The worst place to rent an office. They will not fulfill the promised.
I received my office 3 month after my contract has started. The wifi is slow and you won't receive your security deposit back.
They will only fool around after

We have been here with 5stars for a while now and so far our experience as a tenant is so good. The staff of the business center is very approachable.

وتم الاعلان بانهم يحتاجون موظفين خدمة عملاء
وعندما تذهب الي هناك. مكتب صغير جدا و٢ اشخاص متواجدين فقط والمدير ليس هناك والموظفين هي الي تجري معك المقابله وتقول لك سوف نتصل بك لإجراء مقابله أخرى مع المدير وهي فقط كانت تجري معك المقابله لمعرفة معلومات عنك
وعند أنتهاء من مقابلة لا يردون عليك
يعلقون فقط الاشخاص
وهذا حقا عدم احترام
كام من شخص قالي هذا الكلام ولا يعجبني هذا التصرف

The internet provided by them keep disconnecting. Their IT are very reliable, friendly and polite but its still very annoying when you have to call them every few days for the same issue over and over again. Also the pantry here has this used mineral water bottle that recycled as dish detergent dispenser, its all good but considering this office building is named 5 stars business center, maybe it would be wiser if they buy a legit liquid detergent dispenser from day 2 day for just 4.99 aed, just sayin.

The receptionist here is fully aware of the importance of bringing value and service to the tenants/clients. Moreover, she could find innovative solutions for every issue or complaint raised by a tenant. Well recommended business Center

The building is clean.but on 4th floor no have electricity
. And some scammer on 4th floor making fool to jobless people.just dont waste their time on 4th floor for job interview. Its wasting time.

L, C don't go there they will ask for money 500 and then ask you to join after one month to join is fake place don't wast your money there's bunch of indian lady's scammer inside asking for money please don't wast You're time while you're there you will notice that they keep calling new people

My office is in this building at ESPADA Business Center. Amazing management. A special thanks to Mohd Zaid and Kathleen plus the admin office for all their support.

If you want an office in a business center, ESPADA gets my 5stars.

I have been here for an interview and I must say the interior of this building is amazing! I just fell in love with the way they have arranged the lounge in reception and the entire setting gives it an elegant look!
Nice places for offices to set up and also you can directly get here by taking bus F35 from the bus stop near to metro station. It’s the second stop from there.

Al Emlak facilities management is fake they collected the money and escaped go to the reception they will give you the required documents to complain against them.

It's good specially 5th floor Espada Business Centre. A very decent place to have back offices. Great place to work

Poor facilities. Based on our experience dealing with them, Palladium management staff are rude, unhelpful and generally unprofessional. There are plenty of other centers to choose from. Avoid if you can.

Very good building it has many important things like fitness first and many floors has business centre which has very luxurious companies like
Magnolia cleaning services.
