Lots of modern style selections for my home remodel . Emma, at the Salah Eldin Branch, was so helpful and clever in assisting me in my new design - great expertise and excellent customer service. Shes very detailed and kept me informed on delivery etc.

Hii I have to share my experience. I went with the limited knowledge about ceramics and other things Ms. Emma was very kind and corporative and answered all my questions and help Me to get the items with my budget. Even after sales also she given all the updates. I'm much appreciating her commitment and dedication.

One of the best stores in the Emirates and the best treatment by the staff, especially Mr Mohammed kaleemuddin, excellent dealing with customers and giving us advice when we purchasing the product.

Is the contact number exist? No one answer the call for almost 1 week!
Even the sales are not responding through whatssap.

Customer service is poor in three branches I have visited (2 in Dubai and 1 in Sharjah). Workers are not qualified to assist buyers and not to mention the ignorance while waiting for the quotation and at the end you don't receive it at all they are just wasting your time! Mohammed the moroccan guy at Salah Al Din branch gave us his number to follow up with him and never answered a single call or even sent the quotation of all the sanitary ware we have chosen for our house!

Went to Salah Al Din RAK Ceramics as the Shk Zayed Road Branch was not helpful at all

In Salah Al Din we finished all what we wanted to finish in a few hours specially that Emma really was a very good and helpful sales person

The quality of Customer Service was superb and my husband and I are very happy with the delivery schedule as well

للاسف يتم اعطاء المتعامل رقم للتواصل ولكن عند الاتصال لا يتم الرد عليهم وايضا يتم ارسال مسج عن طريق الوات يتم قراءة المسج دون الرد الخدمة جدا سيئة لا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم

One of the worst customer care experiences.

I called them up to inquire about a kitchen sink. The guy who answered my call was extremely rude, not welling to accompany any questions on the product and at the end gave me a price t than the price I got for the same product from the same company’s showroom in Dubai.

I hope RAK Ceramics would take some serious steps in improving their customer care experience especially in this branch where the experience was horrible. If this continues no one will come back to them

Waste of space sales staff, who don't care about doing their job and will make excuses to avoid doing their job.

The worst customer service in UAE. I have received 3 damaged boxes and it took me for ever to receive a replacement for them. The sales agent started to ignore me and never returned my calls.
For sure I will never deal with them again.

If there was less than one star, I would place it for this company. They are bad at delivery. Each time a different person calls for delivery. They are very often late in delivery, The order for delivery is divided into several parts and you never know when you will get your full order of materials. And when you call the administration, they say they will take necessary action, but nothing happen.

I’ve waited there for 15 mints and no one came to me and gave attention.very very bad services.

Poor customer service, rubbish delivery service it takes them 15-25 days to make the delivery.not recommended at all.
