We went there last night to have dinner after work. It was 8pm and the place was okay. There were a few people. The food was below expectations:
1. The food was not hot. Nothing special about the taste. Not well seasoned. Sushi wasn't fresh (sushi rice was hard to chew)
2. Drinks (apple juice tasted sour rather than sweet)
3. Atmosphere was okay
4. Kids under 12 eat free but my kid didn't enjoy their food as well.

The only thing I can say I liked was the soup (sinigang), that's it. Other than that, I don't think it was worth it to spend 50 AED for their buffet. Some buffet restaurants which cost less have better selection of food.

I would never go back and waste money here.

I wish they have branch in Abu Dhabi, yesterday was good experience dinning here will come back for more, Thank you for those delicious food,

21 dirhams for a side of rice, FOR A MAIN DISH.
The place is old, its broken down, the food is 3 stars at most.and I paid a total of 69 dirhams, for thai green curry and a side of rice. Absolutely Ridiculous. Place should close down. THe best thai restaurant in dubai would not chard 21 dirhams for a side of WHITE RICE.

Bad customer service, mic not working Ac is toooooo cold. Not good even we are the last table you shouldn't do like that its rude.

1 star for the front desk staff asking if we will pay by card or cash. Take note, we just arrived and asking for the reserved table for our friend’s birthday, how unethical

Better for them to have lesser selection on buffet but make it quality food

06.01.2023 First time as it was a friend’s birthday and she celebrated here. Reasonably priced good food (it was Filipino buffet) and really enjoyed the garlic shrimp. Live pasta station was also available. It was busy, the hotel was kinda hard to access and just that upon entering the hotel it smells like cigarette smoke.

This is a very very nice restaurant, the food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the hotel ambiance is not lively at all but Rauchi restaurant is a very good option if you all are looking for tasty food, good service and affordable price.special mention to Raja who was very kind and accommodating for arranging the party, always available and flexible, thanks.

One of the Best Resto that offers Asian buffet. They also serve non-muslim food. Best for Special occasions with reasonable price.

I don’t usually post reviews but had to this evening. Rauchi is the most disappointing place I have visited in Dubai. They call it a buffet, but hardly any selections and scraps of food left over on the platters. Staff inattentive! Don’t bother visiting this place!

Celebrated my birthday here. The location is far from metro, you need to use Taxi or your own car. The food is nice and we really enjoyed the food in pork section and beverages. Kudos to their staffs, especially to Raja and Doris. Cheers!

We made a reservation for the Easter Dinner Buffet today and unbeknownst to us we were seated in a smoking area along with other families with their kids and then a group started smoking in that area which made a lot of people uncomfortable including us because we were non-smokers. The management could have handled this properly by telling these people not to smoke in the area or move them as all of the other customers are non-smokers but instead, they still let these people do what they want and had the majority of the other customers "adjust" to accomodate them. Our dinner was cut short as we could not stand the smell of cigarette smoke.

Good food and nice ambiance.
-1 star coz I got annoyed by the staff who keeps popping out, staring at us and other tables like were going to run or something.

We celebrate my friend’s birthday and I must say that they have delicious Filipino food (swak na swak sa panlasa). Thumbs upto their chef. They’re staff are friendly.

The foods are okay and typical but if you're looking for a buffet with crispy pork, you will definitely love this place

Very Frustrating.
I went to this restaurant to check the food and the ambiance. I am planning to invite all my friends here to eat.

But unfortunately my first time ordering in the restaurant was disgusting and frustrating.

1. The buffet is COVID hazard no-one is serving the food unlike other buffet in dubai, the dont let anyone come to the food.
Its literally a buffet wherein every guest is touching and using the same handle for the food and no-one is telling the customers to wear their mask.

2. A cockroach crawled in my table, yes your read it right A COCKROACH CRAWLED IN MY TABLE BESIDE MY PLATE! LITERALLY (see photo below), I slowly snatch it with a tissue and stomp on it on the ground.

3. Lastly I informed the lady on the floor that manages the guest. She didn't even apologised for the cockroach and just continue taking our plate without even asking me if I AM DONE.

You don't know how disgusted and frustrated I am.

Rauchi is located inside Ramee Rose Barsha Heights. Whenever I crave of Asian Food (esp Pinoy food), I visit them.

They have affordable Dinner Buffet at 45 aed. They serve desserts, soup, sushi, main - fish, chicken, beef & pork. Juices, tea & coffee are also included.

They used to serve a special value meal for 21aed which you get to choice 2 mains from the buffet section and rice/noodles. However, they stopped offering this. Which is why I’m giving them a 3-star. Perhaps I used to visit them twice a week because of this. But now, once in a while only.

Considering the location which is far the metro station, they should have more offers that will twice people to visit them. I think they don’t have that now.

Last week, I think they changed the order of the type of pork options they served. Since I used to go there, I know when they serve a particular dish, apparently that was changed as well. In the past, they also used to have multiple sushi options, but last week, it was a tasteless one type of sushi.

It’s also hard to reach them through their mobile. I don’t know but it kept ringing and no one was answering. It’s kinda annoying when you published your number and no one attends to it.

Still, I’d recommend it because the food here in general is good. They have a nice restaurant as well. But they have been a disappointment to me these days. Only to me.

• Good food choices except for the desserts.
• staff are kind and polite BUT I hope the manager will remind their staff about practicing good hygiene. They are in FnB and Hotel industry so it is expected that they look clean and not smelly.

Its ok place but nothing special. Buffet was pretty bad and service was average. Overall not a place to go back agani.

I like their food selections on Thursday buffet we went. They also have non-halal food selections here. Price is very good.

Awesome Filipino buffet restaurant. A must go for Filipinos who are craving for pork, yes PORK. Good food and good service!

We're so disappointed with this restaurant. They are offering buffet but during peak days, there's a time limit to eat because they have like slot.
