Rapid Move

We had terrible move-in experience on February 9th. Our frames were broken, plants were smashed, our clothes were not protected with plastic cover bag during the move; they were just dumped into boxes, even hanged ones. Despite warning them multiple times, they made many stains on surfaces while moving things. The staff didnt clean the debries aftet curtain fixes. Moving a 1br apartment without white appliences took 11 hours. They began bringing boxes to the new place at 4pm and they didn’t even unpacked our stuff. The process was slow and poorly organized.

They are very fast, very honest, very professional. There were very very valuable gadgets infront of them, and they all reached my new house safely and in its place. They hung the curtains, the chandeliers, the tv’s. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for hassle free moving.

This is a very reliable service. I am very pleased with the job done by Wasim and his team. They showed up on time and managed to finish in a very reasonable time. Zeeshan, the owner, came for inspection and offered a reasonable rate compared to market. I was shifting 3 bedroom house and the outcome was satisfactory. I will definitely use the same team in the future.

This company is truly the best in Dubai, look no further. They were absolutely amazing in moving all of my furniture and everything else to my new apartment. All of my belongings were securely taped up into their own boxes. The people were very friendly & upmost professional. Everything moved was put back into place including Bed, sofa etc. Incrodebly efficient! I cannot recommend a better company!

Contacted rapid movers thru whatsapp, Anne was very prompt in replying and immediately informed me that someone will come to do the survey of the flat. Within an hour or so, Zeshan came to our apartment and inspected. And within a day, I was given the quotation. Their price is a little high compared to the other moving company I contacted, but since they reply fast and very accommodating I ended up getting their service. They even gave a discount for our move.

Boxes were delivered prior to the moving date.
On the day of the move, they came earlier than expected. Naveed (I'm assuming he will do the supervision) and his team came. Now, I don't know how they do their other moves but when they started, boxes were assembled and all things are put into the box like they are rushing. They just do a grab-and-pack way of handling the things. Not to mention the movers are not wearing any mask unlike the previous reviews where I can see them still wearing their masks.

I was informed that 1 truck will not be able to fit all my things so another truck was provided with additional cost (mentioned on the quotation), Anne answered my call even though it was her off so that was commendable, and even gave a discount for the additional cost.

Same rush was experienced on the new apartment, so we were not able to properly oversee the things being placed. First thing I checked was the appliances and TV. Everything was working well. When they installed the washing machine there was a leak on the inlet, there excuse is that the pipe was short and can't be tightened properly but when I checked with the old apartment it was the same. So they tried to fix it when I told them that it was the same connection.

When everything was done I paid and they left, Naveed mentioned that the receipt will be sent the next day (Which did not happen, followed up twice on this). Kitchen was a mess, they've put everything on the counter and sink. Blinds were not properly installed.

The next day we found out that our wardrobe was damaged. The movers knew it since I saw a tape that covered the wardrobe on the damaged part. I messaged them on whatsapp and said they will send someone to fix it. After 2 days, the guy came at night just to take a picture. The next day another guy came, and just put glue and covered it again with tape.

Overall, promptness of their team was very good specially when replying on whatsapp and call. Team was punctual on the time of the move. But how organized their moving was and fixing things, not really what I was expecting.

UPDATE: (18 sept. 2022) I appreciate Naveed and his team in contacting me and fixing the damaged wardrobe. They even offered to replace the whole panel if I'm not satisified. I personally said no and that the effort and re-fix is already enough.

I was so impressed with their services. They were on time, sufficient and made the move hassle free for me. The manager of the team communicated well and set my expectations, which is always helpful.

They came at 9am and were done by 3pm and that included drilling for setting up the curtains and shelf work.

I would definitely use these guys again!

Truly disappointed with the move. It was rapidly done to say the least but boxes were all mixed up. They damaged a lot of our furniture. We messaged them and ofcourse no reply, no acknowledgment and ofcourse no compensation for damaged goods.ignored us. Bathroom stuff mixed with bedding mixed with curtains mixed with drum kit. Ladies person waxing machine and expensive guitar mixed. Kitchen boxes all in a mess.
Would not recommend or use them again.

It is really rarely i got so impressed by a service. Rapid movers took it to next level. They moved my 4 bedroom villa 8000 sq foot full garden. Pack and unpack everything without a scratch. Fixed everything in my new villa with great energy and smile and great professionalism. They promised to finish by 8pm. They complete the work by 6pm. I was really speechless. I can't believe how nice and professional they are. From the minute they walked in I felt comfortable. Sayed and his team are soooooo wonderful. Rapid Move was the best, smooth, even funny, cargo experience I had in 20 years of moving in the Middle East, including Kuwait, Qatar, Cyprus and Emirates! They can wrap anything with professional hand, better than Christo, the American artist who wrapped the Triumph Arch in Paris and the Reichstag in Berlin! Good job!

The worse experience ever.
1- They didn’t dismantle IKEA brand new cupboards only removed the sliding front doors.
2- The magnet silicone on the edge of the sliding doors are missing.
3- One Rod hanger got broken without informing me.
4- A Crystal side table was taken to be fixed after damaging the wire and never back.
5- The labors requested to keep the empty cartons aside to be collected. Still here.
6- The quotation was for dismantling & mantle but they got tired. I had to arrange.

Never trust the fake reviews.

