I'm deeply disappointed with this company's services. I've been attempting to get our refund since November last year. A few weeks ago, they assured me that the refund process would be processed accordingly, but unfortunately, they stopped replying to my messages. Despite repeated attempts to reach out via WhatsApp, my messages are being read without response.
The quality of both their printing and services falls far below expectations. The lack of accountability and transparency in handling customer concerns is disheartening. I regret having engaged their services and caution others against doing the same.

Not to fully discredit this company. But in my experience they are complete time wasters and in one week of digital communication I found my answer in 10 minutes when I went directly to there offices. Wouldn’t recommend.
