STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR FURNITURES DAMAGED!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company during our move on September 30,2023 and until now you have not fixed the problem. The experience has been nothing short of disastrous.

Some of our furniture sustained significant damage during the move, and despite numerous complaints lodged with your company, we have yet to see any tangible efforts to address or rectify the situation. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is both distressing and unacceptable.

The careless handling of our belongings reflects a blatant disregard for the trust we placed in your company. We expected a level of professionalism commensurate with the fees charged for your services. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from this expectation.

I insist on immediate action to remedy the damage caused to our furniture. It is imperative that your company takes responsibility for the negligence displayed by your staff during the move. Additionally, I request a detailed plan outlining how you intend to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

The RC movers team were super fast yet careful at packing everything up. They set up my tv at the new apartment and anything I needed drilling they were happy to oblige.

Perfect movers in dubai. I took their service for my flat relocation from sharjah to dubai silicon oasis. Their time commitment is beyond expectation and they charged me reasonable price. Highly recommended for moving services.

If i could rate Zero i would do it. They lost our stuff that was worth more then AED 1000. They blocked us once we asked them to compensate for the items. They are scammers and unfortunately I did not read their reviews on Facebook. We are thinking to report this to police if they can assist.

They agreed to come today at 9am but no one came. Keep Called Mr Raza but no response zero customer satisfaction skills he done the commitment to come today at 9 am but he didn't show up they waste all my time today. I will never recommend to any one and it's been 5 hours almost Mr Raza didn't even respond or even give me any call back

My family has become a RC movers customer for a lifetime. Which means whenever we decide to shift or move which is constant in Dubai, we always choose RC movers. We were referred to Rc movers by a family friend. This is our first house shift in 25 years and rc movers did a great job. They were cooperative and friendly and their packing style was great and fast. We had a smooth transition

Pictures are deceiving. Lacks professionalism in a lot of aspects. I booked RC movers for 1 BHK move. They were supposed to reach by 9: 15, but reached at 11 AM, with no proper explanation. No uniform unlike you see in the picture, not even a truck labelled with their company name.

Packing was ok.

Appliances connection and curtain hanging was part of the job. However, due to some missing parts, they couldn't do it on that day. The guy promised to come back the next day once i get the missing parts ready. I paid a bit extra considering this and they took it.
Guess what, the guy never showed up, didnt even bother to pick my call. Messaged their manager, no response either.
So never again!

! Terrible move experience ever!
Scratched furniture due to careless handling, stained furniture due to bad quality packaging tape that leaves sticky stains, poorly installed curtains that shake and lose, one of the curtains fell the next day, stained many walls with their dirty hands, left scratch marks on ceramic floors by sliding heavy items instead of lifting and placing.

What's more terrible. I contacted them with my concerns, I was told they will get back, no one ever got back to me.

I really don’t believe the positive reviews here. One week back when I hired them based on reviews only they became nightmare for me and my family. It was beyond worst. Totally unprofessional and ill trained. Broke my wall, artificial flowers, frames and tv stand. Dented my fridge, dragged my chairs, soiled my freshly cleaned sofa with their foot prints. They didn’t know how to pack and move. They just knew how to dump and go. They broke even my washing machine. When asked them to come and fix this atleast they kept me waiting for 5 days everyday promising to come next day. They were liars not just the men who came but their boss too. Really very very bad experience. Yes they quoted lesser price than other but that mistake eventually costed much more. All they knew was saying sorry. They just kept on saying sorry but did nothing to fix the problem. Even their sorry sounds harassment to me now

Really impressed with the way all team worked and completed the task of local relocation without hassle for our family. They were professional, friendly and listened to our concerns from start to finish. The supervisor was really helpful throughout the process until the end.

Amazing service!
I had privilege of using their service while moving my house from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. The guys are really hard working and barely catch a break. They arrived on time and were on the job from the word Go. It took us a while to complete final exit formalities, the guys patiently waited for us over an hour without complaints. Everyone in my friend circle have used their service now and are very pleased. Highly recommend their professional and very reasonable moving service to anyone looking for a good moving company.

It was very nice to see how Rc Movers took over the process of moving our house last week. The team was well trained and they did a fantastic job with dismantling and assembly! Kudos to their Sales team, Operations team and team on the field who executed our move hassle-free.