The guys turned up on time and worked quickly & efficiently. They were courteous and polite and nothing was broken in the move. Curtains, light fixtures and pictures were put up in the new house and things unpacked with all the boxes/ paper taken away. Will use them again for sure.

We've used Rapid Move twice in the last year or so. First when we moved houses and the next was to have a very large mirror moved from a friends house to ours. Moving a large & delicate mirror is no small feat but these guys make it seem so effortless. The job was executed again with calm, professionalism, on time at a reasonable price. Moving from Fujairah to Dubai was without any stress due to professional approach of rapid move team. The team are cooperative and ready to act to complete even changed instructions.

This is the best and worthy to pay movers in town. Rapid Move has helped me and my family to move from the old place to the new one. We used to stay in a 2BHK plus maids-room so it's expected to be messy and a lot of stuffs to move but with Rapid Move we just finished everything within a day! That was unexpected! We were very happy with the service provided. The booking in was seamless and the customer service lady, Cristina, was always quick to answer all of my questions and organise everything ahead of time, such as having boxes delivered for our clothes. On the moving day, the huge team arrived promptly and worked incredibly quickly to pack up our entire apartment. In the new house, they unpacked, reassembled all of our furniture and communicated well with us as to what we wanted where. They also did a brilliant job at putting up curtains and blinds, shelves and pictures, to our exact requirements. They were very careful with all of our belongings, wrapping everything thoroughly, so there was zero damage. Communication was perfect. They were polite and courteous and checked in with us regularly. They were especially sweet and patient with our toddler who kept trying to ‘help’! RAPID MOVE CARGO, the only name you need to remember when it comes to relocation services. I am very happy that I found them. Excellent customer service by Ms. Anne Crissel due to her on point coordination from inquiry to job completion. She was very professional and helpful to all my requests. They offered a free site survey and it was done smoothly by Mr. Zeshan who is also very friendly and nice during his inspection. The team came very early headed by Mr. Saeed, they were scheduled to start at 9am but they start moving our boxes prepped outside an hour earlier upon their arrival. I was surprised to see the progress in just few mins that they start packing, they were very fast and at the same time careful on our stuffs. I literally just sat down and just guided them which ones to pack and where to place the items. They are well equipped and very organized. They were very patient and helpful to all our requests. I cannot imagine not hiring them with the amount of work they put in during our relocation.

I had an UNBELIEVABLY GREAT experience with Rapid Move. They absolutely went above and beyond. From the minute i called to ask for a quotation, the staff, Ms. Sessyl was so courteous and friendly and was able to find a way to set a moving date most appropriate for me. Few days before my booked moving date, i called her again and ask for rescheduling due to some issues and Ms Sessyl was so professional in handling such misfortune and rebooked me in a jiffy on my preferred date-change. The movers were on time, even 1 hour early and in a good working mood. No time was wasted from packing, wrapping, transporting my stuffs, unpacking and reinstalling my pieces of furnitures, curtains and art pieces. They didn't scratch or break anything, and to my surprise - not even a single "egg" they packed from my kitchen! عدد كافي من الموضفين وفق الحاجة.
وجود جميع المستلزمات الخاصه بالنقل و التغليف.
معرفة كامله وشخص متخصص في الفك والتركيب.
الحرص الشديد على تغليف الأشياء بشكل ممتاز.
وضع الأغراض مع بعض وفق ماهي عليه داخل المنز السابق حتى لا تفقد نفس الترتيب السابق في البيت الجديد.
قبل الأتفاق يأتي الشخص المسؤل و يشاهد ما ترغب في نقله لكي يقييم عدد اأشخاص و عدد السيارات.
الموضفين جدا لطفاء و لديهم امانه كبيره.
تعامل المدير المسؤل جداا راقي واحترافي.
حتى انه في المره الثانيه قامو بدفع قيمة مشتريات من احدى الأشخاص لعدم إستطاعتي الحضور شخصيا لدفع المبغ والمبلغ كان ١٢٠٠ درهم.
اسعارهم جداا ممتازه مقارنتا بباقي الشركات ، وكذلك حتى لو قارنت مع الزشخاص الذين يقفون في الشارع وهم غير احترافيين بتاتا من تجربة سابقة.

العيوب:
اهم عيب حصل معي: عند إستخدام الأوراق للتغليف يتم تغليف القرطاسيات بنفس الطريقه هذا غلط لأن وزن القرطاسيات خفيف وبذلك من المحتمل ان تعتقد ان التغليف فاضي وهو بالعكس داخله شهاده او فواتير او رسائل ورقيه ، كان من الأفضل وضح كرتون مخصص لها او على الأقل كيس ، حيث انني وبدون علمي كنت قد رميت شهاده لعدم إحساساي بوجودها داخل التغليف ولاكن انتبهت في اخر لحضة.
العيب الأخر وقد لا يكون عيبا لبعض الناس وهو ان الموضفون يتطلعون للحصول على بخشيش مقابل عملهم وكل شخص على حسب وجهت نظره ، فأنا لا اقدم بخشيش ولاكن لا ابخل في تقديم المشروبات والأكل و التعامل الحسن ففي الأول والأخير هائولاء بشر يستحقون الأحترام و التعامل الجيد.

اخيرا اشكر المسؤل عن هذه الشركة و مؤكد انني لن اتعامل مع شركة اخرى مستقبلا غيرهم.
