Had the most wonderful service and the food was exquisite. Definitely becoming a regular customer when I touch down in Dubai again.

Damien was incredible friendly and polite, he was happy to talk to me and made me feel welcome.

The food was great and the evening entertainment was great.

Her impeccable attention to detail, from remembering my favorite dishes to her spot-on recommendations, was remarkable. Celebrated a birthday dinner at Ranches Restaurant. Had a great experience and amazing service from Jayrich, Chef Ian and Chef Novy. Best food like Pork Belly, Cheese Nachos, Nasi Goreng, Sweet Potato Fries, Pork Ribs. Keep it up!

Did not visit this place for the last 8 months. Regretfully they changed hot breads, I prefer earlier quality, but amazing atmosphere and good service! Veg quesadillas was nice!

My go-to breakfast spot on Saturday mornings! Servers, Travis, Max and Deepak are fantastic.

This review is specifically for Christmas Eve Dinner. It was disappointing. No live music like previous years, no atmosphere, ice cream for kids was at an extra expense, sushi on ice bar.ice got melted, no more sushi. In general the food was very lousy for such an important celebration. Been to that Xmas Eve dinner before and it was great, definitively we won't repeat on the future.

It delivers exactly what you’d expect from a place like this: good burgers, a cold beer and nice tables outdoor (indoor if you want to watch sport on large screens)

Excellent experience, ambience and customer service. Their happy hours menu has an excellent selection, so do their main course. The customer service was very good and quite fast. We had two servers -Shishan and another very efficient server. Both of them made sure that we had a good experience. This is a restaurant worth visiting if you want to unwind with friends after a long hectic day!

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable Staff MJ & Rica they did so professional service to us, they served us delicious dishes coupled with beautiful presentation, they explained to us the menu in detail and wide beverage list and recommended to us a wonderful dessert. We recommend the restaurant to everyone! We would like to come back here again and again not only because of the atmosphere of the restaurant & food, but also for MJ and Rica’s amazing services as they really care about providing the best service to every client.

Amazing place and beautiful environment to hang out. Always a 5 star service by Anthony, Prince and Sony just to name a few. Overall their staff is the best.very Hospitable.

PS: Im not a coffee drinker but their Soy Latte is lit. Highly recommended.

My experience yesterday was very bad, at 9 pm almost no food at buffet and leftovers at grill they don’t refill buffet, desert is bad

The food and place was good. But what made it amazing was how Margaret and the other staff assisted us. They made us feel like we were their friends and made us feel special and really took care of us. Amazing staff. Will definitely come back!

Speed of service is terrible, over 25 mins for a drink, over 1 hour for food with the inside restaurant empty, then the prawns (cooked) arrived cold - risk of food poisoning, awful experience and to cap it off it was my birthday meal with my parents and sister who had just flown over from the UK.

Excellent food, superb environment to relax and enjoy with family. Special thumbs up to our waitress Maggie. Definitely worth coming back

Went out for New Year’s Lunch with Family and as special as the day was, Gav was outstanding in his service. He highly appreciates Hospitality and it flows wholeheartedly from within him. He held nothing back and just loved keeping us happy. Definitely going back soonest! Happy New Year?

Wow what a wonderful place, it is extremely nice and I would most deffs recommend it. Please if you haven't checked it out yet. Do yourself a favour and dont miss out. Oh and when you are there I would recommend one amazingly wonderful waitress, her name is Lola, she rocks and just makes the outing so much more fun. She can light up a room in 2 seconds. Such friendly service with a smile on her face. Well done. (Lola)

Hi today, I went to Nezesaussi restaurant and it was such a pleasant experience. The service I received from my waitress Lola was beyond exceptional, she assisted us from the time we entered till we left, she was almost like our personal assistant, I will definitely return!

Lovely outdoor sitting area with delightful views. However the food is of very poor quality. Frozen vegetables served cold, mashed potatoes made from rehydrated powder, tomatoe sauce (for Fajitas) straight from a can. Very little in the way of freshly produced food. Avoid for food but very nice for a drink.

Not sure why this place is rated so highly.

The place was about 30 percent full when I arrived. Our server forgot to provide menus. When I finally managed to flag someone down they provided the menus.

The food was very underwhelming with stale bread and lack of breakfast condiments. Even though we were seated indoors there were flies buzzing around our table.

After serving the food, no one bothered to come check on us. I had to flail my hands about to flag someone down and get a bill.

Over priced and ordinary food, poor service and so-so ambience = 1 star.

Its a nice community restaurant in the golf area of Arabian Ranches. There js indoor and outdoor seating areas. The service is fast, plenty of food options available. Kids enjoyed the outdoor play area too. Great place.

Good selection of dishes and very reasonable prices. Beetroot and goats cheese is a winner for us vegans.

Ive been in ranches many times with my friend to had drinks.atmosphere was great specailly while drinking outside bar. Staff was fantastic with the service of karthik, vaishak, and chris. Thanks from the best area that can relax.

Restaurant Management enforces guest to order food with drinks, even if guest is not hungry. Very disappointing.

We were sat promptly, the service was excellent. The food was delicious. Rose was our wait staff and she was very accommodating to my husband and my children. She kept out table clear when we finished a course, and she was very attentive to our needs. It was our first visit here, and we are planning to go back next week. The food was really outstanding, the desserts were fantastic and the children ate every bit of their food and dessert. I am so pleased we found this place 10/10 would recommend

Its very nice place staff is very polite specially the hostess ISRA is very kind and professional and chef on the grill station from pakistan unfortunately forgot his name great hospitality dafinitly come back.

Love love love this restaurant, the staff were excellent. Our waiter Philip was very funny and accommodating. The food was brilliant and plentiful, the portions are big! I had the vegan burger which was a bean patty, very nice but could be better if they invest in the beyond meat patty. Bottle of red and white wines were very good. Merlot for red and pinot grigio for white spectacular views of the golf course, I recommend reservation outside

The restaurant has a nice view of the Golf Course but, the service was kind of slow and there were a lot of flies disturbing us. The food was pretty good but, the staff could of been better.

I'm going to be brutally honest with this review. Tasteless food, slow service, waste of money. Don't bother with microwave pizza!

I had late lunch this afternoon, despite of hunger while waiting for the food i was enjoyed with one of the staff named Pao. Shes very accomodating and nice, service is good and of course i love the food. Il drop by nextime with some friends again.

Bright and comfortable place to work. Coffee is decent, breakfast food is good but could use an update. Staff is freindly but as most restaurants in Dubai you're forgotten about once you're done your meal and have to ask for dirty dishes to be cleared.
