The food took forever to come
the servers had to be called repeatedly for things
most of the food was bland and some cold too
the food for the price was not worth it
the burgers was plastic and didnt taste fresh
service was so slow, maybe since staff was less
not going back again!

Good experience for kids
They will enjoy every 15 minutes show
Employees are friendly and helpful
Prices a bit higher than market average!

في جميع زياراتي لدبي لابد أن يكون هذا المطعم من أولويات جدولي. المطعم يأخذك لعالم ثاني تخرج منه من عالم المباني والشوارع الى عالم الغابات والحيوانات. في كل نصف ساعه تقريبا يبدأ مشهد تتفاعل فيه الحيوانات وتصدر اصواتها وتتحرك. المشهد جميل جدا. بالنسبه للطعام صراحة لم أجرب الا برجر دجاج. لذيذة وجودة عالية + الموهيتو شيء رائع جدا. الأسعار مرتفعه قليلا ولكن تستحق مع أجواء الغابة.

Food came in very small portions, kids meal is for the same price as the normal meals just for nothing! Chicken wings on kifs menu is disgusting

I wasn’t satisfied about this situation they didn’t approve our Fazza card discount and refused to accept the card coz it only expired at the end of April 2023 just a month agoI told them that still have not received my new card it’s not worth that much of this complicate and many other places they will wave and accept the card truly it was disappointed for me.

The Rating: I have eaten dinner with a group of my 5 friends and the atmosphere of the restaurant is so nice and recommended for families and kids they would love the jungle theme kids would love it.and for the food rating honestly it wasn’t really that much tasty and the price is a bit expensive compared to other similar restaurants don’t expect to have a testy meal we ordered (Beef burger (2/10) + (appetizer platter (5/10) + kebab skewers (2/10) + pasta pink sauce (4/10) + (caesar salad 5/10) + soup (7/10) total bill was 750 Dhs it bit too much for a portion of the food and the service. My friends are not satisfied with the food and decided not come back to the this restaurant again it's will be our last time to come back here again.

Ideal for your kid to pay a visit, gives you the chills of an amazon forest! Very well done. Food was nice and the staffwere friendly. Prices ranged towards the high but worth a visit if you are ok to enjoy the view with a cocktail!:)

Maybe I was here at the wrong time, but the service was mediocre and they weren't very knowledgeable about the shisha options that they highlight on their Instagram account.
That said, the shisha I did have was pretty good.

I usually do not give reviews but the experience i got from rain forest i love to write something - i arranged my kids birthday party which they made really special for us - You guys are so professional and friendly, you managed my event so nicely. Food was awesome, very cooperative staff i got whatever i asked. Special thanks to Mr. Rabia for being so kind and cooperative. I felt my event is on him and i don’t need to take care of any thing. He was coming and guiding me the games, food serving and the other stuff - so i got complete package of best service and guidance as well

The food quality was good and cooked well.
The amount was good for 4 to 5 people.
The prices were on average.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Waiting time was long and restaurant wasn’t busy.
The restaurant is good for children as they will enjoy the entertainment and animals. Not recommended for those who loved quiet places

OMG! Spectacular Restaurant I’ve ever visited! It’s located in Dubai Festival city, Dubai, UAEnear Intercontinental Hotel.every night you can enjoy as well the IMAGINE And dancing fountain of DFC. The restaurant is perfect place to view the spectacular DFC FIREWORKS AT 9 PM. You better dine in to enjoy the view of each set of displays.
The ambiance and JUNGLE THEME is really what brings draws people into RAINFOREST CAFE AND RESTAURANT, and we can absolutely see why. It’s Greenery and moving statues of animals obsoletly fun, and really leans into the RAINFOREST theme. I love their staff all friendly and hospitable they were so helpful and always with smile to their faces. It’s perfect party place for kids birthday or celebration
so what you get is what you get! Overall, we had a decent meal and would go back to this spot for for party and chilling placethumb up rating 5 star for melove you guys

We went yesterday for dinner in this restaurant, we absolutely regret going there. We were served nachos with cheese, it was cold, even the mozrella cheese topping went hard. We ordered five dishes all were served cold.
We also ordered salmon fish, not at all fresh. The food was expensive but the taste and freshness was really poor. On top of that all of it was served cold.
I would never recommend this restaurant. There are better options available if you want to enjoy a decent dinner.

