This place is a very good place for the families that have different age of child. All of them from small to 12 have lots of fun. They organise everything very nice and the food are good too. Thank you miss Judy, miss Jam and miss Shirley. Everything was perfect for my daughter's birthday

Food so expensive, and taste, basically they're forcing to the customers to have a food over there, which I don't feel good, as well as they should have to provide the parking free of cost, make sure they're not providing Free parking.

My kid enjoys everytime we are in Ready Set Go to the instant that he doesn't want to leave.

It’s a fun place, however it’s overly crowded and expensive. But the staff were really helpful to find a place for us to sit so we could eat our food.
Food was good and had so many options.

A real fun place to be for kids and huge waiting and socializing area for parents. They have of activities for the kids of all ages and your kid will not get bored. The play is also timeless and your kid can play for hours will 9 PM.
However, the price is on a higher side. It's 150 for 1 kid, which would after discount would be 135 per kid. If you have more kids it's really expensive. Also, they can add more food options that would make it fun for parents also to wait while kids play.
They have separate party rooms on 1st floor which makes Ready Set Go a good choice for birthday parties and small get togethers.

My kids love the place, this playing area contains everything jumping, climbing and dancing.
Only the price is very high.

I have visited "Ready, set go" with my kid several times, including three birthday parties. The venue has a dedicated large area for birthday parties, with mostly spacious rooms for celebrations. However, one downside is that the waiting area for parents is shared among all the rooms, and when all the rooms are booked, there is no space for parents to wait.

Overall, the organization is decent, and the entertainment part of the parties is suitable for younger kids, around 4-5 years old. The decorations are basic considering the price, and the food for kids is typical of most play areas, with fries and chicken nuggets. On the other hand, the food for parents is better, with a selection of finger bites.

I would say that the venue is more interesting for older kids, around 7-8 years old, as the entertainment is more informative and engaging. However, the comments regarding decorations and food still apply.

On weekends, the place gets very crowded, which can be chaotic and overwhelming. Therefore, if you prefer a better service and a less crowded environment, it is recommended to visit during weekdays.

Overall, the experience at "Ready, set go" is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to decorations and food options.

Not safe to leave your toddlers alone with a nanny, not enough security, parents should be present, will not say more.

Good place to celebrate ur kids birthday but highly disappointed with the staff managements of gifts and food most of the gifts were lost or has been given to other party host.

We called to ask if it was not crowded they said no so we came. At our big surprise the play area was packed with people: lots of adults and kids and lots of noise.
In the flu season the play area should not accept that many people.

Something for all kids and plenty of seating for adults who want to take a break! They need a few more toilets for when it gets busy but that’s not a huge issue. Lovely staff, loads of different things that all kids enjoy. Could easily spend half a day here.

The best place for kids. We were invited to a birthday party? It’s first time to enjoy the place. But too expensive when I paid for one child. No more any discount. It’s a clean play area. And also a delicious food in a coffee shop

Lovely place for toddlers. They give you access for as long as you want for a day pass and they have great coffee for the adults as well.

Always fun to bring the kids here, a bit overpriced since they only sell one day pass and we only spend a couple of hours there.

Rude staff and inconsiderate.

My 4 yrs old boy came crying to me because of the staff disnt allow him to use the slide because he has a belt bag that has a phone.
The staff himself refused to let him 3 times and he told me he was tough the last time that my kid was hiding from him.

My kid has to keep the phone next to him for a medical reasons.this is not accepted by any means to have inconsiderate employee that do not know how to speak appriopriately with kids.

We come here to make our kids have some fun and not to let them feel bad about themselves.very bad experienxe and very dissapointed.

I am super amazed with the park manager Robert helped me after my daughter tooth retainer felt in the garbage bin. He quickly roundup some boys to search all garbage plastics. Finally they saw it. This makes me very happy? Ready Set Go is really good, caring, and safe place for kids. I recommend you reading to visit this jungle?

It's really amazing indoor activities for kids. A lot of things to do. So much fun. And they got face painting and dancing mascots animals.

Just celebrated my daughters birthday there and it was wonderful. The staff did everything to make it fun and were very professional. Thanks to Layra who micromanaged every minute of it and Hussein who was following up throughout the birthday to make sure everything was on point. Also a huge thanks to the host Dima who was so much fun and playful with the kids. Thank you for making my daughters day

1. Food for kids was french frize, a very very small pizza with 1 small juice (.
2. Mascot visited room for 1 song (3 minutes).
3. Staff not involved in the work process.

I highly recommend this place. The staffs are so helpful, friendly and approachable. We had a party inside and I'm amazed with the facilities they have. The people who are gearing up the mascots are so energetic. Party host is so professional and they have a very clean facility.

A place where your child will forget you exist! My kids enjoyed every minute of it as all their favourite things were together in one place. The trampoline park, the big slides, the play area.and so much more!

Big soft play. Probably biggest in Dubai with friendly staff. Nice new and clean. The kids had great fun!

I was there the first time anf my almost 2 year old was able to go on the big slide assistanted by myself.told we were told by a rude atrendant that he cannot go one.as a parent i know my kid and responsible for their safty if they enjoy other challenging activity then i would love to let them try and not be stopped not even in a polite way but in a rude and argueing way! Certainly my last time! I will not be going back!

I called Ready Set Go in the morning about 2 weeks ago to enquire about hosting a birthday party there. The lady who answered the phone took down my number and said that her event coordinator will call me back with further details. I waited the whole day with no call back. The next day afternoon the lady called me back and promised to send me the package details via WhatsApp shortly. I waited for a 3-4 days and no WhatsApp messages or calls from her. In the end, we decided to stop by Ready Set Go and get the information ourselves.