Very bad moving company. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. They broke many items during the moving and didnt take any responsibility and once they got paid they stopped replying and answering my calls. I Highly don't recommend this company

Arrived late, careless staff, not professional. We had to basically unscrew things ourself to show them how to do it. Not speaking very well English, not friendly. Will not recommend.

All my furniture has damages, either noticeable or non noticeable, one guy was pushing the furniture from the top which will definitely damage and weaken the furniture specially when you try to push a heavy piece on a carpet floor! I tried to tell them how things should be done they didn't listen to me.one guy stepped on my night stand and used it as a stool, i told him get down i will bring you a stool he didn't listen.this is not professional not worth my money and time.

RC Movers offers its services of moving truck delivery. I called them to shift home. I liked its services. They were quick and did everything carefully. There was no damage to my furniture. We Never Seen Such Kind of worst Service
They damaged lots of our glass materials including fridge glass tray.they are not working Professional Way. Not Proper Packing done
They will say Package including dismantling packing and arranging.but they will not do arranging and all. RC Movers made us very stress ful.

I am very happy with this company and their service. The movers came in time and were working relentlessly without break until everything was packed and loaded and they unpacked and helped putting the things away and even fixed the curtains. I booked a cleaner for the old place and she left it shiny and sparkly clean. All to a good price. Really happy. Would book again without hesitation.

I am fully glad on my decision of choosing the RC MOVERS for my apartment shifting, fully professional staff, they came early and shifted the 1Bedroom hall kitchen stuff in only 6 hours with the proper fixing. Kudos to the team.

It was a pleasure engaging with Rc movers through every part of the moving process. The were clear and quick in the pre-move communications and provided me with boxes a week before the move to enable me to pack delicate items myself. I availed their service from Dubai to Abudhabi.they arrived on time at the fixed day.the professional staffs in uniform camly n care fully dismantled the furnitures packed all my stuffs with extra care n transported to Abudhabi.they used enough packing materials.covered truck.the best part is they assembled all the furniture according to my requirement in my absence and send me the videos n pics.reasonable cost.manager Mr. Hassan was updating me regularly n responded to my calls. I have moved a number of times in the past few years. But the latest time with Rc Movers was the smoothest. Good staff, quick and efficient. Not a single item misplaced or damaged during the whole process.
Easy and smooth hiring process, on the another note highly appreciated the commitment of Mr. Hassan. They started at 8 am and as promised they were done by 2.30 pm.

Price wise it was the best i could find. The team were extremely friendly and polite. However. We paid for the premium service which included a cleaning service for 3hours after the work is finished. This was not delivered and was only addressed because i asked when the cleaning service would arrive. We also had over an hour waiting at the new place for the moving van even though we left the apartment at the same time and the new location was only 15 mins away. The last issue was that it took incredibly long for everything that required wall mounting to be done as the team only had 1of each drill type between 6.

I would definitely like to recommend RC Movers to anybody who is moving their homes. Honest, extremely hard working and efficient staff! Unbelievably hard working, service from the heart is what we would say!
They deserve all happiness and recommendation. Their service Cannot be replaced or appreciated with just money.

Very proffesional movers in uae. Iam moved my home with them and i was really happy and they were very fast and safe.

One of the worst moving experiences.

Promised with 2 handymen, I got only 1 who can not really fix things.

They were late till very late time and they didn't finish other than moving and fixing wrongly many things.

The mad my apartment wall and wallpaper looks terrible because if hitting the stuff.

1 of the team members is not at all polite, i don't know his name but you need to make sure he is not entering your apartment.

Premium service with 2 hours truck delay.

Top customer service - Mr. Hassan assisted me all the way for my last minute booking around 9pm for next day afternoon pick up, very professional to deal with - his team came an hour early to assist in packing, they did the job as exactly told. Highly recommend!

Agree with all the negative reviews. They have a low price but extremely poor services. Damaged goods and broke stuff. They have so called premium service which is useless. Not recommended.

Moving has been always a stressful job until I got in touch with RC Movers. It was the period when COVID 19 regulations were tightly implemented.
Since my first call to RC their approach was professional and beyond to one's expectations.
Mr. Raza the team leader has been very cooperative and organized followed by his team.

Really good experience with RC movers yesterday. I took their premium service and it resulted in a true VIP experience. The team leader, Adil was very knowledgeable and helpful and the team in general were very fast and knew exactly what they were doing.