Our dine in experience was excellent, the place is amazing that’s why my nephews had fun. All the staff are friendly and accommodating especially our server Mr. Faruk.

Great place if you have kids and as adults we enjoyed it as well. The staff was great and we enjoyed the ambiance. It's nice to have something a little different every now and then.
We had the appetizer platter and the nachos. The nachos were a little heavy on the tomatoes but other than that the experience was good overall. If I could give one critique, it would be nice if the foliage was washed a bit. Kind of looks dusty.

Really enjoyed the lunch at rainforest festival city. Excellent service and tasty food, the staff are very nice and helpful. Special thanks to ms Lani who was taking care of our table so sweet always smiling very respectful. I believe she is a great example representing the resturant thank you Lani and thank you rainforests

Excellent food, with awesome service. Must place to go for kids of all ages. We loved our time there as the guy Faruk is so welcoming and goes extra mile to make us smile. I recommend the steak sandwich as it was super juicy meat inside, as well as the kids meal that comes with drinks and side to choose.

The environment is amazing, my son loved it so much. However the staff felt bored or fed up, honestly can't blame them if they have long shifts, but smiling for customers is very important for customer experience.

Food taste was average, corn served for my son were dry, steak was ok felt lacking seasoning, shrimps was cooked perfectly, drinks was lacking in flavour.

I celebrated my daughters birthday in Rainforest Cafe and i must stay it was the best decision i made for her birthday. The party hall is big enough and very spacious keeping inview of social distancing. Ambience is great, close to the nature and jungle theme with animal voices was giving a vibe as if we are really sitting in jungle. Food was great and quantity was way too much.everyone enjoyed food alot.they have also special kids menu which gives variety of options. Adults can also enjoy main course. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to help me in doing my own decoration.time limirbwas also flexible.ime my family and guest really enjoyef. Thanks for giving us wonderful experience.

Start off: I first saw the Rainforest Cafe in a visit a few years ago at the Dubai mall, next to the aquarium, which is honestly the right location to be. Then i found out it has moved to Festival city mall, which raised a few questions: why did they have to move? Is it that bad? Etc.
Wanting to take my kids there for a long time, decided to go in the new location.
Positive surprise!
Setting: It is a very nice theme restaurant: the vivid jungle decoration and nice atmosphere, lot's of animal figures, big and small AND at regular intervals (i think every half hour) the animals in the restaurant go crazy, on a display which kept my kids happily entertained every time!
The new location offers an additional bonus which is the chance to see the Festival city mall laser show (if you go there at the evening) from the window seating areas. Not the same as standing outside in front of the laser show in the open, but still very pleasant.
Food: The meals offered cover a good spectrum for every taste (mainly western) and the portions are very good.
Price: For 6x people (including kids) with side dishes and drinks our bill was about 600AED, whereas we did order more than just "fries and nuggets".
So at about €25 per person, it's rather Ok.
Worth mentioning: the staff is extremely friendly and very professional. The "inevitable" accident of spilled drinks didn't bother them the least and taken care of quickly and in a relaxed matter. Shout out to Christian and his colleagues! Thanks for the excellent service.
Additional notes: the shop at the entrance is also very nice. We found it pricey but worth taking a look.
Improvement points? Basically more: more animals (diversify the theme in the jungle more) and maybe more options on the menu.

We were there for afternoon lunch, had informed the restaurant prior to visiting that it was my son's birthday. The food choices are good, our server Krishna had carefully listened to how we need the black beans made and trust me he got what suits our taste buds. You just need to talk to the servers.

Celebration was amazing my son was all excited seeing the drums and staff singing aloud. Though there is a discount on Festival Rewards App for this restaurant but we were unable to utilise the same as it is not valid on Weekend.

Excellent restaurant specially for kids, you can enjoy animals animation inside, with a lovely staff. Food quality is not perfect but it's good enough

Well known loved place for kids -and adults-, the food portions are big n tasty, the staff is attentive and well mannered, the ambience is cosy and the robotic animals mixed with the sounds effects give a jungle look a like vibes. 9/10

Food and staff were great. Had only been to one back in Katy Texas before so was a bit of nostalgia! Great scenery as usual and being able to see the Malls Fountains was an added bonus

Great food and great views of the superb imagine fountain show right outside the restaurant. Fun atmosphere throughout with animatronic animals and regular rainforest storms along with great service at a reasonable price. Don't forget to order the shared Volcano desert for those special occassions.