The staff at the counter was trying to call the coordinator to help us but couldn't get through so they directed us to go upstairs and look for the coordinators ourselves. We went up and had to ask around. Then finally a coordinator came but she said she was busy and will get back to us shortly. Then she left. We were waiting upstairs for 10-15 minutes. There was another staff but nobody asked or offered to help. In the end, my child was getting restless and we got tired of waiting, we decided to leave. That's when the coordinator came back. She apologized for not sending us the package details via Whatsapp and said that it was the reception staff mistakes. She was nice and showed us around but by then, the first impression was already bad.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the place is big and has lots of potential. It is a little crowded. I would take my child back maybe for a play date, but not to host a birthday party. If this is the level of attention they can give us, I am worried that we would be on our own without any help on the birthday party day itself.

A very unpleasant playground with congestion.

You need to return the bands before you complete the hours which was not conveyed to us clearly.

Also, adults are playing with children without boundaries.

Took my 9 and 10 year olds on Friday morning for just over an hour. They had a lovely time and really enjoyed it. Whilst I think the price is quite high, (AED 95 for first hour) the level of staffing around the whole area was excellent. My only complaint was the coffee, which was incredibly strong. We spoke to the cafe and asked them to turn the strength on their machine down a tad

Lots of space, lots of fun things to do for all ages, but definitely busier than your average soft play centre. Parking is plentiful but if you don't come on a Friday or public holiday, you'll need to pay for RTA parking.

Last week I went in person to talk to a party coordinator, we exchanged number and she explained to message her with the date and time along with the choice of party room. I called and the number was not in service which isn’t professional on her part but then I called Ready Set and Go, the first time no one answered the phone; the second time I called, she transferred me to the party coordinator and for some reason the call ended. Not sure if they hung up the phone or not but I don’t understand why is it so difficult to book a party room. It’s a new establishment it should be available for bookings. I will try one last time if I don’t get a response or any additional assistance than I have no choice but to choose another place.
Rule of advice: please answer your phones if you want potential customers because you just lost one.

It would be great to have a prayer room inside the facility. It is amazing and would be great to have a male and a female prayer rooms inside it

Just left RSG. So impressed with a place that has been created with love. My 3 year old was excited just at driving up to the place as it was so well decorated. The jungle inside was perfect to wow little kids, with really engaged staff who genuinely seemed to be enjoying themselves and were so polite. Especially thr ones on the trampoline where they took safety very seriously. We shall be back. For longer. One hour is NOT enough!

But 4 stars for the play area. But its just a play area like others unfortunately. Nothing new.

Paying 95 on the first hour is too much for only a soft play are with no other activities.
It is large but really pricey
Also they charge you for the minute if you passed the time.no entertainer or points or any other like other play area in uae to let you feel you might save sometimes in the future.
Parking is not free.we thought it was free until we received a parking ticket from the police.

The lady told us that every minute you exceed will be charged.so if you exceeded 1 minute i bet they will charge you.

Food is not fresh, or maybe thats only the croissant that i had.

The singer or the man on stage kept lowering his mask and singing in-front of my daughter without a mask on. At least if he want to do so, use a face shield

Also if a child want to have a meal, he is paying the time of play during the meal which doesnt make sense to me cause children tend to eat slow! It’s like paying the restaurant for your chair also.unlike other places you tell them you will stop for a while and they pause you time.and you you exceeded 10 minutes they dont charge you (they are cheaper and wont charge you. That what makes our group go there more than once weekly)

The only cheap thing is the kids meal.

My daughter enjoyed but the weird oart is when i told her its time to go, she directly went outside without fighting or crying.which is the first time that happens in a play area

What a great party experience! The place was so cute for a kids birthday party, with the best decorated party rooms. I cannot recommend them more for a birthday party! From the planning ahead of time, to the day of, we literally walked in and everything was done for us! From the time we got there, the staff was attentive and accommodating and very hard working, as the place was really busy. All of the kids had a blast and parents were able to relax while the kids played around/partied. The place itself is huge with tons of different activities for kids all ages. The party assistants were wonderful and very engaging to the kids. I highly recommend Ready Set Go! For an all around great kids birthday venue. Thank you Ready Set Go! And a special Thank you to Elsa who helped us the most!

Excellent place, highly recommended for kids and families. This place is huge, with many play areas and a real paradise for toddlers and small kids. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We went with two 3 year olds and stayed for 2 hours. Parents enter free which is major plus and have many seating areas to rest and watch their kids have fun and play. Prices are very reasonable considering parents or adults enter for free. 95 aed per hour or 150 aed for 2 hours. 1 aed for every extra minute.

Very nice place! Definitely the largest soft play area in Dubaï and most probably in UAE as well. The staff is very professional. Big thanks to Mustapha who was watching over my daughter at the trampoline area. He was playing with her and making her laugh. I will for sure come back and I definitely recommend this place.

This place is perfect for kids! Its very huge and has indoor trampoline park. I recommend to buy the unlimited ticket.

Amazing place BUT it doesn’t respect the security rules this days. The staff let ppl going everywhere, even in the maze, with all our kids, without wearing any mask. Not even having it under chin, nothing. I hesitated calling the police…
Honestly if one of us at home would have the covid because I brought my son at a playing area and then I have to stay 10 days locked at home after I would be more than furious
