Hired on for my friends wedding but did not meet any expectations or deliver on what they had agreed on. When they tried talking to him, he was arrogant and rude to their whole family.
My niece friends enlisted the services of Raj events for wedding decoration needs, expecting a high standard of service, however upon closer inspection, they found services fell short of their expectations.
Keen to resolve these issues amicably, they reached out to the company and specifically to Raj, hoping for understanding and a willingness to address the feedback provided. Disappointingly, Raj’s response was far from caring or professional. He demonstrated a distinct lack of interest in their concerns, showing no intent to uphold the company’s promise of customer satisfaction.
This experience has left me rather disillusioned with Raj events, primarily due to the apathetic response to genuine customer feedback. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of commitment to excellence and customer care.
We hired Raj decorators for our daughter's wedding. I must say this was the best thing that happened for this wedding. The decorations were so grand and beautiful that it made the wedding extravagant. Thank you Raj and entire team for making all the ceremonies look so beautiful. This kind of honest and personalized care is quite rare to come across in my opinion.
