no one help us.really bad place.better go to que club or flamingo in oud metha

The food: Good
The location: Good, accessible by metro
Expense: The get regular rate per hour on the computer is 8.5 AED which is alright but the food is very expensive for what you are being served.
Other facilities: Clean washrooms and lively place. No WiFi Present.
Overall the only reason I come here is because it is close to my residence otherwise there are much better gaming cafes in dubai.

I visited the new location in cluster C last week. It was in the ex 7-11 store. Spacious, but no more pool table.

Great place to have fun with your friends. Top PC specs and games run very smoothly. Comfortable seats and great atmosphere. Fairly priced meals and a really friendly staff.

I do admit it gets really loud, especially those Fortnite kids xD oh well.afterall, it's a place to have fun. But I do wish there were more strict noise control policies set in place.

Despite the noise, the place is really cool, and have really decent prices for their play times. Definitely worth a visit:)

If you're looking to play pool/billiards I've got bad news for you: they've moved to JLT and ditched the pool tables. So this is one (non-gamer) loyal customer who will never go back again. Sad step backwards for what was a great venue.

The PC’s are nice but the staff is not professional. I usually go at around 11: 00 AM and the staff is always so rude and unwelcoming especially if you’re the first customer.

I gave it a 3* because the place wasn't clean and neat, all people were shouting and swearing this should be in the rules of the place it must be calm but the gaming experience was AMAZING and the games were fun!

Never any seats, loud kids screaming swear words because they are losing. Come during weekdays or early afternoon when there aren't many people.

The snacks are not so pricy but you could get them for cheaper. Their gaming PCs are lovely and the staff are nice. If you're a gamer and you wanna have a gaming session with your friends or you wanna hangout and grab a drink for a fast date, then this is the place. They also have billiard tables and some small games to spice your hagouts up.