We wanted to try something new so thought to give this cafe a try. Food was great but what was greater was itd ambience. Its themed perfectly with dim lights and a real rainforest feel

The service was great as we had to make a movie close after ordering - we got our food hot and so delicious! We got the fajita chicken and beef and the truffle burger. Both are really delish! If youve been craving a truffle fix this is the dish for you and the cheese was amazing! The beef fajita was way too good

Rainforest is a perfect place if you going out with the kids.
The will love the forest atmosphere and will like the animal as well.
"However", if you really want to enjoy the food, then Rainforest isn't your place. Also the food are kind over priced!

A new reopening of Rainforest Cafe in Dubai Festival Mall. Very good atmosphere for children but, the moving animals are less comparing to the closed branch which was in Dubai Mall. Still a great resturant with great food

Although it was very busy the staff were excellent and friendly and attentive and the food was excellent it’s worth giving them a visit.they only need to review the prices I think it’s high

What a disappointment!
Much less happening compare to Dubai Mall outlet. Food quality not great. Kid's pizza was so poor that the kids did not eat it. Kid's chicken nuggets were a few lonely pieces on a big plate that qe right out of the box and did not fill up our daughter. Totally overpriced. Not even a Happy Birthday to our daughter who wanted to come here for her birthday, which we stated when we arrived.

Huge disappointment and waste of money.

Just wow! Can’t believe what just happened. Took my family for breakfast. On the menu, under “Shakes” there are all the usual flavours, including mango. It’s been ages since I’ve had a mango milkshake, so both my wife and I ordered that to drink. Two mango juices arrived at the table. I pointed this out to the waiter and he said that they don’t make mango milkshakes. I showed him on the menu that mango was one of the shake flavours. He told me that I was wrong because it does not say milkshake, just shake, so I should not expect it to be a milkshake. We got up and left, because I’m not prepared to hand over my money to reward that level of rudeness.
And, just a tip - if you only have mango juice, consider putting it on the menu with the other juices, not under shakes.

We just came to the restaurant to celebrate my wife bday really disappointed about the food we order the beef and shrimp combo.ribs was so dry and hard same as the steak.they replaced it the ribs we decided to take it home but it’s the same quality we got and the sparkling volcano desserts is too hard and very rough the texture never come back again to that place.

Amazing place, price is fair, delicious food, epic ambiance, you feel like you’re deep in the jungle! Staff are super friendly and Chris helped us alot! Love the experiences!

The place is great for kids, the interiors are creative and fun.however, the food is a disaster. We ordered the shrimp platter and the costa rican salmon, two more main courses and appetizer, the plates were served cold.the crab patty on the salmon tasted horrendous, not to mention the fishy smell. Very overpriced considering the shrimp was frozen! Overall the quality of food was the worst.
They really do need a visit by Gordon Ramsay.

Great experience, I had Cobb Salad & Calypso Chicken and the chicken tenders. The food was served promptly and our waiter Aimee was super sweet. The Manger Brix also came to our table to make sure we were satisfied.
Make sure not to miss their Cheesecake!

Only thing good about this place is 4-5 animated animals that amuse kids every few mins. The service is slow but courteous.food kills it big time. ***Bland*** kid's mac & cheese & ***worst veggie burger*** I've ever tasted. Their menu is ***priced higher*** than average 5 star resorts in the country. I will not recommend this place.

The star is for the decor,
Pepperoni pizza came without pepperoni, and looks sincerely terrible. They proposed to give us the pepperoni so that we could put them on top! Seriously?
Then the veggie burger which is supposed to have guacamole in it didn't have any! They brought it separately when I asked and I had to prepare the burger myself. This one was also terrible. Again, Seriously? !
Food didn't come at the same time for all the guests.
Windows are dirty.
The place is too dark, can't even see what's on the menu (I'm old).

Please send Gordon Ramsay so that he can fix that mess!

Nice food and ambiance. The staffs were friendly and accommodating specially Christian who served us. Liked the Latino music background. We celebrated our son’s birthday and he liked the animals moving and the sparkling volcano cake.

Great service, much better than Dubai Mall branch: Aimee took well care of us, played with kids, constantly checked on us!
Location is good as well. If you go for dinner, they open the windows and can enjoy the Festival city light and fountain show.

I loved it! The decor is amazing! The food was absolutely delicious! They improved the menu and now it's better than it was in Dubai Mall! Definitely recommend and will definitely come back!
