Customer service: ZERO! My appointment has been canceled without any call to explain the reason. I found out about it two hours before I should come. When did I ask why: 'Madam, you've booked a Groupon voucher, but you are our regular client. We canceled your appointment. ' So.make a call, explain a reason, re-book.do something to inform your "regular client" in advance and provide a service. Unfortunately, it's not the first time. Every time you are still determining if you will get a service on time. Once, they canceled my appointment the day before because they forgot they were not working on public holidays. Guys, try to think about your clients from time to time. Sometimes, one call from your side can change your reputation. Thank you.

Clean, beautiful saloon. The best hairdresser (Olesia) works there. Also pedicure I had done there was amazing! Prices are average for nowadays. Just don't use paid parking in front of the centre as its very expensive. There is place to park in the back of the centre. Recommended ladies saloon!

Got a Groupon & booked my appointment expecting WAYYYYY to much after reading the Positive reviews.
I was DISAPPOINTED!
The hair dresser took TIRING1.5 hours to cut my
(a little below the shoulder length) hair.
Maybe because of the Groupon they didn't give me Vip treatment.
I kept on instructing the lady (can't remember name, she was young with faded Blond hair)
to cut my hair in a nice long bob.
She gave a SUPER blowdry & sent me home.
I wanted to run home because I was hot, bored & tired by the slow (read unskilled) hair cutter.
I shower & discover no layers or styling in my hair.
Not going back!

Redesigned salon with a new team who are professionals and will do their best to meet your demands. I knew the hair master Olesya and always happy to come back. Her work is amazing, especially if you want to be blonde! Please don't look at the comments older then the end of March 2021, now its all brend new and worth your time and money!

I asked the hairdresser to make 2 layers style.she just cut them straight, so conectan between the layers and she made a kind of fringe that as well has bin a disaster. This was my 2nd time and before I was really happy with the cut. I just wanted the same as last time. Now I will have to go another hairdresser to brick this since is way to obvious that is a really bad hair cut. The hairdresser kept saying this is what I asked for. I have been having the same cut my whole life, this was the worst one so far. Unfortunately will not return and I will definitly, at least for haircut, DON’T RECOMMEND IT!

I love the vibes of the place, Re salon is very clean and new stuff is amazing. My hairdresser Olesya is one the best colorist in Dubai, I strongly recommend her especially if you have blond hair. I did an eyebrow styling as well and I loved it!

I did my eyebrow microblading with Ms. Tuh. She did an overall good job but both my eyebrow are a different shape. At my touch up appointment a month later, i was adamant she fix the issues however she couldnt do so. Now i have to pencil in the shape for both eyebrows to match - which was the primary reason i went for microblading in the first place! Waste of money and time.
The best part is that the lady at reception knew i was unhappy and not once has anyone from the salon followed up or apologised. Disappointing indeed!

I am back with RE Salons Spas for more than 3 months now since 2019. And I can say with a new Management the services has improved, it is great news that I still see the same staffs who are great in customer service.
Will do more booking from now on.

They burnt my sisters hair with a very over priced hair treatment, and then instead of an apology the owner gave us an extremely rude and unapologetic response. Truly unprofessional.

Horrible salon with even worst management. Such a place should not even have a license! They ruined my hair and not a care in the world! The Russian manager is here to make a quick buck and run off. No experience and certainly don't care about having their customers return. From what I understand they have closed down 2 other branches and only left with this, and I assume they will close this soon too!

Disaster of a place. The management is clearly more interested to cut cost than to do their job properly. The quality of their nail supplies and hair products is rubbish and yet they charge jumeirah prices.

I have been a customer of Re Salons and Spa for more than 4 years now. And it is great to see a positive change brought by the new management. The Salon has a welcoming touch and a new range of hair treatments. Good luck to the Re team.
